Breakfast offers a choice between a bento box and a sandwich, and you can eat at the venue or take it out to your Room or elsewhere, which is handy. The bacon-and-egg sandwich was filling and delicious. The female staff are always cheerful and efficient, so I can enjoy breakfas

The property and the reception area were different, but when I first went to the property, I was kindly guided to the reception area! The other staff members were also kind, and their customer service was excellent. I unexpectedly had a multiple night stay about two days prio

The service at the counter was very pleasant, and I was happy with the response. The Room was spacious and nice, but the most disappointing thing was that the change of clothes provided by the Hotel was a yukata! I wish they would at least provide something like a jinbei! Also,

The Facility was great, and although I didn’t use it, there was even a foot massager in the Room! The twin Room was spacious, and I really appreciated that the bath, toilet, and sink were separate. Moreover, everything was thoroughly cleaned, allowing me to have a comfortable

The front desk staff provided exceptional service! During check-in, without me asking, they noticed my address and immediately inferred that I would be returning home the next day. They informed me that trains were suspended all day due to heavy snow and even helped me find a w

On another note, this time I received exceptional hospitality with your drink service—thank you very much. As for breakfast, while it is functional and well-organized, there seem to be frequent small menu changes that leave me slightly puzzled each time. As a request, it wou

When I had a chance to visit Osaka and checked the site again, I saw photos of a building I recognized—although it was listed under a different name—so I made a Reservation right away. The front desk service and the in-Room amenities, towels, and more were far better than before.

Despite the unfortunate weather, we enjoyed the night view of central Osaka in the rain and the train view from the large room window. The room was spacious and more than sufficient, and we appreciated having a sofa as well. Enjoying drinks together while admiring the night vie

As for the Room layout (size), it varies—some Rooms are better than others. If you get a larger Room, it feels quite comfortable. It’s fine for a solo stay after a night out, but I would hesitate to stay here with family. This time I had a large Room and it was comfortable. I’d l
