The top-floor Onsen features silky-smooth water, with ice pops served at night and probiotic drinks in the morning—thoughtful hospitality. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, with carefully selected ingredients in every dish; everything was delicious, and I ended up eating too much. The classic late-night soba is light yet flavorful, and I had no trouble finishing it even after dinner.

It was a very convenient location—just steps from Kitahama Station, and you can even walk to Umeda if you take your time exploring the Nakanoshima museums and library along the way. The ceiling-mounted shower was comfortable and convenient since it leaves both hands free. Having bottled water available in the lobby was also very helpful. Thanks to the luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, we were able to fully enjoy three days in Osaka.

It’s close to Yodoyabashi Station, has a large public bath, and was affordable—I was very satisfied! I could use the large public bath almost by myself both morning and night, and the breakfast venue staff were kind; it was a great Hotel. In the morning, when I went to the large public bath in loungewear, I ended up sharing the same elevator with people heading to breakfast, which was a little embarrassing—but we weren’t acquaintances and we were all guests at the same Hotel, so it felt fine. If I can stay for that price on a Saturday, I’d love to stay again!

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast offered plenty of vegetables and a wide variety of dishes, which we really enjoyed. The Room was spacious, and we relaxed watching movies on a large screen while enjoying cakes from a well-known nearby shop. There was also a jazz live music venue close by, making it convenient on the way back as well. It was the perfect Hotel for enjoying the city.

We stayed at this Accommodation the night before to watch my son’s Yokohama High School game at Koshien Stadium. We had made a Reservation for a twin Room that morning, but at check-in we were upgraded free of charge to a spacious four-bed Room. The large public bath also happened to be completely private when we used it. In addition, kama-tama ramen was served for dinner, making this an excellent value stay that my son and I really enjoyed. We would like to stay here again when we have business in Osaka. Unfortunately, Yokohama High School lost in the semifinals, but it was still a memorable and fun trip to Osaka for the two of us. To the front desk staff, Thank you very much for all your help during our stay.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this one had the best service. The large public bath and breakfast were excellent, but above all, I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff.

From check-in onward, there were various services offered throughout the day, and it was my first time staying at a Hotel with such extensive services. My cousin, who stayed with me, was also very pleased. I was happy with the wide variety and delicious taste of the breakfast as well. However, it was inconvenient that there was no phone in the Room, so I had to use my own phone to call the front desk for questions or confirmations.

The nearest station is Yodoyabashi, with convenient access to anywhere in Osaka. JR Kitashinchi Station is also reasonably close. The view from the high floors overlooking Midosuji to the south is well worth it (my Room was upgraded as well). The mirror-heavy design can also feel luxurious in its own way. The sky-high large public bath and open-air bath are unique highlights you won’t find elsewhere. There are many foreign guests (especially Westerners), and plenty of Western travelers stay here. There’s also a gym and laundry facilities, and both were busy. Although the breakfast venue is spacious, it can feel a bit unsettled due to the crowds—sometimes your seat may be very far from the food—but it also offers great views, and for this price I was satisfied with everything overall.

I stayed for two nights, and the Room had a warm, calm atmosphere rather than a typical business-hotel feel, making it very comfortable. The bed and bathroom were spacious, yet the Room didn’t feel cramped at all. Having a separate toilet was also a great touch and very convenient. It’s close to the station with excellent access, and there’s a convenience store nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. There are several well-known cafes in the area, along with plenty of restaurants.

At check-in, even though I had a Reservation, the wait after scanning the QR code felt long. Also, this time—though I may have simply missed it—I don’t think the staff at the front desk greeted me. Well, I guess I haven’t spent enough to deserve a greeting.

Everything was excellent. We stayed in a Premium Room and enjoyed access to the lounge—thank you for the wonderful food. The breakfast was, of course, delicious, and I ended up eating too much. The bathroom had a separate washing area, so I could relax and unwind. However, one disappointing point was that inconsiderate guests were making loud noises until close to midnight, which made it hard to fall asleep.

I had to stay overnight in Osaka on short notice for work and chose this Hotel. It’s in a very convenient location—easy to reach from Umeda via the underground passage, and you can come up right by the Hotel, which was a big help. The Room was easy to use, and the amenities were well stocked in the Room, which I appreciated. I’d like to stay here again.

It was surprisingly easy to get here from the station. There were plenty of dining options nearby, which was great. I’d like to stay here again.

During two business trips to Osaka this month, I stayed at Best Western both times for a Multiple Night Stay. The bed was large and the Room was spacious, so I had a very comfortable stay. However, I was bothered by other guests speaking loudly in the hallway late at night. I understand that each floor may be hard to navigate, but I hope something can be done. I realized on the second day how delicious the breakfast bread is. Also, would it be possible to switch the nightwear to a stretch fabric? The cotton material felt uncomfortable to sleep in.

We stayed in the Penthouse Suite. The spacious 200 m² room had a luxurious layout that felt like three separate areas—a living room, bathroom, and bedroom—and there was also a large wardrobe area further inside, so we were able to relax and stay very comfortably. The bathroom, in particular, was stunningly spacious and truly impressive—I couldn’t help but admire it. The amenities were also excellent, making our stay very comfortable. Our children were thrilled with the large living room. It was also wonderful that we could enjoy a relaxed family meal by using in-room dining. Since our second son’s birthday was coming up, the staff prepared various special touches for him, and he was absolutely delighted. We truly appreciated their thoughtful care, and it became a wonderful memory for our family. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of the staff. Not only the room but the entire Hotel—including the lobby, spa, and executive lounge—was designed with a calm sense of luxury and a cohesive interior style throughout, allowing us to enjoy an indulgent escape from everyday life. The staff were also extremely courteous, and we had a very comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an extraordinary and luxurious Accommodation experience in Osaka, this is a Hotel I highly recommend. It’s especially perfect for those who love a modern and sophisticated atmosphere. Whenever we have plans around Nakanoshima again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

The breakfast here is delicious, so I stay here every time I’m in Osaka. This time, they kindly stored my suitcase and refrigerated items before check-in, which was a big help. It’s a bit of a walk from JR Osaka Station, but if you head for Izumi no Hiroba in the underground mall, you’ll be fine. Considering the price, you can overlook the surrounding area around the Hotel. It’s also within walking distance of Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, and there’s a nearby LIFE supermarket, which is convenient. There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, so it’s best to bring your own.

Regarding this Reservation, I could not find the Check Reservation details on this site, so I contacted the Hotel directly and received courteous assistance. The check-in process was also handled efficiently. It had been a while since my last stay, but the Room had been renovated—the bathroom was clean, and a small sofa had been added, which made it more comfortable than before. There is also a convenience store on-site, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Thank you very much for having us this time. Since we had early check-in, we headed over early, but arrived even earlier than expected and planned to wait next to the front desk until check-in time. However, the Room was already ready, so we were able to check in even earlier and relax. The Room was clean, and there were no missing amenities, so we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast the next morning was also delicious. We chose the Japanese set meal, and fruit, steamed vegetables, bread, and drinks were served buffet-style, so we enjoyed plenty and were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.

My spouse and I stayed for one night. The Room was compact, but it had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained. Two complimentary bottles of water were provided. Above all, the spa was excellent. The hot stone sauna was a bit on the hotter side, but we worked up a great sweat. We will stay here again when we visit Osaka.
