I visit Fukuoka often, but this was my first time staying here. The Plan was reasonably priced, and the location in front of Hakata Station was very convenient. Although it was a single Room, it had been renovated and was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well stocked and really helpful. The lobby staff were also excellent. With more foreign-owned Hotels increasing these days, I was reminded once again how pleasant and wonderful the attentive hospitality and service unique to Japanese city Hotels can be. I would like to stay here again.

I chose this hotel for my first trip to Hakata because it has convenient access from Fukuoka Airport, is close to the station, and has a large public bath. All of the staff were polite and kind. I had sent my luggage ahead of time, and they brought it to me at check-in, and when I accidentally left without my card key, they handled it with a smile. The Room was spacious and very clean. There were separate slippers for the public bath and disposable slippers for use in the Room, which helped me relax. There were also plenty of restaurants and food stalls nearby for dinner, making it easy to get around at night. It was a very satisfying trip.

It was very convenient for getting around, as it’s close to the station. Tenjin, the main downtown area, and the airport are also nearby. You can even walk to Canal City through the covered shopping arcade, so it was fine even in the rain or at night. The Hotel staff are always at the counter and greet you every time you pass by—they’re kind and helpful. I also asked them to arrange a taxi; there were a few minor Japanese mistakes (perhaps because the staff member on the internal line was a foreigner), but everything was understood without any issues and they handled it politely. Amenities are neatly arranged in front of the elevator for self-service. In the Room, there were cleansing oil, toner, emulsion (lotion), and hand & face soap—more than enough unless you’re particular about brands. During my Multiple Night Stay, when I put out the sign saying cleaning wasn’t needed, they left towels, nightwear, coffee, etc., outside my door. I really appreciated that. The Room was clean as well. Something I dropped rolled under the bed so I reached in to pick it up—there wasn’t even any dust on it, which honestly surprised me in a good way. Overall, I was very satisfied with this Hotel and would gladly stay again.

I had only known Hotel Okura Kobe, but since this was my first trip to Hakata, I chose Hotel Okura Fukuoka. The service and housekeeping were excellent, and access from the Shinkansen station was easy to understand and very convenient. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I truly appreciate the female staff member who kindly showed me on a map where to find delicious ramen and answered my questions with a smile. It immediately put me at ease, and I felt glad I made this Reservation. I couldn’t stop by the basement brewery due to time constraints, but a male staff member also kindly informed me that I could buy beer at the shop. Having stayed at inexpensive Business Hotels near stations before, I was reminded how valuable local tips and guidance gained through genuine conversation can be—and how they become part of your travel memories. To everyone at Hotel Okura Fukuoka, thank you for giving me such wonderful memories.

I planned a trip to Fukuoka as a birthday treat for myself, and I had a very comfortable stay at the Miyako Hotel. The Facility and Room were, of course, wonderful, but what I remember most is how courteous and kind all the staff were. Even as a foreign guest, they treated me warmly and gladly accommodated several requests. Thanks to them, it was truly a pleasant trip. I sincerely appreciate it.

I’m a returning guest, and every time I’m impressed by the excellent service from the front desk staff. Of course, the location is great, but I also love how clean everything is, including the Room, and how well maintained it feels down to every detail. I also like that each Room is categorized by its theme color. Thank you as always.

This time I couldn’t reserve a corner Room, but the twin Room was still very comfortable. The Room is always kept clean, but this time there was leftover ice cream from the previous guest in the freezer. That was disappointing. However, I believe this was just an accident, and every time I stay here it is always clean and comfortable. It’s also very close to Hakata Station, so the location is extremely convenient. I will stay here again.

I was in Fukuoka with my daughters, and each of us had our own plans. We searched for a place where the three of us could stay together, with free parking and reasonable rates, and decided on Vessel Fukuoka Kaizuka. We really appreciated their hospitality. My daughters were happy and said it was the best Business Hotel they’ve stayed at so far. The Room was clean. Plenty of power outlets. A separate washbasin area apart from the bath/toilet. You can see outside through the window. A good selection of amenities. Two trash bins. Shoes-off indoors. They were really excited about all of that.

