This was our family’s first stay, and it was wonderful. With my birthday coming up the following week, we happened to mention it at check-in, and they surprised me at dinner with live music and a dessert—plus sweets as a gift—to celebrate! We hadn’t informed them in advance about the Reserver, so I was truly touched by the surprise. Thank you very much. All of the staff were professional—from guiding our car on arrival to explaining the Hotel, as well as the lounge and restaurant teams—and they made our stay comfortable from start to finish. The housekeeping staff also greeted us warmly. The Facility was just as beautiful as in the photos, and everything—from the amenities to the in-room sweets and beverages—was thoughtfully selected, which really conveyed their hospitality. The restaurant meals for both breakfast and dinner were vibrant, uncompromising, and absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed by this top-class Accommodation. We will definitely return. Thank you again.

After staying in Toi the previous night, we took it easy, but this day brought such heavy rain that a weather warning was issued. There was nowhere to stop along the way with our dog, so we arrived early. While we were waiting in the car, they kindly let us use the dog run on the first floor a little ahead of time, which truly helped us. All of the staff were very pleasant. This time we had our meal in the Room, and the Asian staff member who brought it to us spoke excellent Japanese and served us with a constant smile. There is also an open-air bath outside; the water was soft and the temperature was just right, so we went in several times. Unfortunately, because of the weather, the view was misty and hard to see—if it had been clear, I’m sure it would have been wonderful. That was our only disappointment, so we’d like to visit again when the weather is better.

This was a high-quality Accommodation where you could truly appreciate the chef’s excellent sense of taste in both the quality and quantity of the food. The bath was also wonderful and left a strong impression on me. I was particularly struck by a Nepalese female staff member who spoke Japanese well; she looked worried because a local bridge in her hometown had been washed away in a landslide disaster in Nepal.

Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. Because the Hotel is built on a hill, the night view of Atami was spectacular. The bath is a little small, but the Onsen was relaxing and we were able to unwind. It was also great that we could reserve it for private use late at night. The meals were delicious, and we enjoyed all the thoughtful performances and touches. We were surprised to find our names embroidered on the napkins. We were allowed to take them home. The goats and ducks were also very soothing. We stayed to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was a one-night stay that left both of us completely satisfied. If we have the chance to visit again, we look forward to seeing what kind of services await us next time. Thank you very much.

I recently stayed here for one night and two days with my grandmother. The staff were extremely courteous, and they kindly assisted us with the Shuttle Service and more, so we were able to spend our time comfortably from start to finish. The Room was wonderful, and the location was perfect. In particular, the open-air bath in the Room allowed us to relax without worrying about others, and we enjoyed a truly luxurious time together. My grandmother was very happy as well, and it became a wonderful memory for us. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

From the phone call before our stay, the service was very courteous and pleasant. Many of the staff seemed young, but everyone was wonderfully attentive, and we were able to relax throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and it was also lovely to move to the lounge and enjoy dessert while taking in the view outside. We would definitely like to stay again.

Everything—from the cuisine and the Onsen to the private dining room prepared for our meals—was wonderful, and we were able to truly relax from the bottom of our hearts. The food in particular was exceptional; each dish reflected careful craftsmanship, leaving us deeply satisfied. Above all, the Onsen was truly outstanding, and we enjoyed it three times during our stay. The water felt wonderfully gentle on the skin, bringing a soothing warmth that seemed to melt away tension from deep within. We were able to fully savor the blessings of Yugawara’s hot springs. The comforting afterglow lingered long after bathing—it was a genuinely healing experience. Thanks to you, this became a very memorable stay. We would love to visit again.

We arrived a little early, but relaxed in the lobby while enjoying shaved ice. That kind thoughtfulness made us very happy. This is an old but truly lovely Hotel, quietly nestled in the mountains of Atami. The soft, high-quality Onsen is outstanding. The building does show its age, and there is also an area where the owner lives, but that is more than made up for by the wonderful Onsen and meals. Fresh sashimi. Delicious fresh salmon roe. Steak and sukiyaki, and a great variety of desserts, fruit, and ice cream—everything was very satisfying. The amenities are plentiful as well—both in the Room and at the large public bath: DHC face & hand soap, gel lotion, cleansing oil, body & hand milk, milky gel, and hair milk, plus KOSE shampoo, conditioner, and body soap— an excellent selection. There is also a pool that can be used year-round, which is great for children. It really felt like what you would expect from Livemax. Considering how travel costs have risen in recent years, this resort offers excellent value for money. Many of the staff are from overseas, but they are well trained so we felt at ease and very comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever we want good hot springs water or delicious sashimi again, we will come back to stay here. I would highly recommend this very comfortable Hotel to many people.
