The staff ensured constant replenishment with excellent attention to detail. The Room was clean, and the Onsen was very relaxing. It's open from 5 AM to 2 AM, which is fantastic! Children stay for free and receive an adorable mini towel along with disposable slipper sets.

All of the staff were kind as well. You can also walk from Rifu Station (just under about 15 minutes), and it took around 10 minutes to reach the venue by taxi arranged through a taxi company. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sekisui Super Arena. We’d love to stay again!

It’s a typical Business Hotel, but the Room was very clean, and I was happy there was a large public bath. For women, you receive a key at the front desk to use the bath, which felt reassuring since I’ve stayed at a Hotel before where a man mistakenly entered the women’s bath. I
