This was my first stay at Dormy Inn, and I finally understood why my daughters always say, “This Hotel is great” whenever they use it on their trips. It goes without saying that it was quiet and the breakfast was delicious. What I personally loved most was the bottled water in the fridge—it was incredibly cold and felt amazing on my sweaty throat. Since it’s often left outside the fridge at other places, I was genuinely happy about that. There were also snacks provided, which helped satisfy a small hunger. Having a TV in the bathroom was a first for me, and watching a program while soaking in the bath was such a unique experience. The staff were all cheerful and efficient, which left a great impression. Thanks to this stay, I had a wonderful time in Matsue. As an aside, Dormy Inn’s character “Dormy Inko-chan” is adorable—it's rare to see a mascot with that kind of look (lol). Thank you for the sticker as well. I’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

It was very convenient being close to the station since I had an early morning train. The air conditioning works well. There are several convenience stores nearby. It was a very dog-friendly Hotel. They had almost everything we needed except food, so we could stay with peace of mind. The open-air bath had a standing bath with a panoramic view of Lake Shinji, and since it was my first time, I was truly impressed. The Onsen while watching the sunrise was the best! The Hotel itself isn’t new, but it was well maintained and perfectly clean, so there was no discomfort at all. If I get the chance again, I’d love to stay here with my dog! Thank you very much.

For our summer trip to Shimane Prefecture, we chose Matsudairakaku based on everyone’s Reviews. The spacious, spotless Room connected to the garden was wonderful, and dinner was truly more than we could finish—we looked forward to it every night. They also had a great selection of local sake, and we ended up drinking a bit too much. When sightseeing, they shared recommended routes that only locals would know. On our last day, since we had an early departure, they kindly prepared breakfast earlier for us as well—we apologize for the inconvenience. Everything was perfect, and it made for a fantastic trip to Shimane. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.
