I’m a returning guest, and every time I’m impressed by the excellent service from the front desk staff. Of course, the location is great, but I also love how clean everything is, including the Room, and how well maintained it feels down to every detail. I also like that each Room is categorized by its theme color. Thank you as always.

The Facility and bedding are clean, and the staff are very helpful. They kindly accommodated our additional requests, which allowed us to enjoy a very satisfying stay.

This was my first stay. Since the price was reasonable, I didn’t expect too much, but the Room and bed were spacious and I was able to relax. The breakfast was also very delicious. They kept my luggage after checkout, which was a big help. The Hotel staff were very pleasant, and it made for an enjoyable trip. When I stay in Hakata again, I would like to use this Accommodation again.

I visit Fukuoka often, but this was my first time staying here. The Plan was reasonably priced, and the location in front of Hakata Station was very convenient. Although it was a single Room, it had been renovated and was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well stocked and really helpful. The lobby staff were also excellent. With more foreign-owned Hotels increasing these days, I was reminded once again how pleasant and wonderful the attentive hospitality and service unique to Japanese city Hotels can be. I would like to stay here again.

I was in Fukuoka with my daughters, and each of us had our own plans. We searched for a place where the three of us could stay together, with free parking and reasonable rates, and decided on Vessel Fukuoka Kaizuka. We really appreciated their hospitality. My daughters were happy and said it was the best Business Hotel they’ve stayed at so far. The Room was clean. Plenty of power outlets. A separate washbasin area apart from the bath/toilet. You can see outside through the window. A good selection of amenities. Two trash bins. Shoes-off indoors. They were really excited about all of that.

The staff were polite and had wonderful smiles. There were plenty of amenities, especially skincare products and face masks for women, which were very satisfying. It was fun to have a variety of tea bags available. Having water dispensers on each floor was reassuring. Overall, it made for a great trip. Thank you very much!

I had only known Hotel Okura Kobe, but since this was my first trip to Hakata, I chose Hotel Okura Fukuoka. The service and housekeeping were excellent, and access from the Shinkansen station was easy to understand and very convenient. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I truly appreciate the female staff member who kindly showed me on a map where to find delicious ramen and answered my questions with a smile. It immediately put me at ease, and I felt glad I made this Reservation. I couldn’t stop by the basement brewery due to time constraints, but a male staff member also kindly informed me that I could buy beer at the shop. Having stayed at inexpensive Business Hotels near stations before, I was reminded how valuable local tips and guidance gained through genuine conversation can be—and how they become part of your travel memories. To everyone at Hotel Okura Fukuoka, thank you for giving me such wonderful memories.

Conveniently located next to Hakata Station, making it very easy to get around, and the large public bath (Onsen) was better than expected, so I had a very comfortable stay. It was disappointing and confusing that there was a small issue at check-in (I couldn’t Check Reservation on the self check-in machine). The staff handled it well, and I had a great trip.

The Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, which was great. However, in the large public bath, while some foreign guests were soaking in the tub, they left bath items and locker keys at the washing stations so others could not use them. When I tried to use one, they got out of the bath and told me—using a foreign language and gestures—that I was not allowed to use it. All of the washing stations were occupied by foreign guests for a long time, so several people besides me had to wait for quite a while. I stayed for two nights, and it was the same both days, which made going to the public bath stressful. The Hotel was clean overall—the Room was spotless and breakfast was delicious.

Winter trips can be tiring with long hours spent outdoors, so I chose this Hotel focusing on whether I could also enjoy my time inside. I had a great time warming up in the sauna, taking a short break, and then returning to my Room to watch a movie. Thank you very much!

This is my favorite Hotel that I always stay at least one night when traveling to Fukuoka. The rooms feel a bit small, but they are clean and the location is very convenient. The view from the open-air bath in the large public bath was great, and I was very satisfied again this time. During this stay with my baby, they even prepared adorable baby amenities, which made me very happy. I truly appreciate such thoughtful attention to detail. Although the breakfast selection seemed slightly reduced compared to a few years ago and was a bit disappointing, it is still an excellent Hotel overall that makes me want to stay again.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. I also appreciated the late-night soba and the complimentary ice cream after the bath, and it was great to have an Onsen as well. It made me want to stay at other Dormy Inn locations too.

It was in a great location, close to Hakata Station, with convenience stores and popular restaurants nearby. The Room wasn’t very large, but it was nice. The bathroom and toilet were separate, so I could relax and enjoy a comfortable bath. I could hear hallway noise, voices, and some rattling sounds from the neighboring Room (maybe doors opening and closing?), which bothered me a bit, but that was about it. The lobby drinks were also much appreciated!

I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning. It was less than a 10-minute walk to the domestic terminal, so after arriving I walked to the airport and took the subway to Tenjin. For dinner, I went back to the airport. Breakfast was good, and in the morning it was convenient to take the free shuttle bus to the airport.

Conveniently located near Hakata Station. The Room was spacious, and it was comfortable even for three people. The breakfast buffet featured dishes made with Kyushu ingredients, and the steamer basket had dim sum. All of the main dishes looked delicious, so it was hard to choose. Thank you for the wonderful meal. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming with a smile. I would like to stay here again next time.

I stayed here to see a show at Canal City Theater. It was very convenient, just a short walk away. The interior was modern and clean, with a pleasant feel. The room size was more than sufficient for the price, and having a large public bath was a great plus. They also provided a bag for going to the bath—minimal yet thoughtfully attentive service. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, and even the mini tonkotsu ramen came in its own bowl and was delicious. It’s always nice to enjoy local specialties!

What I liked - Close to the station - Paper cups provided - Mineral water included (one bottle per night of stay) - If you are an APA member, checkout is at 11:00 (can be extended by 1 hour for 1,000 yen) - Amenities were sufficient (toothbrush, hairbrush, cotton swabs, cotton pads, etc.) - Ice available on the first floor Points for improvement (if I had to say) - I would like a bit more powdered tea.

Just one stop from Hakata, about a 4–5 minute walk from Gion Station Exit 2. Carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs was tough, but once inside the Hotel it was cool and comfortable, and it was great to be able to rest with the free drinks on the first floor. Nakasu’s yatai food stalls are also within walking distance, and there are nearby attractions like Kushida Shrine and some delicious ramen shops. The Room was clean, and there is a large public bath where I could relax in the tub. However, when I went to the bath after midnight it was crowded. Since visiting the yatai can make it late, I would appreciate it if bathing hours were extended until 2:00 a.m. on weekends. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including Kyushu-style options, and everything was very tasty! I’d love to stay here again next time I visit Hakata.

Some areas inside the Hotel felt a bit dated. This is a matter of preference, but I wished there had been a pleasant fragrance throughout the Hotel. In the club lounge, the group next to us got into an argument, which was distracting and spoiled the atmosphere, which was disappointing. It seemed to be the same group, but I also hoped they would be more considerate about wearing strong perfume in the dining area.

I chose this hotel for my first trip to Hakata because it has convenient access from Fukuoka Airport, is close to the station, and has a large public bath. All of the staff were polite and kind. I had sent my luggage ahead of time, and they brought it to me at check-in, and when I accidentally left without my card key, they handled it with a smile. The Room was spacious and very clean. There were separate slippers for the public bath and disposable slippers for use in the Room, which helped me relax. There were also plenty of restaurants and food stalls nearby for dinner, making it easy to get around at night. It was a very satisfying trip.
