A Property with its own natural hot spring, located on a hill overlooking Ajiro Bay in South Atami. Just a 7-minute drive from JR Ito Line Ajiro Station. The Onsen features a pH 9.5 alkaline simple spring, known for its ability to cleanse the skin of impurities and old keratin, leaving it smooth and soft. Additionally, it is cherished as a "drinkable Onsen," believed to have benefits for constipation and digestive health. The 4,000-tsubo garden boasts a flowing stream and seasonal flowers and trees, offering a picturesque and serene strolling experience. For meals, we serve kaiseki cuisine prepared daily with carefully selected ingredients!

At the Property Onsen Izu Usami, the jewel open-air bath, popular among women, is a highlight. Plans such as the luxurious full course and crab are popular, with the Toro Kinmedai being especially recommended. The Onsen at the Property contains salt with warming effects and is expected to enhance skin beauty. Guest rooms accommodate 2-5 people and are all non-smoking. The cuisine mainly features seafood courses using a secret sauce passed down through generations and fresh Kinmedai.

Experience the ultimate private resort. We offer a serene space with a traditional Japanese-style atmosphere reminiscent of an old folk house. A newly installed deck for glamping and an outdoor swing are also available! On the approximately 50-square-meter deck, you can enjoy forest bathing while gazing at Sagami Bay and Hatsushima in the distance, or relax at a nearby Onsen. The Atami Ajiroyama area is a tranquil location surrounded by trees, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. "Atami Kaiun" is an independent Property, allowing you to maintain complete privacy without encountering any staff. Our Facility, designed in the style of a traditional Japanese folk house Ryokan, offers various amenities to enhance your stay. The spacious stone bath, large enough for two people, allows you to enjoy a relaxing bath while taking in the outdoor scenery. (Please note that Onsen is not currently available.) The earthen floor features a wood-burning stove, the living room is equipped with a table with a sunken kotatsu, and there is a NET-compatible TV, among other amenities, to make your stay in this purely Japanese-style folk house villa even more enjoyable. We are currently receiving a high volume of inquiries. As only one group can make a Reservation per day, we recommend making your Reservation early.

Especially in the spacious stone-built Onsen bath, you can feel as if you are in an open-air bath. The bedroom recreates a starry sky! The queen bed is equipped with a top-quality Simmons frame and mattress. In the living space, you can unwind from the day's fatigue... We have paid special attention to the bioethanol fireplace, stove, and AV sound system. With high-speed WiFi and a desk, it is also ideal for workations. We have carefully selected various other amenities to ensure your trip and stay are truly special. At our Facility, which you can use entirely for yourself, please come and relieve your daily fatigue and stress in a safe and secure environment. Since our opening, we have received high praise, and inquiries and Reservations have often been difficult to secure.
