The front desk service was courteous, and I appreciated that they promptly called a taxi for the next day. The Room was clean and comfortable. In addition, there is a convenience store attached to the Hotel, which is handy even when it’s windy and rainy. I would like to stay here again.

A Hotel that is never flashy, yet conveys exceptional quality and refined elegance. The rooms are spacious, and the chairs and beds are extremely comfortable. Instead of a card key, the traditional heavy brass key is actually a nice touch. Amenities are also high-end, including Nespresso and L’OCCITANE. It has a dignified presence unlike design-focused city hotels. I was impressed—it truly lives up to its reputation as a Hotel patronized by the Imperial Household.

The parking lot is right in front of the Hotel, and the Room was spacious enough. The staff were very welcoming, and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

We stayed here again this year following last year. The Room was clean, equipped with necessary amenities and comfortable yukata, and there is even a small but satisfying public bath. The izakaya next door is very convenient for dinner. This time, we were especially moved when we opened the Room door after check-in and saw the stunning sunset through the window.

Conveniently located close to the station. 　As we checked in late, the on-site parking was full, but there was an affordable paid parking lot across from the underground garage, so it was easy to use without any trouble. 　The young male staff member at the front desk was also very courteous, and we had a pleasant stay. 　Thank you very much.

My child loves Mont Blanc, so we went to Kasama just to try the “Kasama Mont Blanc.” We made a Reservation at this Hotel because it was close to the roadside station. By chance, a suite (maisonette) Room was available, so we chose it. It was very quiet, and since we stayed from Sunday to Monday, we hardly saw any other guests (we did see some at breakfast), which made it feel almost like a private stay. For dinner, I ordered the hamburger steak. It was Hitachi beef hamburger steak, and the firm texture and rich meat flavor were irresistibly delicious. For breakfast, you can choose Japanese or Western style, so I chose Japanese. The rice—true to the region—was excellent, and the grilled fish (salmon) had perfect fat content and seasoning. Our Room also had a marble-style bath in the maisonette layout, so we could enjoy a touch of luxury. The staff were also courteous and thorough in their explanations and service. We plan to come back next year for the Mont Blanc we couldn’t have this time—and when we do, this is definitely an Accommodation we’d love to stay at again.

I was a little unsure about the container-style Hotel at first, but it was extremely comfortable. I couldn’t hear any noise from next door at all, and the Room was clean—an environment where I could stay for as many nights as needed. It’s difficult to use without a car due to the location, but if you have a car, it’s an excellent Hotel. The rates are reasonable as well, and I’ll stay again.

The welcome drink was much appreciated. Thank you. I wished there had been beer. I enjoyed the Onsen. I would like the women-only hours to be adjusted, even if it’s either at night or in the morning. There are only two sinks in the changing room, so they were taken and I couldn’t use them. I had to hurry back to my Room. Other than that, I was satisfied.

We stayed here with our family of four for a memorial service. We stayed in a spacious 20-tatami Room on the second floor, which was connected to another Room with a kotatsu, so it felt very open and comfortable. The place has the relaxing atmosphere of a countryside grandmother’s home. The garden trees were well maintained and lovely to look at. We did not add meals, but there are many restaurants inside the nearby AEON mall, so we had no trouble finding places to eat. Also, we were told the bath is not an Onsen but mineral spring water, and it was gentle and didn’t leave us feeling fatigued afterward. The tub is about the right size for around three people. The water was quite hot, so we added cold water as we soaked. There is no elevator in the building, so it may be difficult for elderly guests. There may be guest Rooms on the first floor as well, so if you plan to stay, it’s best to check with the Accommodation in advance.

I made a last-minute Reservation an hour before check-in and stayed for one night. I booked knowing in advance that the building seemed old, but with breakfast included at this price, I was more than satisfied—who could complain? The building is old, and the in-room bathroom and toilet are small; it really feels like an older property. The front desk staff were very polite, there was a welcome drink (one time), parking was 300 yen, and it’s about a 10-minute walk from the station—you can take a shortcut by crossing the nearby bridge. I didn’t expect much, but breakfast was properly done as well. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

The meals were delicious! The bath was a rock bath and very nice! Is there only one? What about for women? Is it mixed bathing? It was disappointing as there were only men.
