It’s a short walk from the station (bus stop), but I think it’s an easy distance to walk. The Room had everything we needed, and it was wonderful that drinks and light snacks were available until 10:00 pm. The snack cakes were delicious. All the staff were courteous and helpful, so we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

From the photos, I initially thought we would have to climb stairs to enter, but the building is designed so you can take an elevator down to the basement, which made our stay with my elderly mother easy and comfortable. The design is outstanding, and after entering you first arrive at the basement front desk and lounge—an exciting start that really builds anticipation. The Room was bright and open, with a very spacious bathroom; the sink area is separate and close to the bedroom, making it extremely convenient and comfortable overall. This is a Hotel I definitely want to return to.

No matter when I stay, the staff are always wonderful—friendly and truly pleasant to deal with. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned, and I was able to relax in comfort. There’s a unique sense of ease that lets me be myself, and it feels like coming home. Thank you, and I look forward to staying with you again.

I stayed here after hearing that the breakfast is highly rated. It really was delicious—well-made, clearly homemade, and truly satisfying. I’m glad I stayed. It was my first time staying at a Hokke Club, and it made me want to stay at Hokke Club hotels in other locations as well. I really appreciate being able to enjoy local specialties so deliciously. I was also working remotely during my stay, and I truly appreciate your consideration regarding the cleaning schedule. The Room layout was ideal for remote work as well. Also, some Business Hotels recently have very small closets, but yours had ample space and was perfect for a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much.

It was great to have parking available, and the location was convenient for getting around. I’d like to stay here again.

This was my second consecutive week staying here. It’s a bit far from Hakata Station and Tenjin, but it’s still within a 20-minute walk, so it was acceptable. The Facility feels a little old overall, but it was well cleaned and comfortable. The large public bath was spacious, and there was also a sauna, so I could relax after work and recover from fatigue.

Because the bathroom and toilet are separate, the three of us were able to stay comfortably and relax. There were three beds, so we had plenty of space. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. The shuttle bus to Hakata Station was also very helpful.

Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store nearby. It was a pity that the twin Room we used didn’t have a coffee maker, but we were able to get drip coffee packs at the front desk, and there was a free drink corner in the lobby (may be temporarily unavailable depending on the time). Complimentary women’s skincare items were also available upon request, and they were provided at the hot bath Facility as well. The Room was clean, and there was no step up into the bathroom, which made it stress-free. You can check how crowded the hot bath Facility is on the TV, so we checked before going. It was quiet at night, which was nice.

The parking location was a bit difficult to find during our car trip. However, the reception staff and parking attendants kindly guided us, and we were able to park without any issues. We only had breakfast, but it was very delicious—possibly the best among all the accommodations we've stayed at!

I booked this for my first solo trip in a while. The staff members were different each time—when I called the day before, when they stored my luggage before check-in, and when I returned after going out—but everyone was very helpful and made me feel at ease. The room was clean, with no unnecessary amenities cluttering the sink area, which I appreciated for its simplicity. On a personal note, I was delighted to find that the TV was SONY with the same remote as at home; I enjoyed watching YouTube. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Tenjin-Minami Station and 15 minutes from Tenjin Station. The Lawson on the corner was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again when attending live events. Thank you!

I stayed here last year and was so impressed by how delicious the breakfast was that I came back again. The side dishes felt homemade, and the mentaiko was unbelievably good again this time. I’m curious—what brand or where is that mentaiko from? I also wanted to have some bread, so I ate bread after finishing my rice. Everything was delicious. The raw egg option was great, but since I eat a boiled egg every morning, I’d be happy if boiled eggs were available too. Also, it would be helpful if amenities like facial toner were provided. The bath was spacious and easy to use. It was a bit disappointing that the bed direction in my Room this time was different from last time and the TV felt too close. Still, overall it was very good. I might come back again because I want to have the breakfast again.

This was not my first time staying at APA, but during check-in, I was told it was a Plan requiring registration, so I had to provide personal information, which took some time. Although I booked for one person, they upgraded me to a twin Room, which was spacious. APA Rooms usually feel quite compact, but this one felt roomy. The bathroom was also relatively large. There is a supermarket nearby, making it convenient. Even late at night, the surrounding area is well-lit and safe.

Some areas inside the Hotel felt a bit dated. This is a matter of preference, but I wished there had been a pleasant fragrance throughout the Hotel. In the club lounge, the group next to us got into an argument, which was distracting and spoiled the atmosphere, which was disappointing. It seemed to be the same group, but I also hoped they would be more considerate about wearing strong perfume in the dining area.

Located in the city center with excellent transport access, the Room was clean, simple, and functional. With accommodation costs rising recently, this price was greatly appreciated. It was very convenient to use.

The breakfast on the website looked delicious, so I stayed with a breakfast-included Plan. Every item was carefully prepared and tasted great. There was a wide variety of dishes, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast. As it is closer to a Business Hotel, there are fewer amenities and Facilities, but the entire Hotel is new and I had a comfortable stay. The only disappointment was the bathtub—the inside felt rough, as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Aside from that, it was a good Accommodation.

With Hotel prices soaring in Fukuoka City, I was able to stay at an affordable rate in a clean Room with great access close to Tenjin. Thank you very much.

First, the Hotel itself was great in terms of cleanliness, location, and security. The bathtub was large enough to stretch out in, and although it’s in a busy area, the Room was quiet and very comfortable. However, what was disappointing was the staff... When I called in advance to change my check-in time (a male staff member), he was very pleasant, and I looked forward to my stay. At check-in—skipping the details—they were polite but never smiled throughout. At check-out as well, I simply placed the key card into a box, but there were four or five male and female staff members nearby doing something, and not a single person spoke to me... so I left quietly. The only person who greeted me during my stay was a foreign female housekeeping staff member in the morning. Even though she seemed busy, she cheerfully said “Good morning!” with a smile, which felt really nice and made me happy. I’ve stayed at many Hotels before and have never once felt unsure about how the staff treated guests, so this was very disappointing. The Hotel itself is good, and I would like to stay again if I have the chance. I also think it’s a recommended Hotel—so I wrote this hoping that this point can be improved.

I stayed here on a Fukuoka food tour. Udon, yatai food stalls, ramen, gyoza, motsunabe hot pot, and yakiniku were all easily accessible from this location. Since my Room was riverside, I could also see the yatai area and was very satisfied. The sweets we enjoyed with in-dining were also very photogenic and excellent. I think it’s a great choice for staying with young women.
