Around Nakanoshima Festival Tower × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan for Onsen and bath

I stayed for two nights to attend a party held at this Hotel. They kindly helped me arrange a kimono to wear on the day and advised me on gifts for local hosts, which was greatly appreciated. The Room and spa were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, making my stay in Osaka truly pleasant.

The bed was very comfortable and easy to sleep in. The pillow suited me perfectly—I almost wanted to take it home. It was also just a 2–3 minute walk to the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, which made evening visits very convenient. There were plenty of dining options nearby—if anything, it was hard to choose. If I have the opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you.

The lounge was outstanding. Everything was perfect—afternoon tea, cocktail hour, breakfast, the view, and the service. Thanks to the delicious morning coffee and omelet, and the lounge staff’s warm smiles, I started the day feeling energized. I will definitely return again next time.

It’s close to Yodoyabashi Station, has a large public bath, and was affordable—I was very satisfied! I could use the large public bath almost by myself both morning and night, and the breakfast venue staff were kind; it was a great Hotel. In the morning, when I went to the large public bath in loungewear, I ended up sharing the same elevator with people heading to breakfast, which was a little embarrassing—but we weren’t acquaintances and we were all guests at the same Hotel, so it felt fine. If I can stay for that price on a Saturday, I’d love to stay again!

I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this one had the best service. The large public bath and breakfast were excellent, but above all, I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff.

From check-in onward, there were various services offered throughout the day, and it was my first time staying at a Hotel with such extensive services. My cousin, who stayed with me, was also very pleased. I was happy with the wide variety and delicious taste of the breakfast as well. However, it was inconvenient that there was no phone in the Room, so I had to use my own phone to call the front desk for questions or confirmations.

The nearest station is Yodoyabashi, with convenient access to anywhere in Osaka. JR Kitashinchi Station is also reasonably close. The view from the high floors overlooking Midosuji to the south is well worth it (my Room was upgraded as well). The mirror-heavy design can also feel luxurious in its own way. The sky-high large public bath and open-air bath are unique highlights you won’t find elsewhere. There are many foreign guests (especially Westerners), and plenty of Western travelers stay here. There’s also a gym and laundry facilities, and both were busy. Although the breakfast venue is spacious, it can feel a bit unsettled due to the crowds—sometimes your seat may be very far from the food—but it also offers great views, and for this price I was satisfied with everything overall.

We stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful time. All of the front desk staff were very kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Both the Room and the Facility were excellent, and our whole family was very satisfied! We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It had been a while since my last stay. As expected, The Ritz is wonderful. I’d love to stay again the next time I visit Osaka. Also, the scent inside the hotel has changed. I stop by to shop for souvenirs even when I’m not staying, so I noticed it right away. Please consider selling the new fragrance as well—it smells fantastic.

At check-in, even though I had a Reservation, the wait after scanning the QR code felt long. Also, this time—though I may have simply missed it—I don’t think the staff at the front desk greeted me. Well, I guess I haven’t spent enough to deserve a greeting.

I had to stay overnight in Osaka on short notice for work and chose this Hotel. It’s in a very convenient location—easy to reach from Umeda via the underground passage, and you can come up right by the Hotel, which was a big help. The Room was easy to use, and the amenities were well stocked in the Room, which I appreciated. I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed in the Penthouse Suite. The spacious 200 m² room had a luxurious layout that felt like three separate areas—a living room, bathroom, and bedroom—and there was also a large wardrobe area further inside, so we were able to relax and stay very comfortably. The bathroom, in particular, was stunningly spacious and truly impressive—I couldn’t help but admire it. The amenities were also excellent, making our stay very comfortable. Our children were thrilled with the large living room. It was also wonderful that we could enjoy a relaxed family meal by using in-room dining. Since our second son’s birthday was coming up, the staff prepared various special touches for him, and he was absolutely delighted. We truly appreciated their thoughtful care, and it became a wonderful memory for our family. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of the staff. Not only the room but the entire Hotel—including the lobby, spa, and executive lounge—was designed with a calm sense of luxury and a cohesive interior style throughout, allowing us to enjoy an indulgent escape from everyday life. The staff were also extremely courteous, and we had a very comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an extraordinary and luxurious Accommodation experience in Osaka, this is a Hotel I highly recommend. It’s especially perfect for those who love a modern and sophisticated atmosphere. Whenever we have plans around Nakanoshima again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Thank you again for accommodating me on my business trip. This time, the Room sometimes smelled slightly musty. I’m not sure if it was just temporary, but it bothered me throughout my stay.

This was my first time staying at voco Osaka, and overall it was very good. Most of the service staff were foreign nationals, but they seemed to be well trained.

Whenever we travel to the Kansai area, we always stay at this Hotel. We stayed again last month and felt things had changed, but we found it more spacious and relaxing before the renovation. In our twin Room, one bed is fixed in place, so the space feels very tight, and again we felt it was more comfortable before the renovation. That was one of the reasons we chose this Hotel, so it was a little disappointing. When we checked out and stepped out of the Room, a staff member who was cleaning said “Thank you,” which made us feel really good. Even though it was hot and seemed like hard work, they still took the time to say that, which made us feel grateful—and we were able to leave in a pleasant mood. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for having us this time. Since we had early check-in, we headed over early, but arrived even earlier than expected and planned to wait next to the front desk until check-in time. However, the Room was already ready, so we were able to check in even earlier and relax. The Room was clean, and there were no missing amenities, so we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast the next morning was also delicious. We chose the Japanese set meal, and fruit, steamed vegetables, bread, and drinks were served buffet-style, so we enjoyed plenty and were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.

This was my first stay, and both the Hotel’s location and the surrounding area were great—I really felt I made the right choice choosing this Hotel (lol). The atmosphere of the Hotel was also amazing!

The air inside the Hotel, the quiet atmosphere, the cleanliness of the Room, the fresh air, and the convenience of the Facility—everything was excellent.

I stayed here solo this time. Since it was a double room for single use, it was spacious enough—I could really stretch out and relax (lol). It’s close to Higobashi Station and has parking, so access is convenient. However, I didn’t check in advance and arrived with a tall vehicle, so I couldn’t use the hotel parking and had to use a nearby coin-operated parking lot (expensive!), which was disappointing. (Next time I’ll come with a lower car.) There’s also a large public bath, and it’s reasonably priced—highly recommended!
