This was our first stay. My husband has an illness and limited mobility, but our family of four was well taken care of with a wheelchair. The Hotel was very clean throughout, and all the staff were kind—truly a wonderful Hotel. We were very satisfied with both the room and the private open-air bath, and the large public bath was excellent! However, since our room was on a lower floor, we sometimes made eye contact with construction workers in the building right in front of us, which was a bit uncomfortable... Next time, we hope to stay on a higher floor. It’s a Hotel that makes you want to come back again soon! Thank you for your hospitality.

With its simple design and calming atmosphere, this Accommodation is recommended for restoring both body and mind. In particular, the Japanese and herbal tea lounge on the 8th floor lets you blend Japanese tea with herbal ingredients yourself, place them into a tea bag, and enjoy a wellness tea while relaxing music plays—an experience that left us fully satisfied.

This was my first stay in Yugawara Onsen. The water is quite hot, which I personally like. The dishes were beautifully plated and a delight to look at as well. We were also very grateful to the staff who assisted us during meals—they were always smiling and very attentive. This isn’t specific to this Hotel, but regarding children’s meals: when we choose Child Sharing Existing Bedding and order only the meal, most places serve something like a kids’ set. Even if it’s paid, we would really appreciate having the option to choose just rice and miso soup. Our 2-year-old was kindly provided rice and miso soup free of charge. For our 5-year-old, we felt it wouldn’t be right not to order a meal, so we did—but we would be very thankful if there were options to choose from. I don’t want to end up finishing what my child leaves behind instead of enjoying the wonderful food myself—an admittedly selfish request. The dried horse mackerel at breakfast was absolutely delicious. We look forward to staying again when we visit Yugawara.

My 88-year-old mother, my sister and I, my daughter, and my two grandchildren (six of us across four generations) stayed at Atami Korakuen Hotel for one night and two days. Although we were a group with a wide range of ages, everyone was comfortable, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The Shuttle Service bus from Atami Station to the Hotel was extremely helpful. Our Room was an 18-tatami Japanese-style room with large windows, so we could also enjoy the beautiful nighttime view of Atami town. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety—from dishes my mother enjoys to kid-friendly options—so everyone could enjoy the meals together regardless of age. The freshly grilled dried horse mackerel was especially delicious. The large public bath was equipped with a baby bath and baby soap, so we felt at ease bathing even with our young grandchildren. We truly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail. When we asked the front desk to arrange a taxi for getting around, they responded quickly, which helped us a lot. This is a Hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend to families traveling with babies or elderly relatives. We would love to stay again as a family. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

We stayed for one night on July 4–5. This time, six of us (three couples in our 70s) stayed in three Rooms, each with a private open-air bath. To be honest, two of my friends’ husbands have never wanted to use large public baths on our past trips. So this time we splurged on Rooms with open-air baths—and those husbands were thrilled and apparently bathed many times. Everyone agreed it was excellent. The front desk staff were polite and clear, and the foreign staff member who assisted with meals spoke Japanese very well. We even had a bit of personal conversation, and they answered earnestly, making mealtime very enjoyable. Of course, the food itself was also outstanding: many small dishes and a wide variety of carefully prepared items—again, everyone was completely satisfied. At checkout we passed several housekeeping staff members, and every one of them greeted us properly, so we left feeling great. It was quiet, with only the sound of the nearby river; I almost fell asleep in the open-air bath. The price didn’t feel expensive at all. This turned into a long Review, but there’s no doubt we’ll want to come again.

I was really worried the place might feel run-down, but the tatami area was new and the bathrooms had been renovated, so I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for the Shuttle Service as well. The complimentary oden was surprisingly delicious. I even enjoyed beer and sparkling wine before dinner. The staff’s smiles were wonderful. The large public bath was under construction and unavailable, so I was worried about whether I’d be able to use the private bath, but everything went smoothly and I managed to use it six times. There was even a shampoo bar—something many women really appreciate. Even though it’s private, it’s spacious, with an ocean view, and I was completely satisfied. What surprised me most was the food: there weren’t a huge number of dishes, but everything tasted great—and at this Accommodation Fee, is it really okay? The crab quality made me worry in a good way: juicy with just the right amount of saltiness. Even compared with the newer Hotel we stayed at the next day, this Hotel’s meals were better. I’ve already made another Reservation for two nights in September.

From the phone call before our stay, the service was very courteous and pleasant. Many of the staff seemed young, but everyone was wonderfully attentive, and we were able to relax throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and it was also lovely to move to the lounge and enjoy dessert while taking in the view outside. We would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed as three generations. We made a Reservation for three Rooms: a baby Room for our young grandchild, a Room with an open-air bath for us grandparents, and twin Rooms for our two daughters. There happened to be a fireworks festival during our stay, and we were able to enjoy an amazing display—such a wonderful memory. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was replenished quickly so nothing ran out. We love traveling and have stayed at many Hotels, but this Hotel is one I would definitely recommend. Free baby food was available, and there was also a kids’ buffet set up so small children could easily help themselves. I think it’s a Hotel where both adults and children can have a great time. During the Reservation process, I made a mistake that caused trouble for the Hotel, but they supported us in many ways and we truly appreciate it. Thank you very much. We would love to visit again.

