The complimentary treats like popcorn and shaved ice were especially great, and we also enjoyed fun extras such as the bubble bath. Since children stay free, it’s an excellent choice for families with kids. If I have a chance to visit Osaka again, I’d love to stay here. I highly recommend giving it a try.

At check-in, the female front desk staff member provided excellent service. She was smiling throughout and showed great consideration for us. At check-out, the male staff member’s service and smile were also wonderful. The Room was very clean and well maintained, and there was nothing to complain about. I would like to stay here again. I became a fan of The Gate Hotel in Kyoto, so I stayed here in Osaka as well. The location is, of course, excellent. Every Room offers a wonderful view. The interior is clean and efficiently designed. Details like the side tables use eco-friendly materials, giving it a modern feel throughout. Breakfast was delicious across the board, and I was very satisfied. I will stay again.

Spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. With the Plan including parking, I was able to check in with peace of mind. There’s nothing that can be done about it, but everything was perfect except for the squat-style toilet. Sorry—I’m not comfortable with squat toilets. In particular, the young woman at reception was very pleasant and incredibly soothing. I had a great check-in and check-out experience. Thank you so much!!

Despite the reasonable price, the Room was clean, with a large bed that felt spacious and relaxing. The large public bath helped wash away travel fatigue, and the complimentary ramen service was incredibly delicious! The front desk staff were also very helpful—truly the best value Accommodation I’ve found. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The price and access were the deciding factors for my Reservation. In midsummer, it’s convenient to be able to use multiple train lines via Crysta Nagahori, where you can stay cool with air conditioning and not worry about rain. It’s also nice that the area feels calmer just a little away from the Midosuji Line area. As for the price, it was quite affordable even compared with Hotels in central Osaka for the same dates. Even so, the Facility still feels new, and the Room was clean. The amenities, loan items (including a ReFa hair dryer), welcome drinks, and other services were well provided, which I really appreciated. A few things I noticed: There were take-away containers next to the water dispenser for bringing water back to your Room—very thoughtful. However, when I picked up the last one in the back, it was covered in dust, so I quietly put it back... Maybe because there is no sleep mode on the Room air conditioner, I found the noise noticeable when trying to sleep. There is no safety deposit box in the Room (I confirmed this at reception as well). So I ended up carrying my work laptop with me even when going out for personal reasons. Still—considering this price point—I was very satisfied!

It was my first stay, but this was a wonderful Hotel that felt warm and reassuring—like coming home. What impressed me most was the staff’s perfect sense of distance: refined, top-class service while still friendly, making the entire stay truly comfortable. The Room was also impeccably cleaned down to every detail—perfectly spotless wherever you looked. You can really feel how much the staff cherish this Hotel. The room service beef curry I had in the Room had an astonishing depth of flavor—absolutely outstanding! I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my stay: service, cleanliness, and food. I’ve found a special Hotel I can recommend with confidence. Thank you for such an amazing time that left both body and mind fulfilled. Without a doubt, this is a special place I’d love to make my regular Accommodation.

This was our third stay on the lounge floor. Everyone—front desk staff, floor staff, bell staff, and lounge staff—was full of hospitality and treated us with great care, so we were able to enjoy another comfortable and pleasant stay. When we visited the lounge at tea time, they remembered the name of our five-year-old daughter and spoke to her kindly. Their thoughtful attention made us very happy and left a lasting impression. The Room was, of course, spotless—gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The food in the lounge was also high quality; this time, in addition to the standard offerings, there were seasonal dishes as well, which made it even more enjoyable. We also used the spa and gym and felt refreshed both physically and mentally. It was a truly wonderful one-night stay. No matter how many times we visit, it’s one of our favorite Hotels that always makes us want to come back. We would love to return again.

This is the best Business Hotel in Osaka. Of course, there may be better Hotels at higher prices, but I think it’s the best option for under 10,000 yen per night. The peace of mind that comes from being served by Japanese staff is excellent. The only downside is that it’s hard to make a Reservation. I check it first whenever I go to Kansai, but it’s rarely available.

When I stayed previously, I didn’t have time because of my flight the next day, so I couldn’t have breakfast at the Hotel. Next time I stay, I will definitely choose a Plan that includes breakfast. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were all very kind, and the service was excellent. It was a wonderful stay.

