We stayed here on a family trip, and just as other Reviews said, it was a great Hotel with so many thoughtful touches. At the large public bath near the pool, they provided plastic bags for wet clothes and swimsuits, and there was a wide selection of shampoo and conditioner—perfectly attentive service that covered every little need. In the evening, there was even live music in the Hotel, letting us enjoy an Ishigaki Island–style night atmosphere. The pool was just the right size for kids, and they were thrilled. We actually stayed at a luxurious high-end Hotel afterward, but our kids said they liked this one better. It was comfortable and easy for families to spend time here. I also think it’s a good Hotel for couples or group trips because of its friendly vibe. We’d love to stay again.

A new Hotel, and everything is clean. It is a little away from downtown, but still within walking distance. Only breakfast is available; dinner is not provided. The breakfast buffet has just the right variety, and personally it helps me avoid overeating. Be aware that it gets crowded on days with group guests. You can see the sea from the window, so the view is nice enough. Parking is free to use. There is a public bath and a coin laundry (washer and dryer are separate) on the 2nd floor, which is convenient even for long stays. There is a 24-hour supermarket just a short walk away, making shopping easy as well. Since it was a corner Room, it was spacious. With a table, chairs, and a sofa, you can relax comfortably.

We stayed for two nights from 8/13 in a special Room with a private pool. We have stayed at nearly 10 Hotels across Okinawa (the main island, Miyako, and Ishigaki), and this was the best by far. Our children also said it was their No. 1. The Room itself was wonderful, and the cleanliness and quality of the meals were excellent as well. There was a small spot of dirt in the pool (something most people wouldn’t even notice), but our eldest daughter, who is very particular about cleanliness, became concerned. When we decided to contact the front desk, the General Manager personally came to take care of the cleaning, which made us feel sorry for troubling you. Thank you very much again for your kindness. We expect our next visit will be sometime next year or later, but we look forward to staying with you again.

The location, the view from the Room, the front desk service, the Room atmosphere, the bath Facility, and having both a washing machine and an ice maker—everything was excellent. A girls’ trip—we stayed as a group of four. This Hotel is right in front of the Southern Gate Bridge and close to the bus terminal and ferry terminal for the outer islands. The Room was spacious with wooden flooring and a generously sized bath, and it was a great-value Hotel with breakfast included—we really loved it. The staff were friendly, and we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast bread was delicious too. Minami-Nuhama Beach is also nearby, and taking an early-morning walk across the Southern Gate Bridge felt wonderful. When we visit Ishigaki Island again, we’d love to stay here again. Located within walking distance of the remote island terminal and bus terminal, and just seconds away from Euglena Mall. There are plenty of souvenir shops nearby. No need to worry about dinner options as there are many izakayas in the area. The Hotel offers free drinks throughout your stay. I chose this Hotel because of its reputation for delicious breakfast, and it did not disappoint. Highly recommended!

I visit Ishigaki Island almost every year, and this was my second stay here. This time it was just the two of us, so we had made a Reservation for a one-bedroom Room, but since there was availability, they kindly let us use a two-bedroom Room. The living/dining area and kitchen were spacious, and we were able to enjoy takeout seafood rice bowls and cut up the fruit we bought, which made for a very satisfying stay. Although the property feels a bit dated, it was well cleaned; if I had to mention one thing, the only minor concern was some black mold in the bathroom. My husband and I are already talking about staying here again next year. Thank you very much.

I considered booking a Hotel in Ishigaki Island, but I was drawn to the idea of "one group per day" and made the Reservation. The result was absolutely satisfying! The fact that we could enjoy BBQ was amazing, and they even provided insect repellent and BBQ equipment. Such thoughtful hospitality! The Facility was very clean, with even a washing machine and dryer available! It rained during our stay, so having these amenities really helped as we were struggling with laundry. One minor downside about the Facility is the hairdryer—it had very weak airflow but got extremely hot. If there were details about the hairdryer provided beforehand, I could have brought my own or prepared accordingly. We caused some inconvenience during our stay, but they kindly contacted us each time and treated us with great kindness. If I visit Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely want to stay here!

Enjoy delightful conversations with the friendly owner and spend time with adorable cats. Such a charming accommodation is truly rare! The carefully prepared breakfast, both Japanese and Western styles, was absolutely delicious and impressive! The room was comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to use the hammock this time, but next time I’d love to relax on the terrace or stargaze. I will definitely visit again! Thank you so much!

The staff's warm hospitality was wonderful. They kindly interacted with the animals and naturally engaged in many conversations with us. The Room was very cute, and it made me wish my home could look like this. I wanted to see the starry sky, but unfortunately, it was a cloudy day. Since there are no convenience stores nearby, it would be great if simple food items were available for purchase. I would love to visit again!

We had a truly wonderful time thanks to the clean Room and excellent Facility. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, and the cutlery and dishes were spotless, making our stay very comfortable. There was a power outage on Ishigaki Island on the day of checkout, but you handled it smoothly. We will definitely come again!!

I stayed for three nights in late March. The property is family-run, and it had a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. The Room was spacious and well maintained. As mentioned in other Reviews, the breakfast was incredibly delicious!! The menu changed every morning, which made it exciting. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best weather during our stay, but we were able to see the stars early in the morning on our last day. There’s a hammock on the rooftop, so I also recommend it for anyone who wants to relax and stargaze. Next time, I’d love to watch the sunset too. It’s a little away from downtown, but even after drinking in the nightlife area, we were able to get back by taxi for around 2,000 yen. When I visit Ishigaki Island again, I will make a Reservation at Three Heart again. Thank you very much.

It was a very satisfying stay!!! The room was very clean and stylishly decorated! I wish I could live in a room like that. The facilities, including tableware and appliances, were well-equipped. The washing machine detergent and hangers were helpful. Since the mirror is only in the washroom, it would be even more helpful if there was a stand mirror. The view from the 7th floor was beautiful, with a view of the sea. All the staff were friendly and kind, providing very pleasant service. It was during the typhoon season, but they explained the precautions during the stay carefully, which made me feel at ease. Breakfast had a moderate variety, and everything was delicious. It was nice to be able to make things like Yaeyama soba and taco rice by myself. I was also happy to have Genki bread. Since the system involves going to an affiliated store to eat, it might be a bit difficult on rainy days, but it was nice to take a walk. (A little over 5 minutes on foot) The port and Euglena Mall are within walking distance, and there are Yaeyama soba shops and izakayas nearby, making it very convenient even without a car. It was a very satisfying stay!!! I will use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
