Despite the reasonable price, the Room was clean, with a large bed that felt spacious and relaxing. The large public bath helped wash away travel fatigue, and the complimentary ramen service was incredibly delicious! The front desk staff were also very helpful—truly the best value Accommodation I’ve found. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Although we stayed in a twin room, the bathroom was spacious and helped us relax after a long day. It was farther from Osaka Station than we expected, but it was easy to find. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. Watching the front desk team, I feel they are always kind, courteous, and wonderful with every guest. They treat both Japanese and international visitors warmly and equally, which I truly admire. Although this Accommodation is very popular and often busy, I was able to use the lobby and elevators without any stress, making my stay very comfortable. Having the front desk on the first floor is also extremely convenient.

The hospitality was outstanding. I make sure to stay here at least once every year. Next time, I plan to stay for two nights.

From check-in onward, there were various services offered throughout the day, and it was my first time staying at a Hotel with such extensive services. My cousin, who stayed with me, was also very pleased. I was happy with the wide variety and delicious taste of the breakfast as well. However, it was inconvenient that there was no phone in the Room, so I had to use my own phone to call the front desk for questions or confirmations.

It was a Multiple Night Stay, and everything was so wonderful that I didn’t want to leave. You provided a spacious Room, which made remote work very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The breakfast, complimentary service drinks, and coffee were all delicious, and I looked forward to them every day. I also used the Onsen and laundry services, and every Facility was easy to use and truly great. All staff members were courteous and thoughtful in every way, including when I asked for a taxi—thank you for taking such great care of me. I have already made another Reservation for three nights in late August as a repeat stay. This has become my favorite place so far—I would like to stay here whenever I visit Osaka in the future. Thank you very much, and I look forward to staying with you again.

The breakfast here is delicious, so I stay here every time I’m in Osaka. This time, they kindly stored my suitcase and refrigerated items before check-in, which was a big help. It’s a bit of a walk from JR Osaka Station, but if you head for Izumi no Hiroba in the underground mall, you’ll be fine. Considering the price, you can overlook the surrounding area around the Hotel. It’s also within walking distance of Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, and there’s a nearby LIFE supermarket, which is convenient. There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, so it’s best to bring your own.

We stayed with our child, and thanks to the friendly staff who spoke to us warmly, both parent and child were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay with peace of mind. The meals and drinks served at SPECIALTY SALON were also excellent. Next time we stay, we would love to try breakfast at THE MOMENT as well. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for having us this time. Since we had early check-in, we headed over early, but arrived even earlier than expected and planned to wait next to the front desk until check-in time. However, the Room was already ready, so we were able to check in even earlier and relax. The Room was clean, and there were no missing amenities, so we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast the next morning was also delicious. We chose the Japanese set meal, and fruit, steamed vegetables, bread, and drinks were served buffet-style, so we enjoyed plenty and were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.

It had been a while since my last stay. As expected, The Ritz is wonderful. I’d love to stay again the next time I visit Osaka. Also, the scent inside the hotel has changed. I stop by to shop for souvenirs even when I’m not staying, so I noticed it right away. Please consider selling the new fragrance as well—it smells fantastic.

I stayed for two nights to attend a party held at this Hotel. They kindly helped me arrange a kimono to wear on the day and advised me on gifts for local hosts, which was greatly appreciated. The Room and spa were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, making my stay in Osaka truly pleasant.

Regarding this Reservation, I could not find the Check Reservation details on this site, so I contacted the Hotel directly and received courteous assistance. The check-in process was also handled efficiently. It had been a while since my last stay, but the Room had been renovated—the bathroom was clean, and a small sofa had been added, which made it more comfortable than before. There is also a convenience store on-site, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I had to stay overnight in Osaka on short notice for work and chose this Hotel. It’s in a very convenient location—easy to reach from Umeda via the underground passage, and you can come up right by the Hotel, which was a big help. The Room was easy to use, and the amenities were well stocked in the Room, which I appreciated. I’d like to stay here again.

This was my first stay, and both the Hotel’s location and the surrounding area were great—I really felt I made the right choice choosing this Hotel (lol). The atmosphere of the Hotel was also amazing!

The air inside the Hotel, the quiet atmosphere, the cleanliness of the Room, the fresh air, and the convenience of the Facility—everything was excellent.

We used the anniversary Plan to celebrate my partner's birthday. Before our stay, we had sent a gift in advance, and it was already beautifully set up in the Room upon our arrival. Additionally, we consulted about a surprise beforehand, and despite some timing challenges (I missed the confirmation email after check-in—my apologies for that), the staff assisted us very kindly and thoughtfully, which made us truly happy. We couldn't finish one bottle of champagne and the cake between just the two of us—we felt sorry about that! The atmosphere was stylish, and my partner especially appreciated being able to take drinks like coffee in portable cups back to our Room. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity. This time I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. The Room was not very large, but it was clean and comfortable for me. It was very convenient for going to a convenience store, which was great. I would like to stay again.

I stayed at Hotel Hanshin Osaka for the first time to watch a Hanshin game at Kyocera Dome Osaka. It’s close to the station, and you can get to Kyocera Dome Osaka on the Osaka Loop Line without transfers, so the access was excellent. There are also convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel, which made it very convenient. The Room was more spacious than I expected, and I was able to stay very comfortably. The front desk and staff were very kind, which made me really happy. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was so delicious that I ended up eating too much in the morning. When staying in Osaka, I would like to use Hotel Hanshin Osaka again.

It was surprisingly easy to get here from the station. There were plenty of dining options nearby, which was great. I’d like to stay here again.
