I stayed here (for just one night?!) to forget the everyday hustle and truly unwind. The sunset sinking into Hakata Bay and the Genkai Sea from the high floors, the “Notari Sea” sparkling in the morning sun with its islands, and the majestic scenery unchanged since ancient times were all breathtaking. I also loved the spacious Room with large windows, no wasted closet space, and a bathroom given plenty of room. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was excellent as well. I would gladly stay again.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again. I made a Reservation to celebrate my grandmother’s birthday. Since the Room was not a suite, it felt moderately spacious and not especially luxurious, but the view was great, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The welcome chocolates were also delicious, and she was very happy. Thank you as well for accommodating our request to add a birthday plate at dinner.

Because Typhoon No. 9 was forecast to approach Okinawa, we moved our stay up by one day and were accommodated. We arrived early for dinner at the restaurant as well, and they kindly took care of us, so we were able to eat plenty at a relaxed pace. Thank you to the staff for your excellent service. From the next day, we enjoyed watching baseball and visiting the adjacent shops, spending a leisurely time and enjoying a different atmosphere with no stress. We will stay again, and we look forward to seeing you then.

The ocean was right in front of me, the views were wonderful, the Facility was clean, and I was very satisfied with the wide variety of dishes. On the way home, I stopped by Marine World Aquarium and then drove six hours on the expressway to get back. It was a very good trip. Kyu
