Whenever I visit Osaka, I always stay here. I choose this Business Hotel for its great value, the surprisingly spacious bathroom (like a love hotel), and the separate bath and toilet. The friendly and courteous service from the front desk staff also makes my stay very pleasant. The location is convenient too, with a Tanimachi Line station within walking distance, and I’m always soothed by the lush greenery of Ikutama Shrine visible from the window.

I stayed on the 14th floor. This is my regular Accommodation when I’m in Osaka. This time, I was reminded again how helpful it is to have a mirror in the Room that I can use for makeup. I’ve stayed at other Daiwa Roynet Hotels as well, but they didn’t have a mirror, so I could only do my makeup in the bathroom. It’s a small thing, but it matters to me. I’ll be back again.

The Room is compact yet equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet, especially the customizable seafood rice bowl, was delightful and highly satisfying. Guests can also enjoy Dormy Inn's signature night soba noodles and post-bath services, ensuring a classic Dormy Inn experience. Additionally, some rooms come with a washer-dryer, making it very convenient for long stays or travelers looking to pack light. On the other hand, the sauna-equipped large public bath can get quite crowded depending on the time of day, which might be slightly disappointing. As this is a popular Hotel, it may be best to plan visits during less busy hours for a more relaxing experience. Overall, this Hotel offers an excellent balance of location, service, and dining options and serves as an ideal base for sightseeing or business in the Namba area.

Overall, my stay was fine with no issues, but there was one thing that upset me. There are two massage chairs, and it is common courtesy to take turns after one session. However, a Chinese couple used them about three times in a row. I asked them to let others have a turn, but they did not. That was the only disappointing part of my stay. I would appreciate it if you could post a notice asking guests to take turns. It was unpleasant.

It was very good. The front desk staff (several people) were very attentive and helpful, and they assisted us in many ways. It was a little difficult to adjust the Room air conditioning. The value for money is excellent and the location is great, so I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The 24-hour drink bar was available, and we could use it even before check-in and after check-out. I usually bring coffee with me, but it was great not having to make it myself. The morning pancakes came with unlimited syrup, and there was whipped cream too—I ended up eating four. The location was also convenient; we visited Dotonbori, Tsutenkaku, and Tsuruhashi.

I had errands in Uehommachi and debated staying at the Marriott in Tennoji, but choosing this place was the right call. It felt different from what I expected, and I was more than satisfied! The bed was very clean. The bathroom and toilet felt a bit dated, but nothing that bothered me. The amenities covered everything I needed, and if you need anything extra, there’s a FamilyMart nearby as well as Kintetsu Department Store.

The Accommodation was very reasonably priced, and I was able to rest in a quiet environment at night. It is also close to the station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which I found convenient. I would definitely like to stay again.

When I work in Osaka and don’t feel like going all the way back home to Nabari, I look for an affordable Hotel around Tanimachi 9-chome and Uehommachi. I tried staying here because the price was very reasonable with a 24:00 check-in. It’s small, but clean, and it has the essential Facilities, so I could relax. I’ve stayed many times since then, and if you use Kintetsu trains or the subway, it’s extremely convenient and offers outstanding value for money.

I stayed here for a live concert trip. This was my second stay, and both the Room and the bathroom were clean and quiet. I would like to stay here again.

We stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room for 4 adults during our family trip. The 39-square-meter space was spacious, and we could comfortably lay out four futons on the raised tatami area. The futons had mattress-like padding, allowing us to sleep soundly through the night. The carpeted area featured a large sofa bed and a TV stand that spanned an entire wall, providing ample storage space and convenience. The double-glazed windows were also a nice touch. The bathroom and toilet were separate, with the bathroom being as spacious as one at home, complete with a chair for added comfort during use. The Room appeared newly renovated, clean, and modern. We enjoyed two comfortable nights in this spacious accommodation. If we visit Osaka again, we would love to stay here once more!

I contacted the property as I was unlikely to make it in time for check-in, and received a very pleasant response over the phone. The Room was more spacious than expected, and having separate toilet and bath facilities was a plus. With a market and convenience store nearby, it was convenient for dining. I had a relaxing stay. We stayed for 2 nights as a family during our Obon trip. Upon arrival, the owner couple welcomed us with kind explanations and thoughtful hospitality. Although we hadn't planned our itinerary, they provided helpful advice. There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby, similar to a wholesale fish market, at Kuromon Market, which was very convenient. The location is excellent as you can walk to Namba. There are also many coin parking lots nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with stylish and well-thought-out interiors. Above all, the warm hospitality of the owner couple was truly heartwarming. Having stayed in non-face-to-face apartment-style accommodations in recent years, it was refreshing to experience such a pleasant trip again. Thank you very much!

The location was great, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. Everything was well cleaned, so I had a very comfortable stay. Since it was the ReFa trial Plan, I was surprised when I was handed a large cart at the front desk with a hair dryer, hair iron, and roller inside, but it gave me plenty of time to try them out. They were so good that I’m considering buying them.

I stayed alone for a live event, but the spacious Room had three beds. The bath, sink, and toilet were separate, so I could relax and enjoy soaking in the tub. It was my first time using a Mirable shower, and the mist felt very pleasant. You can borrow pajamas at the front desk, and there are basic amenities available, which is helpful. (However, the coffee wasn't to my taste... sorry.) It's conveniently close to the station, so I would love to stay again if I have another opportunity.

I stayed here with my daughter and her husband while traveling back to our hometown, and we were looking for a smoking Room, so I was glad we could book two Rooms. Even though the price was low, the Hotel was clean and very comfortable. We could also walk to Osaka’s lively areas, so the location was great. We were very satisfied. Thank you very much.
