I found this Facility on IKYU and liked it so much that I made a Reservation. Just as expected, I thoroughly enjoyed the Facility, the meals, and the Onsen (ceramic bath). During a conversation with the staff at dinner, we talked about Hachimantai’s Dragon Eye. They told me they had gone there after borrowing rental boots and that it was wonderful. So I went the next day right away. Like Zao Okama last year, I was moved by the breathtaking scenery. It was a truly great stay—enjoying both the magnificent nature and the delicious meals at the Facility. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

We visited for my mother’s birthday and stayed in a Japanese-Western style room in the Rindo Wing, bringing her rollator walker. At the welcome drink corner in front of the front desk, we enjoyed wine, tea, and even ice cream. Our room was placed near the elevator, and it was very clean, spacious, and had a great view. We could see the expressway nearby, and at night the moon was beautiful. There was also a water dispenser and a pot for water in the hallway, which made our stay comfortable. There were 10 steps to reach the hot spring baths, but she was able to move slowly while holding onto the handrail. The hot spring water quality was excellent—it warmed us up wonderfully! At dinner, since it was her birthday, each family member received one complimentary drink. The staff who served us also congratulated her, which made us very happy. Thank you! There was a wide variety of dishes and we were completely full—especially the kamameshi rice, which was delicious. The breakfast buffet also had many options and we were satisfied. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
