All the meals were delicious, and the Onsen was wonderful. The Room and bath areas were kept very clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well provided and really helpful. There was bottled water in the Room refrigerator, and there was also a lounge where you can freely enjoy soft drinks; we had coffee after dinner as well. The Japanese garden in the courtyard was also beautiful. We could choose our favorite yukata, which made us feel even more excited. All the staff were kind and helpful. There were lots of cute cat-themed items in the lobby, hallways, and lounge, which was very soothing. We were able to relax at a leisurely pace. There was a roadside station and a supermarket nearby, so the location was convenient as well. It was such a lovely Accommodation that we would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

The garden was magnificent. The bath was also an Onsen that warmed us to the core, and the meals were very delicious. We would definitely like to stay again. The cake included with the anniversary Plan was exceptionally good, and enjoying it with the complimentary coffee made for a truly happy time.

This was a Hotel I definitely want to stay at again! Not only were the amenities and play area great, but the private family bath was surprisingly easy to use when we wanted, and we were able to relax and enjoy a bath together as a family. Free laundry and drying were also available, which was a huge help—especially with our 2-year-old, when we ran out of spare clothes and started to panic. Meals were buffet-style, so we ended up eating quite a lot and couldn’t make it for late-night snacks, which was a shame—but next time I’ll plan better (haha). Just one thing: the kids’ meals didn’t change much between breakfast and dinner, so our child got a bit bored. It would have been nice to have a little more variety.

From the welcome pineapple cider, beer, and simmered yam konnyaku to a feast of Yamagata specialties, we were completely full! Dinner was served in beautiful dishes that made everything even more appetizing. The post-bath lounge had a wonderful atmosphere, the massage chairs were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks. Of course, the baths were spacious and very relaxing! In the morning, the breakfast ramen was delicious. I chose rice porridge instead, and with so many side dishes I was very satisfied. When sightseeing in Yamagata, we stay at Symphony. Once again, the food was outstanding. The dishes are very thoughtfully crafted—the way the ingredients are brought out and seasoned is impressive.
