Thank you very much for your courteous email support even before our stay. Since we used self check-in and check-out, we were unable to thank the Hotel staff in person. We stayed here on a family trip. It had always been my dream to relax at the Hotel and enjoy fireworks while chatting casually with my family, and that dream came true. Now that our children are grown, I wonder how many more summers like this we will be able to spend together. The Atami Fireworks Festival we watched from Hotel Harvest Atami, the delicious buffet, the bath with a wonderful view—these have become precious memories for us. Thank you very much.

Perfect for a family of four! The views are spectacular—no doubt about it! The owner is a true gentleman—no doubt about it! As others have mentioned, the Room has a stylish scent (maybe from an air freshener?), and some guests may feel differently about it. Sing karaoke, dance, enjoy the Onsen, have a BBQ, take in the night view and the morning view—and check-out is at 13:00. We had a wonderful time!

All staff members who supported us were incredibly hospitable, and it made our trip truly wonderful. Our whole family was very satisfied—thank you! The facilities were up to date, and the security was excellent. The Ryokan was also very clean and hygienic. Both dinner and breakfast were delicately and elegantly seasoned, everything was fresh, and we enjoyed every dish—it was all delicious. This is a Hotel we would definitely want to stay at again! Thank you as well for preparing surprise plates for us on two consecutive days!

This was my first stay, and since the Accommodation is on a hill, the views were wonderful. The large public bath was spacious enough to relax and fully enjoy the Onsen. I was also happy that each guest was provided with two thick face towels and two thick bath towels. I only had breakfast, but there was a good variety and it was delicious. The Shuttle Service bus schedule and the fact that no Reservation was required made it very convenient overall. Considering the value for money, this is an excellent Accommodation that I would like to visit again.

As our Room was in a separate building, we were able to relax in a quiet space. The open-air bath was also wonderful—I enjoyed it so much that I went in several times. The meals were delicious, and we especially appreciated the spacious dining area where we could take our time without worrying about others. We also received a gift for our wedding anniversary, and the thoughtful hospitality truly warmed our hearts.

Although I have stayed at HIRAMATSU several times, HIRAMATSU Atami offered the most heartfelt hospitality.

Everything—from the cuisine and the Onsen to the private dining room prepared for our meals—was wonderful, and we were able to truly relax from the bottom of our hearts. The food in particular was exceptional; each dish reflected careful craftsmanship, leaving us deeply satisfied. Above all, the Onsen was truly outstanding, and we enjoyed it three times during our stay. The water felt wonderfully gentle on the skin, bringing a soothing warmth that seemed to melt away tension from deep within. We were able to fully savor the blessings of Yugawara’s hot springs. The comforting afterglow lingered long after bathing—it was a genuinely healing experience. Thanks to you, this became a very memorable stay. We would love to visit again.

Thanks to you, we had a wonderful trip. Spending the day relaxing in complete privacy, without meeting anyone and without worrying about time, was truly a luxury. And the sushi dinner was outstanding—we couldn’t have been more satisfied. We felt genuinely refreshed and made wonderful memories. Thank you very much to all the staff.

This was our first stay. My husband has an illness and limited mobility, but our family of four was well taken care of with a wheelchair. The Hotel was very clean throughout, and all the staff were kind—truly a wonderful Hotel. We were very satisfied with both the room and the private open-air bath, and the large public bath was excellent! However, since our room was on a lower floor, we sometimes made eye contact with construction workers in the building right in front of us, which was a bit uncomfortable... Next time, we hope to stay on a higher floor. It’s a Hotel that makes you want to come back again soon! Thank you for your hospitality.

