Founded in Keio 3 (1867), this Property features a sukiya-style architecture. To pursue the ultimate hospitality, the number of guest rooms was reduced to just three during renovations. While it is a pure Japanese-style building made with Akita cedar in the sukiya style, the reinforced concrete (RC) structure ensures safety and tranquility within the Property. There are no open-air baths in the guest rooms and no elevators in the Property, as it focuses on cuisine and hospitality. Using mainly local ingredients, we offer seasonal delicacies without being bound by tradition.
