We stayed here for three nights after finding it by chance while planning a trip to enjoy the northern area with three generations. When we made the Reservation six months in advance, only the first floor was available, but it turned out to be perfect—there’s an entrance door right near the parking area, which was great since we were traveling with our grandfather. The space is spacious and the facilities are extremely well equipped. Instructions and guides were posted throughout, so we could relax and stay as if we were living there. It was hot during summer vacation, but we loved being able to take quiet walks along Fukugi Tree Road in the early morning and evening. The sound of the waves at Bise Beach was also incredibly soothing. It was also very convenient that parasailing, Kouri Island, and Junglia were all within 30 minutes. When we visit Okinawa again, our whole family agrees we’d love to stay here again. Highly recommended Accommodation!

We stayed for 2 nights. The villa was very comfortable, and everywhere you look is picture-perfect. I think many guests stay here aiming for a photogenic experience, and in that respect you’ll definitely be satisfied. It would be perfect if you could catch the sunset too. Also, the Accommodation is quite visible from the main island side, so it was exciting when we spotted it. On the downside, you can just barely see the pool from the neighboring villa, and it’s a bit of a walk from the pool area to the bathroom. However, there are thoughtful touches—like speakers installed both indoors and outdoors that play acoustic guitar tracks—and features like a large garden. There are many points that set it apart from the villas that have been popping up all over Okinawa lately. Some Reviews mentioned lots of insects, but we hardly had any bugs come inside. On the contrary, there was a stag beetle on our pool float and that really made my day. A cat also came by to visit at night. We arrived in an Alphard; while the road leading to the Accommodation was surprisingly wide and easy to drive, the road right in front of the villa was narrow, and we had to make several back-and-forth adjustments to park. For check-in, a QR code was sent to our designated email address, but separately (from a different sender) an email with our Room number arrived from a Gmail domain. It went to spam, so at first we didn’t realize which Room we were supposed to enter. I’d prefer if they unified the sending address. Still, being able to complete everything contactlessly is appreciated. Also, drinks in the fridge are free, but we were told there would be no replenishment during a Multiple Night Stay. There is a vending machine on-site as well, but it doesn’t have alcohol—so keep that in mind.

Our stay coincided with Typhoon No. 9. Normally, dinner requires a Reservation, but since going out or ordering delivery was difficult, they kindly provided a special Okinawa soba dinner for us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the sauna, pool, or the starry sky we had been looking forward to, but thanks to the friendly staff, all-you-can-drink beverages and snacks, and the jacuzzi, we had a very satisfying stay.

I stayed here for my second night on a solo trip. Tucked away down a small path, it was so quiet—no traffic noise, just birds and insects. There were even cute little frogs on the terrace, which felt wonderful for someone who loves wildlife. The grounds are beautifully planted with lots of greenery, and the Room was extremely clean. The meals used ingredients harvested on the property and were outstanding—carefully prepared and delicate, yet warmly home-style at the same time. After the delicious dinner, they prepared a beautiful open-air bath for me, and I slept like a log until right before breakfast time. The owner couple were also very kind, sharing details about the ingredients, the plants on the property, and recommended spots to visit. This is a truly wonderful Accommodation filled with their care in every aspect—from the Room to the food to all Facilities. It’s an Accommodation I’ll definitely want to return to. We were able to relax with our children and feel at home, and thanks to that we spent 5 days/4 nights without the kids getting sick. The aquarium was close by, and we also drove a rental car to sightsee around Kouri Island and Nago. The beach was nearby too, so we could easily drop by in our free time. It was very helpful to be able to dry our water shoes and life jackets on the terrace. Laundry dried quickly in the dryer, so even for 5 days/4 nights we were able to pack much lighter. A supermarket was also close, so we could quickly shop for what we needed, and the kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. It felt like home—not a luxury trip—but everything we needed was provided with no waste, including basic amenities, which made for an affordable and comfortable stay. There were more children than adults in our group, but there were enough futons and plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Thank you very much!

It’s not luxurious like a Resort Hotel, but it has everything you need (the towels were wonderfully fluffy!), and the Room was kept very clean. The shared kitchen has a filtered-water tap, plus a refrigerator, dishes, cookware, and basic seasonings. I also appreciated the free coffee machine and several kinds of tea. If requested, they will prepare a complimentary breakfast of toast, a boiled egg, and yogurt. The washing machine is free to use (the dryer is paid), and there is also space for drying laundry as well as clothespins for drying underwear indoors. If you ask in advance, they also provide a Shuttle Service to the nearest bus stop before 10:00 AM (check-out) and after 3:00 PM (check-in). It was the perfect Accommodation for a relaxed, flexible stay while keeping costs down!

As it was my birthday, I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. I was happy that you had prepared gifts as well. Also, you kindly held a special fireworks launch event during my stay, and I had a wonderful time. I would like to visit again.

This Hotel was an excellent base for enjoying the Churaumi Aquarium, Emerald Beach, the outdoor pool, and activities in Motobu Town. It also serves as a bus stop for various routes, which was convenient during the hot summer. The ocean-view Room offered breathtaking sunset views. The food was outstanding—especially the steak dinner and the croissants at breakfast. All of the staff were professional, efficient, and wonderful. Thank you!

The salt-making experience from seawater was also great for our kids' learning experience, while enjoying barbecue dinners during sunset added another highlight of our stay. As for rooms—they were stylishly designed with comfortable tatami mats that made me wish I could stay lon

We stayed for one night as a couple. The building's design was very stylish, and the bath was absolutely amazing! Although we couldn't use the pool during this season, it seems like a must-try in summer. The Room had a projector, but we couldn't figure out how to use it this time. There was some dust in small areas, so it would be great if cleaning could be more thorough. Also, clearer instructions on how to use the Facility would be helpful. Still, we had an extraordinary and special experience that we don't usually get to enjoy. We look forward to staying again in a different season!

This was our first time staying here. We were able to enjoy a relaxing time with the whole family! Not only the pool but also the private beach was amazing! We experienced an extraordinary stay in a wonderful villa. I wish we had stayed one more night!

The accommodation cost was affordable, so I was honestly a bit worried before using it, but it turned out to be an extremely satisfying stay. The space was ample, and every room was clean, which is why I gave the highest rating. Additionally, there were two baths available, allowing me to enjoy bathing without worrying about time. I rated the customer service and hospitality slightly lower because I forgot to purchase oil and the nearest supermarket is a 30-minute drive away. It would be helpful if the website listed what items are provided in the room (the outdated website also added to my concerns). However, everything else was excellent. I will definitely use this accommodation again!

A quiet accommodation surrounded by Fukugi trees with the sea right in front. It is within walking distance to Churaumi Aquarium along the seaside, where you can enjoy a morning dolphin show. There are also shops nearby, making it enjoyable to go out for drinks at night.

Although the weather in Okinawa wasn't great due to the typhoon, the villa was absolutely amazing. The pool was a huge hit with the kids—they could play and swim for hours. The beach within walking distance was beautiful, and we could see colorful fish. While better weather would have allowed us to enjoy the sea more, we were very satisfied thanks to the wonderful villa.

The accommodation was thoroughly cleaned, making it very pleasant to use. All the provided amenities and furniture were sufficient, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with a beautiful beach just a one-minute walk away. The Fukugi tree-lined area around the accommodation also had a great atmosphere. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Okinawa.

We stayed for 4 nights, but unfortunately it rained throughout our stay and we couldn’t really go out onto the terrace. Still, we had a very comfortable time. After checking out, we stayed at a slightly more expensive Hotel, but we liked Loconia Terrace better (lol). We’d love to come back to watch the sunset from that terrace.
