Given the price, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was cleaner and more comfortable than I thought. It was great to have a large public bath, and I felt the food quality was good as well. The only downside—though it was my fault—was that I got lost on the way there and found the location a bit hard to find. Still, I’d like to stay here again.

It was my first stay, but this was a wonderful Hotel that felt warm and reassuring—like coming home. What impressed me most was the staff’s perfect sense of distance: refined, top-class service while still friendly, making the entire stay truly comfortable. The Room was also impeccably cleaned down to every detail—perfectly spotless wherever you looked. You can really feel how much the staff cherish this Hotel. The room service beef curry I had in the Room had an astonishing depth of flavor—absolutely outstanding! I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my stay: service, cleanliness, and food. I’ve found a special Hotel I can recommend with confidence. Thank you for such an amazing time that left both body and mind fulfilled. Without a doubt, this is a special place I’d love to make my regular Accommodation.

I was able to enjoy a relaxing time with the welcome café, the luxury room, and the Onsen sauna. It has great access to both Kyobashi and Osaka Castle—I didn’t realize it was this convenient, so I’ll be using it often from now on. Thank you very much.

I booked because of the great price, but the quality exceeded my expectations and I was extremely satisfied! I especially loved that not only the hair dryer but even the shower head was ReFa.

It was right near the station and faced the riverside. We stayed on the 5th floor, but we could still enjoy a great view of the city lights from the building at night. Next time, I’d like to stay on a higher floor. We took a walk along the river to Tenjinbashisuji 6-chome, and it was fun with so many different shops. There were plenty of places to eat, and we had a great meal. There’s also an Osaka Metro station near the shopping arcade, so it was easy to get back to the Hotel by subway. The access was very convenient.

There were many great things about this place, but the staff’s service was especially excellent, and I had a very pleasant stay. At check-in, they handled the process efficiently, so I didn’t have to wait at all. During meals, they were very attentive, making it not only delicious but also a truly enjoyable experience. I would definitely like to stay here again.

As I was traveling from outside the prefecture for dinner at Le Clos de Mariage, I was looking for a place to stay because I’m not good with directions. While searching for a Hotel near the station and even closer to Le Clos, I found APA. The soundproofing was excellent, everything was very clean, and all staff were kind and courteous. Accommodation Fees have been rising lately, so I truly appreciated that it was nearly half the price. A few years ago in Tokyo, after attending a Christmas dinner show, it was dark and I lost my way back to my Hotel near the venue. I ended up walking around Tokyo Tower for almost three hours before finally arriving—so exhausted that I collapsed onto the bed still wearing my coat. What should have been a wonderful memory turned into a painful one. Being in an unfamiliar place in the dark is frightening. As an older person who easily gets lost, choosing the right Hotel is very important to me. When I saw the APA sign from the station, I was so relieved that it brought tears to my eyes. Because it’s also close to Le Clos, I could attend with peace of mind and return safely afterward. I was able to take my time and enjoy a relaxing bath as well, making it a truly good memory. Thank you very much. With sincere gratitude—I didn’t get lost this time.

Checked in after 9 PM due to work fatigue, but the reception was smooth, and they kindly lent me an additional hairdryer. (Since I have long hair, I wanted to dry it faster using two at the same time.) The room was clean, spacious as a twin room, and the amenities were great. I would love to stay again!

I stayed here to attend a concert at Osaka-jo Hall. The Room was very clean and tidy. There’s a convenience store next door, it’s just a short walk from the station, and the station has an attached shopping mall, so it’s extremely convenient.\nI would like to stay here again.

I chose it because it was close to the destination. From the lobby to the Room, it was neat and tidy without any extra items, which was nice. The bath was spacious and nice. I don't think the morning bread was handmade by a bakery(?), but there were croissants, pancakes, salad, and soup, which were quite filling. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again next time.

We stayed for two nights to cheer at our daughter’s tournament. It was close to the station and in a convenient location, which made getting around by subway very easy. The staff were all very kind. The Room was well equipped with a charger, and there were microwaves on each floor, so we were very satisfied with the Facility. In the morning, complimentary coffee (iced and hot) and corn tea were available in front of the front desk, which was a nice touch.
