Rikuzen-Otsuka Station × Stays Popular For Snow-View BathsHighly rated for customer service and hospitality at Hotel·Ryokan

I stayed here with friends. Since a birthday was coming up, we requested a surprise cake. They kindly listened to our requests, the staff coordination was excellent, and they kept it secret until the surprise was over—so it was a success! The private bath and the scenery were wonderful. There was even a reclining bath, and complimentary drinks were prepared as well, so we had a very fulfilling time. I truly recommend the private bath! Also, we knew kaiseki cuisine takes time, but they properly explained in advance that it would take a while. All of the staff were kind and courteous from start to finish, and my friends and I talked on the way home about wanting to stay again! It became a great memory!
