This is the best Business Hotel in Osaka. Of course, there may be better Hotels at higher prices, but I think it’s the best option for under 10,000 yen per night. The peace of mind that comes from being served by Japanese staff is excellent. The only downside is that it’s hard to make a Reservation. I check it first whenever I go to Kansai, but it’s rarely available.

It’s close to Yodoyabashi Station, has a large public bath, and was affordable—I was very satisfied! I could use the large public bath almost by myself both morning and night, and the breakfast venue staff were kind; it was a great Hotel. In the morning, when I went to the large public bath in loungewear, I ended up sharing the same elevator with people heading to breakfast, which was a little embarrassing—but we weren’t acquaintances and we were all guests at the same Hotel, so it felt fine. If I can stay for that price on a Saturday, I’d love to stay again!

The staff were exceptionally professional—on par with a five-star Hotel. The cleaning was flawless, the location was excellent, and the price felt almost too low for what we received. While many Hotels are raising Accommodation Fees to cater to international guests, this Hotel truly prioritizes hospitality and service. Thank you very much.

The café from 2:00 PM and the bar from 5:00 PM are excellent, with a great selection of drinks. The Room is a bit small but cute, and the staff are wonderful. I will stay here again on business trips.

The lounge was outstanding. Everything was perfect—afternoon tea, cocktail hour, breakfast, the view, and the service. Thanks to the delicious morning coffee and omelet, and the lounge staff’s warm smiles, I started the day feeling energized. I will definitely return again next time.

Thank you again for accommodating me on my business trip. This time, the Room sometimes smelled slightly musty. I’m not sure if it was just temporary, but it bothered me throughout my stay.

The bed was very comfortable and easy to sleep in. The pillow suited me perfectly—I almost wanted to take it home. It was also just a 2–3 minute walk to the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, which made evening visits very convenient. There were plenty of dining options nearby—if anything, it was hard to choose. If I have the opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you.

As described in the title, the bathtub was spotless, and the thoughtfully crafted breakfast menu was excellent.

I searched for an Accommodation around Hommachi, Shinsaibashi, Sakaisuji-Hommachi, and Umeda. Because the Reviews were good, I stayed here—and it was absolutely the right choice. It was a stay between work commitments and I only needed a place to sleep, but the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The staff at the breakfast venue were all energetic and wonderfully attentive. There were no unnecessary amenities in the Room, so it felt neat and uncluttered. The white-based interior was bright, and perhaps because the lines of the furniture were so clean and straight, it felt spacious. I saw in Reviews that some Rooms have better facilities than those on the top floor, so next time I’d like to stay in one of those. The only disappointing thing was at checkout: there were three front desk staff members there, but no one spoke to me or guided me (“This way, please”). There were no other guests either—so I wondered why. They may have been working on something, but it would have helped if someone had simply said “Please wait a moment.” Since there are many floors, I understand that waiting for the elevator is unavoidable. When I was waiting for the elevator at check-in, the mixed juice prepared in the dining area next to reception was very delicious.

We were satisfied with everything, including the staff, Room, bath, and meals. It is also conveniently located near the station. I stayed here while accompanying my younger brother (who requires nursing care), and we did not experience any inconvenience. I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka. The Room is compact, but it is sufficient for a solo stay. At check-in, a female staff member came over right away and explained everything. Another female staff member also answered my questions politely. Both of them provided excellent service. As expected from APA Hotel. I also like APA Hotel’s high bed. I did not use the Onsen, so I rated it 1.

Both the Room and the large public bath were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I especially liked that the toothbrush felt high-quality. Thank you very much.

Whenever we travel to the Kansai area, we always stay at this Hotel. We stayed again last month and felt things had changed, but we found it more spacious and relaxing before the renovation. In our twin Room, one bed is fixed in place, so the space feels very tight, and again we felt it was more comfortable before the renovation. That was one of the reasons we chose this Hotel, so it was a little disappointing. When we checked out and stepped out of the Room, a staff member who was cleaning said “Thank you,” which made us feel really good. Even though it was hot and seemed like hard work, they still took the time to say that, which made us feel grateful—and we were able to leave in a pleasant mood. Thank you very much.

We stayed in the Penthouse Suite. The spacious 200 m² room had a luxurious layout that felt like three separate areas—a living room, bathroom, and bedroom—and there was also a large wardrobe area further inside, so we were able to relax and stay very comfortably. The bathroom, in particular, was stunningly spacious and truly impressive—I couldn’t help but admire it. The amenities were also excellent, making our stay very comfortable. Our children were thrilled with the large living room. It was also wonderful that we could enjoy a relaxed family meal by using in-room dining. Since our second son’s birthday was coming up, the staff prepared various special touches for him, and he was absolutely delighted. We truly appreciated their thoughtful care, and it became a wonderful memory for our family. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of the staff. Not only the room but the entire Hotel—including the lobby, spa, and executive lounge—was designed with a calm sense of luxury and a cohesive interior style throughout, allowing us to enjoy an indulgent escape from everyday life. The staff were also extremely courteous, and we had a very comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an extraordinary and luxurious Accommodation experience in Osaka, this is a Hotel I highly recommend. It’s especially perfect for those who love a modern and sophisticated atmosphere. Whenever we have plans around Nakanoshima again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

At check-in, even though I had a Reservation, the wait after scanning the QR code felt long. Also, this time—though I may have simply missed it—I don’t think the staff at the front desk greeted me. Well, I guess I haven’t spent enough to deserve a greeting.

I stayed here for a concert at Festival Hall. Since it was practically next door, I could go back and forth several times for merchandise sales and the show itself. Even after the concert ended, I was able to relax and fall asleep while enjoying the afterglow.

This was my first time staying at voco Osaka, and overall it was very good. Most of the service staff were foreign nationals, but they seemed to be well trained.

I stayed here solo this time. Since it was a double room for single use, it was spacious enough—I could really stretch out and relax (lol). It’s close to Higobashi Station and has parking, so access is convenient. However, I didn’t check in advance and arrived with a tall vehicle, so I couldn’t use the hotel parking and had to use a nearby coin-operated parking lot (expensive!), which was disappointing. (Next time I’ll come with a lower car.) There’s also a large public bath, and it’s reasonably priced—highly recommended!
