Tawara-an is an Accommodation renovated from a traditional Kyoto townhouse built in 1897. While preserving the original layout of the machiya row house once used as both workshop and home by an artisan who crafted the Imperial Seal (official seal) for the Imperial Family, it has been updated with interiors that bring a modern touch.
