We stayed here on my mother’s 88th birthday during a trip to celebrate her milestone. When I requested a cake in advance, they prepared a wonderful birthday plate, and the staff showed such thoughtful care to make it a surprise. It became a truly special day for both my mother and me. The food was delicious, and dinner was so plentiful we couldn’t finish it all. The breakfast buffet was just as the Reviews said—there was an amazing variety, and it made us excited from the morning. It was also fun just looking at all the little pig decorations throughout the Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Shin-Otsuka. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for a family trip to Osaka with five people. In a word, it was an extremely satisfying Hotel. The building was new, very clean, and comfortable with good air conditioning. The large public bath had a sauna, and the cold plunge pool was refreshingly cold. The room also had a separate bath and toilet, so we could relax even if we didn’t go to the public bath. There was also a wide variety of welcome drinks, which we enjoyed while unwinding after check-in. In summer, it was available until midnight. The breakfast buffet had many options, and everything was delicious. The staff were kind and courteous, and the luggage storage service after our stay was very helpful. It offered great value for money—I was surprised to receive this level of service at this price. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

This was my first time staying here. The price was reasonable, and the late-night soba was incredibly delicious, so I was really looking forward to breakfast. Breakfast more than lived up to my expectations—I was very satisfied and would love to stay again.

We stayed to recuperate after an illness during the intense heat. We would definitely like to come again in every season. The view from the Room and the night scenery were very soothing. The hamo hot pot kaiseki was exquisite.

While the Hotel is undeniably old, the quality is very satisfying.

The bath was wonderful. In the morning, you can really feel the planes taking off and landing—such a pleasant time for an aviation fan like me. The banana juice after the bath was delicious as well. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my second stay, and since my previous visit was so enjoyable, I chose this Hotel again without hesitation. The Facilities were excellent, and the meals were delicious. I would love to stay here again.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The Facility is new and spotless, and the bathroom and bathtub are properly spacious. The Room layout is also well designed—the door isn’t directly visible from the desk, so I could work calmly. Breakfast was high quality too, and the meat soup was delicious! They also served excellent fruit, and at this price with breakfast included, I’m very satisfied. It’s a Business Hotel that could easily feel impersonal, but I discovered some great books at the library café at night, and the staff’s posted recommendations for local restaurants felt warm and welcoming. I often stay at Hotels that cost JPY 20,000–30,000 per night, but this place is more than good enough.

This was my second stay. As before, I stayed with breakfast included. Last time I chose the Western-style breakfast; this time I chose the Japanese-style breakfast. I also enjoyed the complimentary curry and was very satisfied! The restaurant staff were very attentive, and both the Western and Japanese meals were delicious! After checkout, I remembered that I had left something behind in my Room and immediately called the Hotel... Since I had another appointment, I couldn’t go back to pick it up and wasn’t sure what to do—but they kindly offered to ship it to me cash on delivery! I’m truly grateful for their courteous response, careful packaging, and even a handwritten message! It’s a classic, old-fashioned Hotel that feels nostalgic for someone in my 50s. I’m sorry for the trouble caused to the staff. Thank you very much!

I chose this Hotel because it offers excellent access within walking distance to the Shinkansen, Hankyu Railway, and the Midosuji subway line. The cleaning was thorough, and both the building and the Room were spotless. There are three elevators, so there was no waiting time. It perfectly matched my criteria when choosing a Hotel. I would like to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

Our family of three stayed here. After checkout, we were truly touched that both the front desk staff and a floor staff member stood together and waved to see us off until we were out of sight. The hospitality was exceptional.

The Room was spacious and clean, and the eco-friendly initiatives were thoughtfully implemented—just the right balance without being overdone—so I had a very comfortable stay with no inconvenience. The breakfast was delicious, but it was disappointing to find a large piece of trash on the floor by my seat. Still, it was a Hotel I would like to stay at again when visiting Osaka.

There was no hustle and bustle, and the calm atmosphere made me feel very at ease. Starting on July 4, due to various circumstances I stayed at two Hotels in Sakai City, and on the final day before returning home, my third stay was at New Osaka Hotel. It was the best of them all. It’s close to the station, and I was able to buy souvenirs at Shin-Osaka as well. I planned to have dinner at the station, but instead I bought a boxed meal there and enjoyed a relaxing meal back at the Hotel. At breakfast, they had Chinese rice porridge, so even when my tired body had little appetite, I could still eat. It was buffet-style with a solid variety of dishes, and I was able to eat well and head home feeling refreshed. If I have another chance to visit Osaka, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to use again. For me, it deserves full marks.

While parts of the building had a retro Showa-era feel, overall I was satisfied. I was especially surprised by the wide variety of breakfast options. This Accommodation had the best selection I’ve ever seen. There were so many choices that it was almost disappointing I couldn’t eat more. I stayed here for a business trip to Mt. Rokko in Kobe, and it was easy to get there without taking much time.

This was my first time having breakfast here, and I was extremely satisfied—easily one of the best breakfasts among the Hotels I’ve stayed at!! I’m happy to have found such a delicious breakfast again after a long time. The service is excellent, making it a comfortable and reassuring Hotel to stay at. It’s also conveniently close to the station, and easy to reach from the Shinkansen gates without getting lost. In Shin-Osaka, this is my go-to place from now on! I chose this Hotel for my first stay in Osaka. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of Shin-Osaka Station. They kindly lent me a charging cable I had accidentally forgotten, which was a big help. All the staff were very kind. The Room was excellent, and APA Hotels are consistently reliable and reassuring wherever you stay.

It was truly just a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station’s East Exit. There is also a large public bath, which is great when traveling with friends since you don’t have to wait your turn. However, it does get crowded at night. The changing area isn’t very spacious either, so if you can go earlier, make the bath a priority!

This is an adults-only Hotel. However, compared to a business Hotel, the Facilities were excellent for the price and I was very satisfied. The Room was spacious, the bed was large, the bath was wonderful, and the amenities were very helpful. If you don’t mind that it’s an adults-only Hotel, you can have a very satisfying stay. Great value for money! I’d stay again if I have the chance. I didn’t have time to try the meals, but still 5 stars. Thank you very much.

A smoking Room was available, so I stayed here. The Accommodation was very clean. I was impressed that the ice machine had plenty of containers stocked. When I travel by Shinkansen, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.
