Around Horikawa Ebisu Shrine × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan for Onsen and bath

I booked during the cold season and visited for the first time because I wanted to enjoy the Onsen. The open-air bath is surrounded by high walls, so you don’t really feel like it’s outdoors unless you look up—and it was cold, too. The Onsen warmed me up and left me feeling cozy to the core. I went in three times, and even at its busiest there were only about three people, so I could relax comfortably. It’s close to the station, and I enjoyed the nearby shopping street. It’s convenient for getting anywhere—easy access to Kyoto and Universal Studios Japan—and you can use many different train lines. I usually stay near Shin-Osaka, but next time I’d like to stay around this area instead.

Despite the reasonable price, the Room was clean, with a large bed that felt spacious and relaxing. The large public bath helped wash away travel fatigue, and the complimentary ramen service was incredibly delicious! The front desk staff were also very helpful—truly the best value Accommodation I’ve found. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

From check-in onward, there were various services offered throughout the day, and it was my first time staying at a Hotel with such extensive services. My cousin, who stayed with me, was also very pleased. I was happy with the wide variety and delicious taste of the breakfast as well. However, it was inconvenient that there was no phone in the Room, so I had to use my own phone to call the front desk for questions or confirmations.

I was very satisfied with my stay again. They provided a spacious, clean Room and kindly accommodated requests such as adjusting the bedding. The ladies-only floor also felt very safe. I would definitely like to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

As it is also a training facility, there is a large desk, making it very comfortable for those who work in the room. The shower had good pressure, drainage was excellent, and perhaps because it is still new, everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed allowed for a restful sleep. Next time, I would like to try the breakfast.

Everything was excellent. We stayed in a Premium Room and enjoyed access to the lounge—thank you for the wonderful food. The breakfast was, of course, delicious, and I ended up eating too much. The bathroom had a separate washing area, so I could relax and unwind. However, one disappointing point was that inconsiderate guests were making loud noises until close to midnight, which made it hard to fall asleep.

It was surprisingly easy to get here from the station. There were plenty of dining options nearby, which was great. I’d like to stay here again.

The breakfast here is delicious, so I stay here every time I’m in Osaka. This time, they kindly stored my suitcase and refrigerated items before check-in, which was a big help. It’s a bit of a walk from JR Osaka Station, but if you head for Izumi no Hiroba in the underground mall, you’ll be fine. Considering the price, you can overlook the surrounding area around the Hotel. It’s also within walking distance of Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, and there’s a nearby LIFE supermarket, which is convenient. There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, so it’s best to bring your own.

We used the anniversary Plan to celebrate my partner's birthday. Before our stay, we had sent a gift in advance, and it was already beautifully set up in the Room upon our arrival. Additionally, we consulted about a surprise beforehand, and despite some timing challenges (I missed the confirmation email after check-in—my apologies for that), the staff assisted us very kindly and thoughtfully, which made us truly happy. We couldn't finish one bottle of champagne and the cake between just the two of us—we felt sorry about that! The atmosphere was stylish, and my partner especially appreciated being able to take drinks like coffee in portable cups back to our Room. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity. Regarding this Reservation, I could not find the Check Reservation details on this site, so I contacted the Hotel directly and received courteous assistance. The check-in process was also handled efficiently. It had been a while since my last stay, but the Room had been renovated—the bathroom was clean, and a small sofa had been added, which made it more comfortable than before. There is also a convenience store on-site, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Registering as a member was great because it extended checkout to 12:00.

My spouse and I stayed for one night. The Room was compact, but it had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained. Two complimentary bottles of water were provided. Above all, the spa was excellent. The hot stone sauna was a bit on the hotter side, but we worked up a great sweat. We will stay here again when we visit Osaka.

This time I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. The Room was not very large, but it was clean and comfortable for me. It was very convenient for going to a convenience store, which was great. I would like to stay again.

Spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. With the Plan including parking, I was able to check in with peace of mind. There’s nothing that can be done about it, but everything was perfect except for the squat-style toilet. Sorry—I’m not comfortable with squat toilets. In particular, the young woman at reception was very pleasant and incredibly soothing. I had a great check-in and check-out experience. Thank you so much!!

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but considering the location, interior, staff service, and price, it’s excellent! There are also plenty of bars around the station, which is very convenient.

I chose this Hotel because smoking is allowed, and I was able to leave my luggage before check-in upon arrival, so I didn’t have to look for a coin locker. I don’t usually eat breakfast, but it was so delicious that I’m glad I booked the plan with breakfast included. Thank you very much.

The Hotel staff were very kind, and the Hotel was clean. It was great value for money, and I was very satisfied! I would love to stay again. Thank you very much! I checked in late at night, but they let me into my Room early, which was a big help.

The Room was clean. The bathroom and toilet facilities were new, and the toilet was a Neorest. The large public bath for men only has an authentic sauna, with automatic löyly and self-service löyly available. The sauna can accommodate up to 15 people, so it feels very spacious. There was also a warm Onsen bath, a cold plunge pool, and plenty of chairs for relaxing afterward. Although you still can’t search for it as “sauna available” on Yahoo! Travel, I found it on the “Sauna Ikitai” app.

Thank you as always for your continued support. With its great location, excellent breakfast, and this price point, Hotel Kansai is the only Accommodation I consider in Osaka. And when I happen to catch a “niku-sui day,” it absolutely makes my day. I plan to keep staying here in the future. However, something disappointing lately… it seems the incredibly delicious pork miso soup at breakfast has gone back to the original regular miso soup. Personally, I wouldn’t mind if the breakfast price were raised further—I’d really like it to be pork miso soup again.