We stayed just after the Golden Week holidays. With a private open-air bath in the Room, it was by far the most affordable Accommodation we’ve ever stayed at! The location is right in front of the ocean, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. Even though it’s a business hotel, the amenities were excellent, and the hot spring bath was free-flowing from the source—everything was great. It was May, but it was very hot, and we were able to use the rooftop pool too, so I wish I had brought a swimsuit!

During my stay in Atami, I visited “Village Atami,” a Hotel scheduled to open in August 2026. It was great that four of us could sleep in four separate beds without using an extra bed. The calm, modern interior typical of the Sumitomo Realty & Development group was very comfortable. The vanity has two sinks, there is a spacious walk-in closet, and a mini-kitchen, so it is also recommended for longer stays. I chose plans with meals included for both nights, but since both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, the food is tasty yet the menu is exactly the same each day, so it may be better to avoid doing this. As this is Atami, I was hoping for more Japanese-style sashimi as well, but there was only something like salmon carpaccio; on the second day, I think choosing a nearby restaurant such as a sushi place would be a good option. This time I stayed on the 8th floor and enjoyed a great view all the way to Hatsushima and watching the boats come and go. Thank you for a pleasant stay—the staff’s thoughtful hospitality was wonderful.

The complimentary drinks and soft-serve ice cream after check-in were a nice touch. There was also bread at breakfast, but it ran out quickly and wasn’t replenished afterward. There were no skincare items like toner, so be sure to bring your own! Great value with no unnecessary frills or extravagance, so I could relax without feeling self-conscious. The meals were pretty good as well. I’d like to visit again if I have the chance.

We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. The spacious Room and the generously sized open-air bath in the Room helped us fully relax and recover from our fatigue. Although the building is somewhat old, it is well cleaned, and since I don’t really like newer but cramped Rooms, this Accommodation suited me well. The Onsen was also excellent and warmed me through to the core, so I would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed in a newly renovated Room with an open-air bath. The Room was spacious, and the open-air bath was large enough to relax in comfortably, which was great. The food was carefully prepared and very delicious.

We always arrive late, but thank you for kindly accommodating us. We truly appreciate the owner’s warm hospitality. We look forward to staying again.

Thanks to you, we had a wonderful trip. Spending the day relaxing in complete privacy, without meeting anyone and without worrying about time, was truly a luxury. Thank you for taking care of us, even though it was just one night. All the staff were very pleasant. When we told them we were planning to visit Kinomiya Shrine, they gave us a voucher for a sweets set that could be used at the shrine, and thanks to that we were able to enjoy oshiruko and cookies. Thank you very much. There are many steep slopes on the way up to the Hotel, so I think it would be tough on foot. Dinner was great—the soup was especially delicious. We were able to relax in a Room with a private bath. However, I really wish there had been a round stool or some kind of simple chair at the sink in the Room. Women often spend a long time at the sink doing their hair and makeup, so having a chair would be helpful. The view from the Room was absolutely wonderful. I’d like to come again. I had wanted to stay here for a long time. The Room was spacious and very clean, with a great view. The meals were delicious, and since the restaurant is large, even at the buffet there was no congestion when serving food, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. The Onsen was wonderful, the Shuttle Service was courteous, and all the staff were kind with excellent hospitality. It’s also great value for money, so we were very satisfied. We would like to make this our regular Accommodation in Atami. Thank you very much.

I booked this Hotel after seeing it on YouTube, and it exceeded my expectations—it was a wonderful Hotel with a nostalgic charm that still retains the atmosphere of Japan’s Showa-era bubble period. There are many stunning scenic spots both inside and outside the building, and the meals offered a wide variety of dishes and were very delicious. I will never forget the breathtaking view of Sagami Bay from the large public bath, Spa Rium Nishiki. We stayed in an Ocean Wing Room, which was also clean. However, there was only one towel in the washroom, so I would have appreciated having face towels provided for each guest. Thanks to you, our Atami trip became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much for your courteous email support even before our stay. Since we used self check-in and check-out, we were unable to thank the Hotel staff in person. We stayed here on a family trip. It had always been my dream to relax at the Hotel and enjoy fireworks while chatting casually with my family, and that dream came true. Now that our children are grown, I wonder how many more summers like this we will be able to spend together. The Atami Fireworks Festival we watched from Hotel Harvest Atami, the delicious buffet, the bath with a wonderful view—these have become precious memories for us. Thank you very much.

Unlimited free access to the game arcade, table tennis, Go and shogi, karaoke, and more. It felt like I finally had time to relax again after a long while, and I made wonderful memories. The shared karaoke turned into a nostalgic sing-off of classic Japanese songs, and I truly enjoyed the fun, one-time-only atmosphere with people I had just met. Thank you very much!
