At check-in, the female front desk staff member provided excellent service. She was smiling throughout and showed great consideration for us. At check-out, the male staff member’s service and smile were also wonderful. The Room was very clean and well maintained, and there was nothing to complain about. I would like to stay here again. It was my first stay, but this was a wonderful Hotel that felt warm and reassuring—like coming home. What impressed me most was the staff’s perfect sense of distance: refined, top-class service while still friendly, making the entire stay truly comfortable. The Room was also impeccably cleaned down to every detail—perfectly spotless wherever you looked. You can really feel how much the staff cherish this Hotel. The room service beef curry I had in the Room had an astonishing depth of flavor—absolutely outstanding! I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my stay: service, cleanliness, and food. I’ve found a special Hotel I can recommend with confidence. Thank you for such an amazing time that left both body and mind fulfilled. Without a doubt, this is a special place I’d love to make my regular Accommodation.

Everything was excellent. We stayed in a Premium Room and enjoyed access to the lounge—thank you for the wonderful food. The breakfast was, of course, delicious, and I ended up eating too much. The bathroom had a separate washing area, so I could relax and unwind. However, one disappointing point was that inconsiderate guests were making loud noises until close to midnight, which made it hard to fall asleep.

As it is also a training facility, there is a large desk, making it very comfortable for those who work in the room. The shower had good pressure, drainage was excellent, and perhaps because it is still new, everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed allowed for a restful sleep. Next time, I would like to try the breakfast.

From check-in onward, there were various services offered throughout the day, and it was my first time staying at a Hotel with such extensive services. My cousin, who stayed with me, was also very pleased. I was happy with the wide variety and delicious taste of the breakfast as well. However, it was inconvenient that there was no phone in the Room, so I had to use my own phone to call the front desk for questions or confirmations.

The top-floor Onsen features silky-smooth water, with ice pops served at night and probiotic drinks in the morning—thoughtful hospitality. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, with carefully selected ingredients in every dish; everything was delicious, and I ended up eating too much. The classic late-night soba is light yet flavorful, and I had no trouble finishing it even after dinner.

It was a very convenient location—just steps from Kitahama Station, and you can even walk to Umeda if you take your time exploring the Nakanoshima museums and library along the way. The ceiling-mounted shower was comfortable and convenient since it leaves both hands free. Having bottled water available in the lobby was also very helpful. Thanks to the luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, we were able to fully enjoy three days in Osaka.

I was very satisfied with my stay again. They provided a spacious, clean Room and kindly accommodated requests such as adjusting the bedding. The ladies-only floor also felt very safe. I would definitely like to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

I booked because of the great price, but the quality exceeded my expectations and I was extremely satisfied! I especially loved that not only the hair dryer but even the shower head was ReFa.

Registering as a member was great because it extended checkout to 12:00.

Regarding this Reservation, I could not find the Check Reservation details on this site, so I contacted the Hotel directly and received courteous assistance. The check-in process was also handled efficiently. It had been a while since my last stay, but the Room had been renovated—the bathroom was clean, and a small sofa had been added, which made it more comfortable than before. There is also a convenience store on-site, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this one had the best service. The large public bath and breakfast were excellent, but above all, I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff.

During two business trips to Osaka this month, I stayed at Best Western both times for a Multiple Night Stay. The bed was large and the Room was spacious, so I had a very comfortable stay. However, I was bothered by other guests speaking loudly in the hallway late at night. I understand that each floor may be hard to navigate, but I hope something can be done. I realized on the second day how delicious the breakfast bread is. Also, would it be possible to switch the nightwear to a stretch fabric? The cotton material felt uncomfortable to sleep in.

It was right near the station and faced the riverside. We stayed on the 5th floor, but we could still enjoy a great view of the city lights from the building at night. Next time, I’d like to stay on a higher floor. We took a walk along the river to Tenjinbashisuji 6-chome, and it was fun with so many different shops. There were plenty of places to eat, and we had a great meal. There’s also an Osaka Metro station near the shopping arcade, so it was easy to get back to the Hotel by subway. The access was very convenient.

I stayed for two nights, and the Room had a warm, calm atmosphere rather than a typical business-hotel feel, making it very comfortable. The bed and bathroom were spacious, yet the Room didn’t feel cramped at all. Having a separate toilet was also a great touch and very convenient. It’s close to the station with excellent access, and there’s a convenience store nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. There are several well-known cafes in the area, along with plenty of restaurants.

Checked in after 9 PM due to work fatigue, but the reception was smooth, and they kindly lent me an additional hairdryer. (Since I have long hair, I wanted to dry it faster using two at the same time.) The room was clean, spacious as a twin room, and the amenities were great. I would love to stay again!

We stayed as a family for the Osaka Expo and some errands in the city. There are many types of accommodations, making it hard to compare, but I think this is a very good hotel. The location is convenient for transportation, and you can access the subway without getting wet on rainy days. There are plenty of dining options nearby, offering a wide variety of choices. For multiple night stays, having a coin laundry within the hotel was very helpful. Personally, I liked that the pajamas were of a separate type. The room type I stayed in had no bathtub but featured a shower room that was very easy to use. It was bright, functional, and provided a comfortable stay at an excellent hotel!

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but considering the location, interior, staff service, and price, it’s excellent! There are also plenty of bars around the station, which is very convenient.

Thank you as always for your continued support. With its great location, excellent breakfast, and this price point, Hotel Kansai is the only Accommodation I consider in Osaka. And when I happen to catch a “niku-sui day,” it absolutely makes my day. I plan to keep staying here in the future. However, something disappointing lately… it seems the incredibly delicious pork miso soup at breakfast has gone back to the original regular miso soup. Personally, I wouldn’t mind if the breakfast price were raised further—I’d really like it to be pork miso soup again.

Perhaps because I wasn’t familiar with the area, the location was hard to find, but once I was shown to my Room, it had a double bed and felt clean, so I could relax and felt like I got a great deal.
