I am truly glad we chose this hotel for what might be my elderly mother's last trip to Tokyo. The staff's pleasant and kind service, as well as their polite language, were exceptional. The room was well-appointed, and the nightwear was incredibly comfortable. Both the main

The only downside was having just one elevator (especially when you’re in a hurry, it’s probably best to allow extra time). When I went out and came back to my Room, the Skytree was sparkling right in front of me. After enjoying the view to my heart’s content, I used the bath-hop

The separate top and bottom pajamas were also a nice touch. The vending machines in the facility were reasonably priced and easy to use, and with many restaurants and a certain discount store nearby, we had a very comfortable stay. This time, we had a busy morning schedule,

I’m not sure where she is from, but I don’t think she’s Japanese. She spoke perfect Japanese and answered all my questions thoroughly—a very pleasant front desk lady. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the first floor, and the food there was quite nice. I didn’t have high

From this site, only smoking rooms were available, so I made a reservation for a smoking room. However, when I expressed my desire for a non-smoking room on the day, they checked the availability and I was able to stay in a non-smoking room. Depending on the room situation on the

We chose a SkyTree-view Room, and there was truly nothing blocking the view—we could see it clearly and were very satisfied. We usually rely on trains, but here buses came one after another, making it very easy to get around with excellent convenience. The price was also very

I’ve stayed at Sotetsu properties in various locations, but this was my first time in Kinshicho. The Hotel wasn’t too far from the station, and the Room had a separate bath and toilet layout, so it was comfortable as usual. However, there were a couple of differences compared w

The location is close to the station, and there was a wide variety of welcome drinks, along with 24-hour coffee and tea services. The amenities were excellent, including skincare essentials, cleansing face wash, and even body cream—no complaints at all. Considering how expens

Relatives stayed for a memorial service and were pleased with the clean Hotel. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, and the restaurant was also great. Conveniently located near a drugstore, supermarket, and a delicious soba noodle shop. Easy access to Asakusa via the Tobu Line, as

Very convenient for visiting the Skytree. The Room was clean and functional, but the heating system could be improved, and a bedside light would be great for reading.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to watch baseball. This was my third stay. It’s very convenient, about a 3-minute walk from the station. The front desk also has amenities and coffee, which I really appreciate. The Hotel isn’t new, but I think they’re doing their best. This tim

With hotel rates in central Tokyo soaring, this property is a bit outside the city center, but I was able to enjoy a reasonably priced Multiple Night Stay. The building and Room are old, but it was quiet at night, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby—casual bars for a dri

The building itself is a bit old, but the elevator requires a key card and only allows access to your accommodation floor, and although the Room is small, it feels very clean. The amenities are sufficient. Even though it’s near the tracks, it was very quiet. I’ll stay here again!

It was very helpful that towels, tissues, toothbrushes, and other amenities were available for self-service from the first day. The place was well cleaned, and the staff were very friendly. The walls are a bit thin, but considering it’s an affordable, clean private room with a ba

Thanks to inbound tourism, it's hard to book hotels and prices are skyrocketing. This hotel was affordable and very helpful. You need to make a reservation well in advance, though (sweat). This time, too, it was a comfortable multiple night stay. The staff were kind and reassurin
