I stayed around April for a live concert trip. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and attentive, and the hospitality was excellent. They kindly agreed to store my luggage, which was a great help. I believe I chose the lowest-grade Room, but it was very spacious, spotless throughout, and comfortable. When I visit the Kansai area again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days starting on 8/19. The number of guests changed every day, so we had to move Rooms. Each time, you carried our luggage to the next Room and arranged for us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was very helpful. The MUJI room for four people was truly wonderful. The three-person Room was also spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably. Thank you very much for all your help. It was a very enjoyable Hotel stay. I would like to stay again. The location is very convenient—just steps from both the station and the park—and I chose to stay because the Sesame Street theme is so cute. I was also happy to receive a pass holder. This time I booked a room type selected by the Accommodation, but it turned out to be a park-view Room, and I really enjoyed the view of the park after closing as well as in the morning.

I’ve stayed at various Universal official Hotels, and this one is the best. It’s one of the few places where a family of six can stay in one Room. All the staff are very kind, and the cleanliness is outstanding. The top-floor buffet offers food and service that exceed the price. I’d love to stay here again.

We stayed for two nights with our 1- and 3-year-old children. The location is excellent, which was a huge help when traveling with kids. There are other Hotels close to the park, but this Hotel offers separate bath and toilet areas in every Room, and beds that are at least 120 cm wide, so we felt comfortable and at ease. We requested a Hollywood twin setup and bed guards in advance, and everything was perfectly prepared on the day of our stay, making it very comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a microwave and water dispenser on each floor. We had no trouble preparing hot water for formula or warming baby food. All of the Hotel staff were very kind. They gave our children coins for capsule toys and greeted us with warm smiles, which made our stay truly pleasant.

I wished the body wash towel were a bit larger, but I was very satisfied overall and would like to stay again.

I chose this hotel for my stay when visiting USJ. The building and the room were very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. It was about a 5-minute walk to USJ, so the location was very convenient. I also liked that there was a Minion at the entrance where you can take photos together.

After getting caught in the rain and soaking my shoes, I was wondering what to do the next day, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a shoe dryer provided in the room. It really helped.\nBreakfast started early at 7:00, which allowed me to make good use of the day. There was a wide variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the Osaka-style dishes.\nOverall, it was a very satisfying stay.

First time staying here as a family of three for an event at Intex Osaka. The Facility was clean. We arrived at 9:00 PM on Saturday, and there were still parking spaces available. There is a 7-Eleven within a 1-minute walk, so we were able to stock up easily. We would like to stay here again next time.

It was my first stay in a while, and thank you for upgrading me to a larger Room. It was a very hot day, but Nanko was nearby and I enjoyed it. The Room was comfortable, the Hotel felt calm throughout, and the staff were kind, so I was able to relax very well.

The guest lounge was great. On the day I stayed, there was an event where I could meet Qoo, and it was amazing. So cute!! The breakfast was delicious too!

This was my first time staying here. The Room was very clean. There are four elevators, so getting to the first floor was no problem. I used the large public bath; it was spacious and the water temperature was just right. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast buffet, where I could enjoy foods unique to Osaka. I would like to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

I enjoyed the Club Floor last time, so I came back again right away. The Room was as spacious as ever, and with the projector I was able to relax and watch a movie. However, compared with my previous stay, the club lounge felt less impressive. The Häagen-Dazs was gone and there were only frozen crepes, and dinner also had fewer menu items, which was disappointing. Even if Häagen-Dazs isn’t possible, it would have been nice to have at least regular ice cream. Since the selection of alcoholic drinks is limited, I’d be happy if you could add options like umeshu as well. It’s still a great value for a Club Floor stay, so I will stay again.

I went in the morning to leave my luggage, but no one was there and I couldn’t reach anyone, which was disappointing. However, the on-site service was clear and helpful. The Room was clean and comfortable. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here the night before a certification exam. Even though I arrived late, they kindly assisted me, which I really appreciated! If I have plans nearby again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much!!

Stayed here for easy access to the Osaka Expo by taxi, as it is located close to the venue. The room was spacious and stylishly designed! I would have been satisfied even if it cost twice as much, haha. The amenities and facilities for children were well-equipped, making it a great choice for families!

I stayed here after visiting the Expo. The Room was spaciously arranged, allowing for a comfortable stay. Since it was hot, I appreciated being offered cold water from the refrigerator at check-in. At night, my child got injured and caused some trouble, but the staff kindly assisted us. I feel sorry if we disturbed anyone staying in the neighboring Room that day with all the commotion. There are reviews mentioning noise concerns, but I didn’t notice any while sleeping (if anything, we were probably the noisy ones due to our situation—apologies for that). It’s hard to find a good Hotel near the Expo area, but this place was a great find! I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity.

Stayed for the Expo. The accommodation was close to the Expo venue and reasonably priced, which was appreciated. After walking around all day with tired legs, I was able to relax in the large public bath. The breakfast was satisfying for this price range. The staff at the breakfast venue were attentive and kept replenishing items frequently. One downside was that the bedding in the room had an unpleasant smell (like sweat), which was disappointing.

I stayed without high expectations due to some negative reviews, but the room was spacious and there were no particular issues. It was conveniently located near USJ and Expo, and I was happy to stay at an affordable price.
