Around Hilton Plaza West × Highly rated for dining at Hotel·Ryokan

The breakfast here is delicious, so I stay here every time I’m in Osaka. This time, they kindly stored my suitcase and refrigerated items before check-in, which was a big help. It’s a bit of a walk from JR Osaka Station, but if you head for Izumi no Hiroba in the underground mall, you’ll be fine. Considering the price, you can overlook the surrounding area around the Hotel. It’s also within walking distance of Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, and there’s a nearby LIFE supermarket, which is convenient. There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, so it’s best to bring your own.

I had to stay overnight in Osaka on short notice for work and chose this Hotel. It’s in a very convenient location—easy to reach from Umeda via the underground passage, and you can come up right by the Hotel, which was a big help. The Room was easy to use, and the amenities were well stocked in the Room, which I appreciated. I’d like to stay here again.

The hospitality was outstanding. I make sure to stay here at least once every year. Next time, I plan to stay for two nights.

From check-in onward, there were various services offered throughout the day, and it was my first time staying at a Hotel with such extensive services. My cousin, who stayed with me, was also very pleased. I was happy with the wide variety and delicious taste of the breakfast as well. However, it was inconvenient that there was no phone in the Room, so I had to use my own phone to call the front desk for questions or confirmations.

This was my second stay. Watching the front desk team, I feel they are always kind, courteous, and wonderful with every guest. They treat both Japanese and international visitors warmly and equally, which I truly admire. Although this Accommodation is very popular and often busy, I was able to use the lobby and elevators without any stress, making my stay very comfortable. Having the front desk on the first floor is also extremely convenient.

We stayed with our child, and thanks to the friendly staff who spoke to us warmly, both parent and child were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay with peace of mind. The meals and drinks served at SPECIALTY SALON were also excellent. Next time we stay, we would love to try breakfast at THE MOMENT as well. Thank you very much.

Despite the reasonable price, the Room was clean, with a large bed that felt spacious and relaxing. The large public bath helped wash away travel fatigue, and the complimentary ramen service was incredibly delicious! The front desk staff were also very helpful—truly the best value Accommodation I’ve found. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful time. All the front desk staff were very kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. It was surprisingly easy to get here from the station. There were plenty of dining options nearby, which was great. I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed for two nights to attend a party held at this Hotel. They kindly helped me arrange a kimono to wear on the day and advised me on gifts for local hosts, which was greatly appreciated. The Room and spa were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, making my stay in Osaka truly pleasant.

This time I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. The Room was not very large, but it was clean and comfortable for me. It was very convenient for going to a convenience store, which was great. I would like to stay again.

It had been a while since my last stay. As expected, The Ritz is wonderful. I’d love to stay again the next time I visit Osaka. Also, the scent inside the hotel has changed. I stop by to shop for souvenirs even when I’m not staying, so I noticed it right away. Please consider selling the new fragrance as well—it smells fantastic.

It’s a wonderful Hotel. The cleaning was thorough, and the breakfast was delicious. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, and we were able to relax in a lovely Room. All the front desk staff were very kind—almost to the point of making us feel undeserving. We will visit again.

It was my first stay in a while, and the floor had a calm atmosphere. The Room was spacious, thoroughly cleaned, and clearly well maintained with an excellent sense of cleanliness. Above all, every staff member was courteous and professional, which made my stay very comfortable. Choosing this property for my time in Osaka was absolutely the right decision. Thank you as always for your continued support. With its great location, excellent breakfast, and this price point, Hotel Kansai is the only Accommodation I consider in Osaka. And when I happen to catch a “niku-sui day,” it absolutely makes my day. I plan to keep staying here in the future. However, something disappointing lately… it seems the incredibly delicious pork miso soup at breakfast has gone back to the original regular miso soup. Personally, I wouldn’t mind if the breakfast price were raised further—I’d really like it to be pork miso soup again.

My daughter and I stayed for a two-night stay in a Club Junior Suite. I had seen some Reviews saying the staff were not very helpful, but that wasn’t the case at all—everyone was attentive and courteous. The Club Floor lounge was especially wonderful. During cocktail time, we enjoyed drinks and delicious snacks together while taking in the night view—my daughter has just turned 20, so it was a special moment for us. It was also great that the property is connected to the Onsen Facility “Ren.” We used it on the first night and again on the morning of our third day, and we were very satisfied. We hadn’t added breakfast, but we had a breakfast rice porridge set at one of Ren’s restaurants, then fully enjoyed a morning bath. The powder room was well equipped with ReFa and YA-MAN hair dryers as well as hair irons, so there was no inconvenience. This trip was by JR, so with large luggage it felt like a bit of a walk from the station (and we got slightly lost), but we truly had a wonderful trip. If I have another chance to visit Osaka, I would definitely like to stay again. One small thing I noticed: while spending time in the Room, there would be fairly loud popping or clicking sounds coming from near the window about once every 5–10 minutes. Since it’s on the 27th floor, I wondered if it might be related to air pressure or something similar—but it remained a mystery throughout our stay.

Although we stayed in a twin room, the bathroom was spacious and helped us relax after a long day. It was farther from Osaka Station than we expected, but it was easy to find. Thank you very much.

This Hotel is in an easy-to-find location right outside Osaka Station’s West Exit. Osaka Station is complicated and I often get lost, but this time I didn’t. It’s also right next to KITTE Osaka, where the Sky Theater is located. It was convenient for shopping and dining between shows. Perfect convenience—100 points!
