"Yamasato no Iori Soen" is a restored traditional Hida farmhouse originally built in the late Edo period. The gentle flow of air within the house creates a serene atmosphere, enveloping your heart with warmth. Its century-old history exudes profound charm and evokes the nostalgic spirit of a mountain village. A property with seven rooms located in Okuhida. The cuisine, featuring carefully selected Hida beef of grade A4 or higher, is highly popular. The specialty dish "Yuzan Nabe" allows you to enjoy Hida beef both as shabu-shabu and grilled. Meals are served in private dining rooms, offering a relaxing and luxurious experience, which is one of Yuu's major attractions. Let the warm hospitality and exquisite flavors soothe you.

The main attraction is the Onsen, boasting an overwhelming amount of hot spring water. Enjoy a liberating bath in the large open-air bath that can accommodate up to 50 people.

The Yumoto Saito Ryokan, with a history of 284 years, is a charming property blending the Shirahone Onsen and the traditional ambiance of Shinshu. The onsen, sourced from its own spring since the Kamakura period, is milky white and is said to be effective for gastrointestinal ailments. All 53 guest rooms are named after notable novelists and poets, offering a serene space for relaxation. Additionally, you can savor Japanese seasonal course meals featuring the bounty of Shinshu's mountains and rivers.