I stopped by and stayed here on my way back from visiting Ise Grand Shrine. It’s within walking distance from the station, and I was able to check in smoothly with no stress. The building is undeniably old, but the Room was kept clean. The meals were very delicious. The local specialty, Atami-ni, was truly outstanding. It’s also nice that you can choose your dried fish at breakfast. Many of the staff are from overseas, but their hard work comes through, so there’s no stress. The Onsen was at a comfortable temperature and felt great. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

I was completely satisfied with everything—the room, the rooftop bar, the meals, and the staff’s service! The teppanyaki dinner was different from what I had imagined; it was prepared by a female chef with a very delicate touch. It was absolutely delicious. The ocean view from the in-room open-air bath and the rooftop bar was breathtaking. My stay was one moving moment after another—a truly luxurious time. I’d love to come back again.

We arrived a little early, but relaxed in the lobby while enjoying shaved ice. That kind thoughtfulness made us very happy. This is an old but truly lovely Hotel, quietly nestled in the mountains of Atami. The soft, high-quality Onsen is outstanding. The building does show its age, and there is also an area where the owner lives, but that is more than made up for by the wonderful Onsen and meals. Fresh sashimi. Delicious fresh salmon roe. Steak and sukiyaki, and a great variety of desserts, fruit, and ice cream—everything was very satisfying. The amenities are plentiful as well—both in the Room and at the large public bath: DHC face & hand soap, gel lotion, cleansing oil, body & hand milk, milky gel, and hair milk, plus KOSE shampoo, conditioner, and body soap— an excellent selection. There is also a pool that can be used year-round, which is great for children. It really felt like what you would expect from Livemax. Considering how travel costs have risen in recent years, this resort offers excellent value for money. Many of the staff are from overseas, but they are well trained so we felt at ease and very comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever we want good hot springs water or delicious sashimi again, we will come back to stay here. I would highly recommend this very comfortable Hotel to many people. From the phone call before our stay, the service was very courteous and pleasant. Many of the staff seemed young, but everyone was wonderfully attentive, and we were able to relax throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and it was also lovely to move to the lounge and enjoy dessert while taking in the view outside. We would definitely like to stay again.

Unlimited free access to the game arcade, table tennis, Go and shogi, karaoke, and more. It felt like I finally had time to relax again after a long while, and I made wonderful memories. The shared karaoke turned into a nostalgic sing-off of classic Japanese songs, and I truly enjoyed the fun, one-time-only atmosphere with people I had just met. Thank you very much!

Just as the Reviews said, every dish we had been looking forward to was truly delicious. We were impressed by the careful seasoning and attention to detail, even in the side dishes. The Facility felt historic, but everything—including the bath—was well maintained and very clean. We were looking for an Accommodation with a tatami Room so it would be comfortable for our one-year-old. We were a bit nervous that our child might touch the hanging scrolls or shoji screens, but our meals were served separately from other guests, and it was still very easy to spend time here even with a child. Above all, everyone at the Accommodation was warm and welcoming, which made our stay truly comfortable. We’re sorry for any trouble caused by our child, but we sincerely appreciated your kind support until the very end. We visited as a family to celebrate my parents’ 60th birthday, and they were extremely satisfied. It became a once-in-a-lifetime family memory. Thank you very much.

We stayed just after the Golden Week holidays. With a private open-air bath in the Room, it was by far the most affordable Accommodation we’ve ever stayed at! The location is right in front of the ocean, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. Even though it’s a business hotel, the amenities were excellent, and the hot spring bath was free-flowing from the source—everything was great. It was May, but it was very hot, and we were able to use the rooftop pool too, so I wish I had brought a swimsuit!

The views and service were wonderful. The kaiseki dinner during the fireworks was both beautiful and delicious, making it a truly special time for our family!

With its simple design and calming atmosphere, this Accommodation is recommended for restoring both body and mind. In particular, the Japanese and herbal tea lounge on the 8th floor lets you blend Japanese tea with herbal ingredients yourself, place them into a tea bag, and enjoy a wellness tea while relaxing music plays—an experience that left us fully satisfied.

I was able to fully relax and heal my exhausted body after caregiving. Thank you for taking care of me. I felt the food was a little strongly seasoned, but I finished everything! It was a very good rest. I look forward to staying with you again.