We stayed in a Premier Twin Room for three people. It was compact but very functional and easy to use, and it felt new and clean, so we had a comfortable stay. [What we liked] - The shower and hair dryer were ReFa; the shower mist in particular felt amazing. - The bath and toilet were separate, which was very helpful for three people. - The bed had a wonderfully soft, springy feel and was extremely comfortable. The pillow height and firmness were just right, so I slept soundly. (I often struggle to find beds or pillows that suit me, so I was impressed!) - There was a Nespresso machine, and the cups and saucers were stylish—enjoying delicious coffee in the Room was a treat. - A convenience store is nearby, which is handy. It’s also just two stops from Hakata with great access; if you go through the commercial complex connected to the station, you can get there with almost no time spent walking outside. (It was a hot day, so this really helped.) - Although it faces a main road, the hotel interior was very quiet. - I called the front desk with a question late at night (and felt bad about it), but they responded kindly and politely. I’d definitely like to stay here again next time I visit Hakata!

Conveniently located next to Hakata Station, making it very easy to get around, and the large public bath (Onsen) was better than expected, so I had a very comfortable stay. It was disappointing and confusing that there was a small issue at check-in (I couldn’t Check Reservation on the self check-in machine). The staff handled it well, and I had a great trip.

The Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, which was great. However, in the large public bath, while some foreign guests were soaking in the tub, they left bath items and locker keys at the washing stations so others could not use them. When I tried to use one, they got out of the bath and told me—using a foreign language and gestures—that I was not allowed to use it. All of the washing stations were occupied by foreign guests for a long time, so several people besides me had to wait for quite a while. I stayed for two nights, and it was the same both days, which made going to the public bath stressful. The Hotel was clean overall—the Room was spotless and breakfast was delicious.

I wasn’t sure until the very last minute whether I could make it due to health concerns, but I’m so glad I was able to come. Thank you very much for all your help and kindness, everyone on the staff. For me, everything about this Hotel is perfect. I truly look forward to visiting again. Until then, I hope to improve my health so I can come without any worries. Thank you again.

This was my first stay. Since the price was reasonable, I didn’t expect too much, but the Room and bed were spacious and I was able to relax. The breakfast was also very delicious. They kept my luggage after checkout, which was a big help. The Hotel staff were very pleasant, and it made for an enjoyable trip. When I stay in Hakata again, I would like to use this Accommodation again.

I stayed here to see a show at Canal City Theater. It was very convenient, just a short walk away. The interior was modern and clean, with a pleasant feel. The room size was more than sufficient for the price, and having a large public bath was a great plus. They also provided a bag for going to the bath—minimal yet thoughtfully attentive service. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, and even the mini tonkotsu ramen came in its own bowl and was delicious. It’s always nice to enjoy local specialties!

The staff were polite and had wonderful smiles. There were plenty of amenities, especially skincare products and face masks for women, which were very satisfying. It was fun to have a variety of tea bags available. Having water dispensers on each floor was reassuring. Overall, it made for a great trip. Thank you very much!

This was my second stay. The lounge was not crowded as it often is, so I was able to relax. Personally, even if there is a large public bath, I rarely feel like going down from the top floor to use it, but I think this Hotel offers more than enough excellent Facilities.

Access, the Room, service, amenities, and more were all very satisfying. However, the buffet-style breakfast was not great—especially because dishes that ran out were not replenished, which made it feel like we were eating leftovers and was disappointing.

Conveniently located right next to Hakata Station, this Business Hotel is excellent in every respect. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Fukuoka specialties, and everything was delicious.

I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning. It was less than a 10-minute walk to the domestic terminal, so after arriving I walked to the airport and took the subway to Tenjin. For dinner, I went back to the airport. Breakfast was good, and in the morning it was convenient to take the free shuttle bus to the airport.

This is my favorite Hotel that I always stay at least one night when traveling to Fukuoka. The rooms feel a bit small, but they are clean and the location is very convenient. The view from the open-air bath in the large public bath was great, and I was very satisfied again this time. During this stay with my baby, they even prepared adorable baby amenities, which made me very happy. I truly appreciate such thoughtful attention to detail. Although the breakfast selection seemed slightly reduced compared to a few years ago and was a bit disappointing, it is still an excellent Hotel overall that makes me want to stay again.
