Around Ikutama Shrine × Highly rated for dining at Hotel·Ryokan

I stayed one summer night at Hotel Awina Osaka. For dinner, I bought my favorite ingredients at a great price in the basement food floor of the Kintetsu Uehommachi Department Store right before closing, and ate them in my Room. I was very satisfied. The large public bath on the 5th floor was crowded with about three families with small children, but the pleasantly warm water was nice. The bed was comfortably firm. What I especially liked was breakfast. I made a Reservation in advance. The selection was plentiful and everything tasted great. Breakfast started at 7:00, and I selfishly wished it could start a little earlier—but I know preparing it must be a lot of work. Thank you for a wonderful time.

As I don’t have much experience with breakfast buffets, I had several questions for the staff, and everyone was very kind and helpful. I also couldn’t connect my phone to the Wi‑Fi, but they actually helped me set it up and got it connected. The building is old, so the facilities are not perfect, but the staff are truly top‑class. I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed on the 14th floor. This is my regular Accommodation when I’m in Osaka. This time, I was reminded again how helpful it is to have a mirror in the Room that I can use for makeup. I’ve stayed at other Daiwa Roynet Hotels as well, but they didn’t have a mirror, so I could only do my makeup in the bathroom. It’s a small thing, but it matters to me. I’ll be back again.

Nearby is Kuromon Market, and a short walk will take you to Namba Grand Kagetsu (NGK) and Ura-Namba, with plenty of places to eat and shop—an extremely convenient location. It’s quiet at night so you can sleep well, and the value for money is excellent.

The staff provided exceptionally attentive service, and I was able to relax in a clean room.

Thank you very much for preparing a bedwetting sheet for our stay. You also responded promptly to our inquiry at the time of Reservation, which made us feel very reassured. As we were traveling with a small child, your staff’s warm consideration allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay with peace of mind. We are truly grateful. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

This is my second stay. Since it’s in the city, I feel safe. I like it because everything is close by.

Our family of three stayed one night in a Japanese-Western style room. The spacious room delighted our 5-year-old son. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast buffet had just the right variety and was delicious. It was also conveniently located near the shops in front of Namba Station. What impressed us most was the staff’s attentive service. Check-in and breakfast guidance were smooth, making our stay very comfortable. After checkout, I contacted the hotel thinking I had lost my wedding ring, and they kindly searched thoroughly—even moving the bed and mattress to look for it. In the end, I found it at home, but even after I reported that, they sent a warm reply that truly touched me. This is a hotel we would love to stay at again.

I stayed for one night to attend a rakugo performance at the National Bunraku Theatre. Rex in the lobby was adorable and very soothing. I accidentally left something behind, and they called me afterward, which was a huge help. Thank you very much. I would love to stay here again.

The Accommodation was very reasonably priced, and I was able to rest in a quiet environment at night. It is also close to the station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which I found convenient. I would definitely like to stay again.

Whenever I visit Osaka, I always stay here. I choose this Business Hotel for its great value, the surprisingly spacious bathroom (like a love hotel), and the separate bath and toilet. The friendly and courteous service from the front desk staff also makes my stay very pleasant. The location is convenient too, with a Tanimachi Line station within walking distance, and I’m always soothed by the lush greenery of Ikutama Shrine visible from the window.

The Room was kept clean every time, and it was clear that the cleaning was thorough. It was spacious and well located, so I would like to stay here again when traveling to Osaka.

This was my second stay. It’s very convenient, within walking distance of the downtown area. The large public bath is also pleasant—just right. And it’s quiet. I’d like to stay again.

The breakfast venue on the 15th floor is small, but the food is excellent—starting with salads, followed by vinegared fish dishes, and simmered beef tendon with konnyaku, among others. I could eat there forever!! Three elderly sisters stayed for two nights at a very reasonable price. We had a great time and were very satisfied!!

Used for sightseeing in Osaka. Located about a 4-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station. Close to Takashimaya, Namba Walk, and Midosuji Namba area with excellent access. Approximately 30 minutes to the Expo venue. There is a Lawson convenience store right in front of the hotel. Many restaurants are located within the shopping street nearby. Although there were many international visitors, the accommodation was quiet during my stay. I had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

It was very good. The front desk staff (several people) were very attentive and helpful, and they assisted us in many ways. It was a little difficult to adjust the Room air conditioning. The value for money is excellent and the location is great, so I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

When I work in Osaka and don’t feel like going all the way back home to Nabari, I look for an affordable Hotel around Tanimachi 9-chome and Uehommachi. I tried staying here because the price was very reasonable with a 24:00 check-in. It’s small, but clean, and it has the essential Facilities, so I could relax. I’ve stayed many times since then, and if you use Kintetsu trains or the subway, it’s extremely convenient and offers outstanding value for money.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel. It is within walking distance to Dotonbori, and there is a convenience store nearby, making it very convenient. The staff at the Hotel were extremely kind and provided excellent service, which made my stay highly satisfying. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

It has been quite a while since my last stay, but the check-in process was smooth.

I stayed here for a live concert trip. This was my second stay, and both the Room and the bathroom were clean and quiet. I would like to stay here again.
