In autumn 2024, Hilton Kyoto, the first "Hilton Hotels & Resorts" brand in Kyoto, opened in Kawaramachi Sanjo, a bustling area filled with traditional Kyoto restaurants and shops. Located just a 15-minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage Site Nijo Castle, a 1-minute walk from Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Subway Station, and a 15-minute drive from Kyoto Station, it offers an ideal location for both sightseeing and business. The hotel features 313 rooms centered around spacious standard rooms of approximately 40 square meters. On the rooftop, guests can relax at an open-air bar while enjoying views of Kyoto.
