Everything about it was stylish, masculine, simple, and modern. It resembled a grand mansion you might find in Tokyo's Setagaya area. That was the image of the building.We wondered if we could add more natural, gentle, and resort-like relaxing elements to this symbol of "luxury" in a capitalist sense. What came to mind was the beach project held along the Seine River in Paris.A white sandy beach suddenly appears amidst the classic cityscape. It is a nationally registered tangible cultural property, featuring the beautiful design of Oya stone. While preserving the original design, the Property has been renovated for accommodation, reborn beautifully. With a panoramic room overlooking the nature of Hayama, a sunroom leading to the garden, a library overlooking the salon, a highly designed bathroom retaining the original beams, and a functional kitchen, every Room offers a special space. *Total floor area: 364 sqm (110 tsubo).
