The fresh Itoshima vegetables, the wide variety of dishes, and even eel rice available from the morning made the kids absolutely delighted. It was a truly enjoyable breakfast buffet. I’d love to stay here again.

The Facility and bedding are clean, and the staff are very helpful. They kindly accommodated our additional requests, which allowed us to enjoy a very satisfying stay.

Despite being in the midst of Tenjin’s urban bustle, I was able to spend a serene time that felt like a different world. I was highly satisfied with everything from the hospitality and Facility to the amenities and dining. This stay reaffirmed for me the essential value of Hotel service: forgetting everyday life, relaxing, and recharging for tomorrow. In particular, the “perfectly balanced sense of distance” in the service throughout the Hotel and the pleasantly unpretentious atmosphere were truly comfortable. As one of Fukuoka’s premier luxury hotels, it isn’t an experience I can have often, but it left a lasting impression and is a Hotel I would love to stay at again someday.

This was my first stay, and the hotel’s convenient location near the station, the late-night curry, and the excellent breakfast were especially appreciated for a business trip. It’s also close to Nakasu’s yatai food stalls and Tenjin, making it easy to get a feel for the local atmosphere—great for conversation topics during business meetings.

This was my third stay, the first in several years. I was truly impressed by the staff’s warm smiles, thoughtful and professional attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality that feels personal to each guest. Thanks to them, I enjoyed a comfortable 3-night, 4-day stay. All of the meals were delicious—the Japanese and Western breakfast options, sea bream chazuke, and the shabu-shabu dinner course. The portions were just right as well. I especially appreciated being able to enjoy everything in my Room. The drink service in the lounge and other touches were also very well considered. The Room was cleaned thoroughly down to every detail, making my stay very pleasant. I’d love to visit again before the new outlet opens next year (while Reservations are still available). I had only known Hotel Okura Kobe, but since this was my first trip to Hakata, I chose Hotel Okura Fukuoka. The service and housekeeping were excellent, and access from the Shinkansen station was easy to understand and very convenient. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I truly appreciate the female staff member who kindly showed me on a map where to find delicious ramen and answered my questions with a smile. It immediately put me at ease, and I felt glad I made this Reservation. I couldn’t stop by the basement brewery due to time constraints, but a male staff member also kindly informed me that I could buy beer at the shop. Having stayed at inexpensive Business Hotels near stations before, I was reminded how valuable local tips and guidance gained through genuine conversation can be—and how they become part of your travel memories. To everyone at Hotel Okura Fukuoka, thank you for giving me such wonderful memories.

The front desk staff were truly kind, the view from the corner Room was amazing, and I really appreciate that it was spacious and clean with all amenities properly prepared in the Room! The bathroom and other water facilities were spotless as well. The location is great, and when I come to Fukuoka again, I’d love to stay here. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again. I was also working remotely during my stay, and I truly appreciate your consideration regarding the cleaning schedule. The Room layout was ideal for remote work as well. Also, some Business Hotels recently have very small closets, but yours had ample space and was perfect for a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much.

It’s a short walk from the station (bus stop), but I think it’s an easy distance to walk. The Room had everything we needed, and it was wonderful that drinks and light snacks were available until 10:00 pm. The snack cakes were delicious. All the staff were courteous and helpful, so we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

The Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, which was great. However, in the large public bath, while some foreign guests were soaking in the tub, they left bath items and locker keys at the washing stations so others could not use them. When I tried to use one, they got out of the bath and told me—using a foreign language and gestures—that I was not allowed to use it. All of the washing stations were occupied by foreign guests for a long time, so several people besides me had to wait for quite a while. I stayed for two nights, and it was the same both days, which made going to the public bath stressful. The Hotel was clean overall—the Room was spotless and breakfast was delicious.

Conveniently located near Tenjin Station with easy access from the airport and Hakata Station. Nakasu is just a quick taxi ride away, and because it’s a bit removed from Nakasu, it’s quiet at night. The bathroom has a washing area, so I was able to relax. Amenities are not provided in the Room and are available at the front desk. Since there is a larger bathtub, it would be even nicer if bath salts (Onsen-style) were included among the amenities. Like many Hotels these days, there was no daily sheet change or Room cleaning. Breakfast was good with local ingredients, but for a Multiple Night Stay I wished there were a few more menu options. Also, it would be nice to have paper coffee cups so guests can take coffee from the breakfast area back to their Room.

Outstanding value for money. It’s an older building, but the Room seems to have been renovated. The free drinks in front of the reception were especially appreciated during this hot summer. The woman at the front desk was polite and left a great impression. In the Japanese-Western style Room, shoji screens let in light, so if you can’t sleep when it’s bright, it’s a good idea to bring an eye mask. Breakfast is a nice set of rice balls wrapped in bamboo leaf and fried chicken—like a Japanese bento. It also comes with small side dishes, salad, and miso soup. Excellent value for money.

This was our first stay in three years, and our first summer visit with children. After enjoying the pool, our child fell asleep and we weren’t sure what to do, so we asked just in case—and you were able to let us check in almost two hours earlier than planned. It was a huge help. Our child was fully refreshed after a nap on the bed, and we were able to enjoy the pool even more afterward. The BBQ was also great for families with kids—our children played on the lawn, so we could relax and take our time. It’s a bit of a shame that we couldn’t use the container sauna or spa because we had children with us, but we were very satisfied with the extraordinary experience that felt like being abroad. We would be very happy if the wine selection could be improved a little more.

Everything exceeded our expectations in every way, and we had a very comfortable stay. If I had to mention one thing, it would be even better if there were a Shuttle Service from the nearest station.

Although it is a bit far from Hakata Station and Tenjin, the free Shuttle Service to the subway and Nishitetsu train stations was convenient. The view from the Room is great, and it is quiet. The Onsen in the large public bath also felt smooth on the skin. Next time, I would definitely like to dine here.

I chose this hotel for my first trip to Hakata because it has convenient access from Fukuoka Airport, is close to the station, and has a large public bath. All of the staff were polite and kind. I had sent my luggage ahead of time, and they brought it to me at check-in, and when I accidentally left without my card key, they handled it with a smile. The Room was spacious and very clean. There were separate slippers for the public bath and disposable slippers for use in the Room, which helped me relax. There were also plenty of restaurants and food stalls nearby for dinner, making it easy to get around at night. It was a very satisfying trip.

The Room was very clean, and since it overlooked the river, the view was excellent! The first floor features a lovely European-style interior. The restaurant has large windows, creating an open and airy atmosphere! Although it’s close to the downtown area, it’s in a quiet location. We were very satisfied!

The location is practically Tenjin (nearest station: Akasaka), making it convenient not only for the office district around Nakasu and Hakata, but also for shopping areas like Tenjin and Yakuin, as well as academic neighborhoods such as Nishijin. Whenever I end up staying in Fukuoka on short notice, I always rely on this Accommodation. My stays in Fukuoka are usually packed and physically demanding, but it’s reassuring that there are Rooms with separate bath and toilet and a bathtub where you can stretch out your legs. On top of that, the 12:00 checkout Plan is available, so I can comfortably stay out late entertaining clients. That said, I oversleep every time and still haven’t made it to breakfast—but that’s just part of the charm. Next time I stay, I plan to fully enjoy breakfast as well.
