I booked this stay because of the great Reviews, and it really caught my interest. After sightseeing at Kinomiya Shrine, we took a taxi there, and they warmly welcomed us at the entrance upon arrival. We were traveling with our 4-year-old and 1-year-old children, and everyone was so kind that the kids seemed to have a wonderful time. And above all, I was amazed at how incredibly delicious the food was. My husband and I weren’t very hungry when we went to dinner, but every dish was so good that before we knew it, we had finished everything. Even the appetizers were outstanding. We’ve traveled to many places before, but this was the first time we’ve had food this delicious. The children’s meal was also excellent, and even our child who usually eats very little seemed to eat a lot. Since our younger child is still small, my younger child and I used the in-Room bath, but it was spacious and spotless, so we enjoyed it more than enough. When we come to Atami again, I definitely want to stay here again!

This was my first visit, and I was completely satisfied. While many places operate with a small team these days, I was surprised by how many staff members there were here. The Room I reserved was excellent—an in-room bath, a massage chair, and a view that couldn’t be better. The three baths were also great, each with its own unique atmosphere. The guests were calm and respectful, so I could relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. This has become an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

With its simple design and calming atmosphere, this Accommodation is recommended for restoring both body and mind. In particular, the Japanese and herbal tea lounge on the 8th floor lets you blend Japanese tea with herbal ingredients yourself, place them into a tea bag, and enjoy a wellness tea while relaxing music plays—an experience that left us fully satisfied.

The ocean view from the Room is wonderful, as are the views of Atami and the sea from the restaurant. The guest Room is spacious and airy, and the Onsen bath is large enough to stretch out in. Dinner was especially delicious, particularly the stone-grilled beef tenderloin steak. It was a very satisfying stay.

Searched for Accommodation with an open-air bath in the Room The Room was exactly what we wanted, and we had a wonderful holiday—no need to carry bath items or a change of clothes to the large public bath, and we could enjoy the Onsen whenever we liked. We chose a Plan with breakfast only. The dried horse mackerel was very delicious. For us, who can’t eat that much, it was just the right amount. Enjoying coffee in the lounge while taking in the lovely view overlooking the harbor was also wonderful. Although it felt like being nestled in the woods, we didn’t see any insects. It was a lovely Accommodation that we would like to use again.

We previously had an amazing time watching the Atami fireworks up close, so we came back with our dog. With its consistently great location, we were able to fully enjoy the fireworks festival again. Our family loves this place so much that we’d happily stay here again and again, but we would appreciate it even more if you could consider the following: For a Multiple Night Stay with takeout meals, there are clearly not enough dishes and utensils. It would be very helpful to have dish soap and a sponge, paper towels, and large trash bags. We also used the instant ramen vending machine on the 2nd floor, which our child loved. However, there are only a few topping options available compared to the number of ramen servings in stock. We would be happy if you could consider restocking more frequently or increasing the amount provided. That said, I think we’ll be back again. Next time, we’d love to enjoy the autumn/winter fireworks as well. Thank you very much.

Thanks to you, we had a wonderful trip. Spending the day relaxing in complete privacy, without meeting anyone and without worrying about time, was truly a luxury. And the sushi dinner was outstanding—we couldn’t have been more satisfied. We felt genuinely refreshed and made wonderful memories. Thank you very much to all the staff.

I was completely satisfied with everything—the room, the rooftop bar, the meals, and the staff’s service! The teppanyaki dinner was different from what I had imagined; it was prepared by a female chef with a very delicate touch. It was absolutely delicious. The ocean view from the in-room open-air bath and the rooftop bar was breathtaking. My stay was one moving moment after another—a truly luxurious time. I’d love to come back again.

We were talking with friends about wanting to see the Atami fireworks, and that’s how we found Atami Terrace. We’d often seen it on Instagram, so although it was a bit pricey for us, we decided to make the Reservation since it was a special occasion—and we were absolutely thrilled! Nothing blocked the view: an amazing collaboration of the sea, illuminations, and fireworks right in front of us. The powerful sound that you could feel in your stomach was truly moving. The service was just as impressive as the fireworks. The buffet meals—both dinner and breakfast—offered great variety, and unlike many Hotels like this, there was hardly any waiting in line. For my friend who has trouble walking and uses a cane, there was a cart that could carry a tray while moving around, and she seemed happy to be able to choose as much as she wanted. We were also surprised by the all-you-can-drink beer. We also enjoyed plenty inside the Hotel—late-night soba noodles, plus tea and sweets in the lounge. And with the beach right in front of you, I think it would be perfect for swimming too. It’s beautiful overall, and the Room is compact but well organized—we felt relaxed throughout our stay. We’ve already made another Reservation for the November fireworks festival. We’re really looking forward to it.

Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. Because the Hotel is built on a hill, the night view of Atami was spectacular. The bath is a little small, but the Onsen was relaxing and we were able to unwind. It was also great that we could reserve it for private use late at night. The meals were delicious, and we enjoyed all the thoughtful performances and touches. We were surprised to find our names embroidered on the napkins. We were allowed to take them home. The goats and ducks were also very soothing. We stayed to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was a one-night stay that left both of us completely satisfied. If we have the chance to visit again, we look forward to seeing what kind of services await us next time. Thank you very much.

I gave my elderly mother, who can go anywhere on her own, a solo trip as a gift. When she returned home, she was truly delighted and spoke very highly of the wonderful service provided by the Ryokan staff. The meals were also delicious, and above all, it seems she was able to relax completely. Thank you very much. As our Room was in a separate building, we were able to relax in a quiet space. The open-air bath was also wonderful—I enjoyed it so much that I went in several times. The meals were delicious, and we especially appreciated the spacious dining area where we could take our time without worrying about others. We also received a gift for our wedding anniversary, and the thoughtful hospitality truly warmed our hearts.

Thank you very much for your courteous email support even before our stay. Since we used self check-in and check-out, we were unable to thank the Hotel staff in person. We stayed here on a family trip. It had always been my dream to relax at the Hotel and enjoy fireworks while chatting casually with my family, and that dream came true. Now that our children are grown, I wonder how many more summers like this we will be able to spend together. The Atami Fireworks Festival we watched from Hotel Harvest Atami, the delicious buffet, the bath with a wonderful view—these have become precious memories for us. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay this year, and I visited with my mother. My mother is nearing her 88th birthday, but she still has a great appetite and finished everything, even having seconds from the rice tub. I visited long ago with my mother and grandmother as well, so I feel truly happy to have an Accommodation we can return to across three generations—my grandmother, my mother, and me. Unfortunately it rained this time, but thanks to that the signature stones and garden trees were gently wet, letting us enjoy a different kind of beautiful scenery than usual. This was my first stay, and since the Accommodation is on a hill, the views were wonderful. The large public bath was spacious enough to relax and fully enjoy the Onsen. I was also happy that each guest was provided with two thick face towels and two thick bath towels. I only had breakfast, but there was a good variety and it was delicious. The Shuttle Service bus schedule and the fact that no Reservation was required made it very convenient overall. Considering the value for money, this is an excellent Accommodation that I would like to visit again.

The views and service were wonderful. The kaiseki dinner during the fireworks was both beautiful and delicious, making it a truly special time for our family!

During my stay in Atami, I visited “Village Atami,” a Hotel scheduled to open in August 2026. It was great that four of us could sleep in four separate beds without using an extra bed. The calm, modern interior typical of the Sumitomo Realty & Development group was very comfortable. The vanity has two sinks, there is a spacious walk-in closet, and a mini-kitchen, so it is also recommended for longer stays. I chose plans with meals included for both nights, but since both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, the food is tasty yet the menu is exactly the same each day, so it may be better to avoid doing this. As this is Atami, I was hoping for more Japanese-style sashimi as well, but there was only something like salmon carpaccio; on the second day, I think choosing a nearby restaurant such as a sushi place would be a good option. This time I stayed on the 8th floor and enjoyed a great view all the way to Hatsushima and watching the boats come and go. Thank you for a pleasant stay—the staff’s thoughtful hospitality was wonderful.

We stayed as three generations. We made a Reservation for three Rooms: a baby Room for our young grandchild, a Room with an open-air bath for us grandparents, and twin Rooms for our two daughters. There happened to be a fireworks festival during our stay, and we were able to enjoy an amazing display—such a wonderful memory. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was replenished quickly so nothing ran out. We love traveling and have stayed at many Hotels, but this Hotel is one I would definitely recommend. Free baby food was available, and there was also a kids’ buffet set up so small children could easily help themselves. I think it’s a Hotel where both adults and children can have a great time. During the Reservation process, I made a mistake that caused trouble for the Hotel, but they supported us in many ways and we truly appreciate it. Thank you very much. We would love to visit again.

This was our first stay. My husband has an illness and limited mobility, but our family of four was well taken care of with a wheelchair. The Hotel was very clean throughout, and all the staff were kind—truly a wonderful Hotel. We were very satisfied with both the room and the private open-air bath, and the large public bath was excellent! However, since our room was on a lower floor, we sometimes made eye contact with construction workers in the building right in front of us, which was a bit uncomfortable... Next time, we hope to stay on a higher floor. It’s a Hotel that makes you want to come back again soon! Thank you for your hospitality.

Stayed overnight with friends and had a very comfortable time. Everything we needed was provided, so we didn’t lack anything. The Room had a great ocean view, which was amazing. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, and you can also walk from Atami Station. The Onsen and the meals were both excellent!
