The staff’s calm, welcoming atmosphere created a truly relaxing space, and I had a very comfortable stay. - On the shuttle bus, they provided aromatic hand towels and water - They took us to the golf course restaurant in a lovely cart - When I asked the concierge in advance about sightseeing, they gave me lots of brochures and handwritten notes on the day Everyone was wonderful and incredibly kind—not only at the front desk and lounge, but also at the gift shop—and I was genuinely impressed. Everything was new and spotless; the room was spacious with an amazing view. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding: freshly baked brown sugar French toast, made-to-order Okinawa soba, dim sum, smoothies, plenty of fruit, and many other options—luxurious and delicious. I’ve already booked again for December and can’t wait to return.

The Room was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was great, and I was impressed by how spotless it was—clean enough to lie down on. The staff were cheerful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

This is my second stay following last year. Every year from November to December, I take a relaxing trip to warm Okinawa with friends as a reward for my hard work throughout the year. Last year, we stayed at this Hotel, and my friend was very pleased with the high quality of se

This time I stayed in a central Room on the 3rd floor, and the view looking down was like something out of a painting—“Is this Waikiki Beach?!” Crystal-clear blue sea and sky, white clouds, an exotic-colored high-rise Hotel to the right; below, a woman in shorts jogging between p

The view from the window, the delicious food, and watching the sunset with my child created an unforgettable, perfect moment. Both the spring trip to Okinawa and this autumn stay were filled with wonderful memories. Next year, we plan to visit the remote islands, so it might

We stayed here during our trip to Okinawa to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The front desk staff were friendly, and the Room was clean—we were very satisfied. The location is within American Village, which made it easy to enjoy the area. We heard that the Chunichi Dragons were holding their training camp at the stadium next door, and we would have loved to see it if the timing had worked out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Okinawan dishes, and it gave us a great start to the day.

The location was great, and the breakfast was especially delicious. There were many vegetable-based dishes and a wide variety of fruit, which made my daughter very happy. The staff were kind, and everyone greeted us with a warm smile, making our stay very pleasant. We would love to visit again.

We visit Okinawa every year with our friends’ family, and now we can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Sunset Village. What stands out most is the breathtaking view from the hilltop. While you can fully enjoy Chatan’s beautiful scenery, the location is also very convenient—an excellent base for getting to areas on the east coast such as Okinawa City. It’s spacious enough that even two families can stay together comfortably, and we’ve discovered a new pleasure: gathering everyone around the dining table in the Room, not just eating out. The kids love this Room too and are already asking to come back next time. We’d like to adjust our schedule early so we can stay here again next year.

My biggest concern was that the Hotel had been renovated. When I looked into its history, I learned it is a building with real historical value. I felt vaguely uneasy at first, but reading the Reviews put my mind at ease. I was also curious about what “EM” meant, but I didn’t look it up and figured I’d find out once I arrived. After making my Reservation, I started noticing that “fermentation” is surprisingly common in everyday life. I hadn’t had many chances to stay here before, but this time I decided to book a stay. It was far more comfortable than expected, and staying here was absolutely the right choice. The view from the Room was amazing—because it’s on higher ground, you can see far into the distance. I could even see the expressway I usually drive on without thinking about it, and beyond that, there was a view of the sea. The Room is cleaned using EM as well, and it made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. What impressed me most was the food. It wasn’t just an ordinary buffet; everything seemed thoughtfully designed with health in mind, and EM is used too—I genuinely felt refreshed from within. The dishes also had a wonderful homemade quality, and every item tasted great with real ingredients you could appreciate. It almost makes me regret not coming sooner. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing, with no crowds, so I could unwind at my own pace. It soothed both body and mind. What surprised me most was how warmly each staff member welcomed guests. They supported one another as a team and treated guests with simple, genuine consideration. Unlike many other Hotels where service can feel formal or scripted, their hospitality felt truly personal—and that made all the difference. This stay was so wonderful that it’s a Hotel where I definitely want to return. If you’re unsure about booking Accommodation here, I highly recommend experiencing it at least once.

We stayed for 3 nights. It’s about a 12–13 minute walk from American Village, but it was quiet and very nice. The Room and balcony were spacious and comfortable. We’d love to stay again next time!

A Resort Hotel just under an hour’s drive from home for local residents. A weekend getaway with the family to escape reality. This time, we booked a one-night stay with dinner and breakfast included. A brand-new Hotel, stylish Asian-inspired interiors, a beautiful ocean view from the Room, delicious food, wonderfully friendly staff who greeted us anytime and anywhere, and excellent amenities—everything was perfect, and my wife and child were thrilled. I’m truly glad we came. On the drive home we agreed it felt so good that one night wasn’t enough. This kind of luxury—being able to spend time like this once in a while—is nice to have. A relaxing, happy time. Highly recommended!

We have been staying here as one of our regular Accommodations since your opening, for family trips and business travel. About 16 years ago, when our children were small, breakfast was a must for us, and I remember it being far better than it is now. However, in the past few years, I regret to say it no longer feels like a level we can continue choosing based on those memories. Given the location, it is an excellent base whether heading north or south. I believe your Accommodation holds an important position as a key presence and landmark in the Chubu region. I hope that, even without making it extravagant, you will be able to take steps to bring the breakfast quality back to what it once was. I understand the food and beverage department faces challenges amid cost competition, but I sincerely hope you can create an environment where improvements can continue.

It was a tatami Room, so I was able to relax very much!!

The Room is spacious and comfortable.

I stay here often. Although it faces Route 58, the Room overlooks the ocean and is quiet. It’s conveniently located for getting anywhere. The front desk staff are kind, and they also offer happy hour in the evening. I’d like to stay again.

Thank you very much. It was such a wonderful Hotel with impeccable service, scenery, and location that I have nothing but gratitude! I had a very pleasant stay! I will be returning again next month. I look forward to it then as well. This is a Hotel I would recommend to everyone. (It's such a high-quality Hotel that I almost don't want to tell anyone) haha

This was my first stay at this accommodation! All the staff were kind and provided excellent service! The room was very clean and extremely comfortable! Moreover, there was an exceptional touch of hospitality on the bed! The view was great, and I have no complaints at all! It’s truly the best hotel! Breakfast was outstanding as expected! There were plenty of options, and everything was delicious! The lounge was also fantastic! Indeed, it’s the best hotel ever. I will definitely stay here again!

We got an incredible deal during Silver Week: a two-night stay with one dinner included. Honestly, it was so cheap that I didn’t expect much, but the live-kitchen onigiri at breakfast were truly delicious—I ended up trying every kind. They also made omelets to order with a choice of sauces; they were fluffy and perfectly soft, and just as tasty. The large public bath was never crowded, and since the hotel is on higher ground, the sunrise and night views from our room were absolutely beautiful. It was such an amazing hotel for the price that I’d definitely like to stay again. If you’re staying here, I strongly recommend adding breakfast—you won’t regret it.

The Room was spotless and very comfortable. I was especially impressed that even the toys provided were kept clean; my two-year-old son played with them nonstop. Thoughtful amenities for families with small children—such as a baby gate, high chair, and a step stool in the bathroom—made our stay feel safe and stress-free. We’d love to stay again.

I was extremely satisfied—there was nothing to complain about in terms of service, hospitality, or facilities! Everything we needed was provided, so we hardly needed any luggage, and whenever anything came up, staff were always nearby and came right away, which made our stay feel very safe and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and ordered both Japanese-style and Western-style breakfasts; both were delicious. The staff took care of all the cleanup as well—I was truly impressed that there was nothing we had to do! I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Okinawa.
