I have stayed here many times. The Room is clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and high-quality amenities such as face masks and bath salts are fully provided. The slippers are also of good quality. There is also a compact massage device in the Room, which is excellent.

I stayed in a quiet, comfortable Room at the far end of the top floor. Thank you very much. The step between the unit bath and the Room is relatively low, so please watch your footing in the dark, but the Hotel is clean throughout, with wide corridors and elevator halls. Overall, I think it’s a good Business Hotel for the price.

I stayed here for a concert at Tokyo Dome last time, and this time for a live show at the Japan National Stadium. It’s close to the nearest station, and there is also a shopping complex with restaurants and convenience stores on the way from the station to the Hotel, which is very convenient. I was also happy to have a ReFa hair dryer in the ladies’ room. Breakfast was very delicious.

Location: Convenient, just a short walk from Akihabara Station or Kanda Metro Station. Bath: Spacious and relaxing with a jet bath. Food & drinks: Alcohol, ramen, popcorn, ochazuke, morning curry—plus all soft drinks included in the price is amazing. The capsule itself was also good. The only issue was the extremely loud snoring next door; earplugs alone weren’t enough. This isn’t the Hotel’s fault—the guest didn’t close the capsule curtain—but regular patrols might help.

I stayed here for an exam, and thanks to the thoughtful attention to detail and flexible support, I was able to face the day fully prepared. The warm hospitality of the staff and the delicious breakfast left a lasting impression, and I would love to stay here again.

Before check-in, I went to the front desk to leave my luggage (bag). When I made a request to the front desk staff, they said, “I can’t guarantee it, but I understand,” so I had assumed it would probably be difficult. However, when I checked in at 17:30, everything had been arranged exactly as I requested. I can’t share the details of what I asked for, but I would like to express my sincere gratitude to that staff member. This is an excellent Hotel with outstanding staff. I wanted to thank them in person the next day, but couldn’t find them, so I’m reaching out through this Review instead. Thank you again for your continued support.

It was an amazing two days. The greenery in the Room—and above all, the bath facilities—were wonderful. The open-air bath, the spacious sauna, and the soothing high-frequency music playing in the background helped me truly relax. I would love to stay again.

We stayed here so my daughter could attend an event, and because it was close to my eldest daughter’s home. Since we only needed the Room to sleep in, we didn’t expect much, but it was quiet and very comfortable. The heating didn’t work and it was cold, but since the two of us slept together, we managed. For breakfast, due to air conditioner installation work, it was provided in a bento box and we ate it in our Room, and it was delicious. We would like to stay again.

I stayed for 7 nights for a training seminar.\nThe location was excellent, with a convenience store on the first floor and Starbucks and Tully’s nearby, so the surroundings were great and I had no inconvenience. The cleaning was thorough, and the staff were pleasant, so I had a comfortable 7-day stay. The TV could stream YouTube and more, and the Room was comfortable. It was very good! As a couple who smokes, the best thing was that there was a smoking Room. I think it was the smoking Room floor, but the hallway from the elevator to the Room didn’t strongly smell of cigarettes (non-smokers might feel it does...), and even inside the Room there wasn’t an odor that bothered us as smokers. The front desk staff were pleasant, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth. At check-in, there was a recommended breakfast guide on the front desk machine, so we bought breakfast vouchers and used them the next morning. The service was good, and we were able to spend our morning time efficiently. Maybe because it was Sunday morning?! but we could choose between Japanese or Western style; I would have been happier if the Japanese set felt a bit more traditionally Japanese. When we visit Tokyo again, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

This was my first time staying in a double-bed Room with my wife. We both sleep fairly still, but every time my wife moved, the mattress vibrations carried over to my side, which really bothered me and kept me from sleeping soundly. Still, it’s the reliable APA Hotel—if you’re staying alone, I think you’ll be very satisfied.

Everything was clean and pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, especially the shishamo. I would have liked tomato juice.

This was my first stay at your Hotel! I’ve stayed at various Dormy Inn properties, and I felt your Hotel was a bit different compared to others. Overall, it’s compact, and even in the Room I could hear voices from outside, which was a little noisy. The bath on the 9th floor was also compact and cute. However, what was clearly different from other Dormy Inns was the breakfast buffet. The number of items I had been looking forward to was far too small; in that case, I think it would be better to offer a free breakfast like some other hotels do—what do you think? Your Hotel is reliably good overall, so I would appreciate it if you could put a bit more effort into breakfast if possible. Other than that, although it’s compact, it still felt like Dormy Inn as usual.

During the extreme heat, the location right outside Akihabara Station was especially appreciated. The Room was spacious and bright, and I was satisfied to be able to enjoy the night view. It was a bit disappointing that the skincare set is only provided if you ask at the front desk. Overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay again.

It was a clean Hotel. It’s close to the station, but it was a little hard to find. I mistakenly went to another Hotel in the same chain nearby. At the wrong Hotel, an international front desk staff member kindly guided me to the correct location. The staff at the front desk upon arrival also explained everything politely, and they were very pleasant. I would like to stay here again when attending an event.

Although it was my first visit, I was satisfied with how clean the Room was. I had a very comfortable stay. Access from the station is also convenient, and this is a Hotel I would recommend.

Stayed on a Saturday during a three-day weekend. The room was very clean. We had an extra bed added to the twin room and used it for three people. The best part was the complimentary breakfast. The menu was extensive, and I thought it was great for international guests. I would like to use it again.

The location was a bit far from the station, but I enjoyed a relaxing 2-night stay in a spacious Room.

It was conveniently located near the station. The Room was clean and comfortable, so I could relax, and the staff were kind and attentive. Even though it was a weekend, the price was reasonable, and the onigiri breakfast bento was delicious. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Although located next to the railway, I surprisingly had a good sleep. The soundproofing might be excellent. It took some time to figure out how to check the Wi-Fi ID on the VOD screen and connect, but I managed in the end. Other than that, the room was clean and well-maintained, which was satisfying. I didn't use the Onsen or try any meals, so I can't comment on those. However, being close to the station is a huge advantage. This Hotel will definitely be a candidate for my next stay.