I stayed for two nights with my daughter with breakfast included. First of all, the Hotel was clean, and the staff had a great, welcoming atmosphere. The drink bar, one complimentary alcoholic welcome drink, and the fun service of making and eating takoyaki ochazuke yourself were also a nice touch. From the Room, Tsutenkaku looked absolutely beautiful, but the Room felt smaller than I expected—you can’t really open two suitcases. The shower water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Amenities: towels are exchanged upon request, and you can take as many loungewear sets and toothbrushes as you need from the lobby. There was also a hair iron in the Room, which was very helpful for women. It was also great to have a coin laundry on the first floor. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious; I just wish there had been kushikatsu on the second day’s menu. It was also very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

My mother and I stayed for one night, and we were truly impressed by the Hotel staff’s courteous service from check-in to check-out. The Room was clean and comfortable, so we could relax, and the breakfast buffet offered many unique dishes—all of them were delicious. We stayed here for a family trip to Osaka with five people. In a word, it was an extremely satisfying Hotel. The building was new, very clean, and comfortable with good air conditioning. The large public bath had a sauna, and the cold plunge pool was refreshingly cold. The room also had a separate bath and toilet, so we could relax even if we didn’t go to the public bath. There was also a wide variety of welcome drinks, which we enjoyed while unwinding after check-in. In summer, it was available until midnight. The breakfast buffet had many options, and everything was delicious. The staff were kind and courteous, and the luggage storage service after our stay was very helpful. It offered great value for money—I was surprised to receive this level of service at this price. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

We stayed for three nights. Although it’s a new Hotel and not particularly spacious, we had a very comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the lighting could be adjusted in three levels, which was convenient. The air conditioning worked well throughout the entire Room, making it pleasant. The TV was also large, and we were able to fully enjoy watching sports. When we arrived before check-in, the staff kindly stored our luggage with a smile, which we really appreciated. The Room was kept very clean, and amenities and supplies were replenished perfectly. Our whole family was completely satisfied in every way. We will definitely stay again.

The best part has to be the amenity buffet in front of the lobby. They have not only toner and lotion, but also nose pads, eyeglass wipes, and even items for reducing foot swelling. It’s also nice that they offer drip coffee and tea. Toner and similar items are also available in the large public bath area, along with several types of shampoo and conditioner. The large public bath and sauna are a bit small, but more than sufficient if you avoid peak times. The sauna is set quite hot, and you can relax and fully enjoy the cold tub as well. The vending machine area is well stocked too. There’s an “otsumami” snack gacha, freshly baked bread, and drinks; beer and chu-hai are sold at regular prices or slightly cheaper, which is very helpful. Since it’s located in Americamura (Amemura), it can feel a bit unsafe if you go out at night, but there’s no need to worry because almost everything can be done within the Hotel. The staff are polite as well, and I expect I’ll stay here again.

Although we stayed in a twin room, the bathroom was spacious and helped us relax after a long day. It was farther from Osaka Station than we expected, but it was easy to find. Thank you very much.

The sushi and champagne pairing was a wonderful first-time experience. The Room was spacious, and it was great that we could bathe 24 hours a day. I would like to stay in a different Room next time as well.

I was scheduled to arrive an hour before check-in, so I asked to leave my luggage, but they let me check in on the spot, saying my Room was already ready. They also told me they had arranged a ladies’ room for me. When I entered the Room, there was a slightly larger bed next to a large three-seat sofa; the mirror was a tri-fold vanity mirror, and the bathroom was more than spacious enough. The refrigerator was already chilled, which surprised me and I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness. Amenities were set up along the wall opposite the front desk, and you take what you need—again, an excellent selection.\nThe next morning’s breakfast was a Japanese/Western buffet at the 1F café. When I went to get salad, a male staff member who happened to be replenishing the vegetables kindly plated my salad beautifully for me. As I was leaving, I noticed that plastic umbrellas were available at the entrance for guests to borrow when it rains.\nEverything was attentive and generous—I can’t help but want to stay at this Hotel again next time. The Hotel and the Room were very clean, and the bathtub was larger than those in a typical Business Hotel, which was great. It is close to Osaka Castle, NHK Hall, and the station, and this price is excellent. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.
