It was very convenient—less than a 5-minute walk to Yokohama Arena. Breakfast was served at an Italian restaurant, so we could enjoy both Japanese and Italian dishes. It was quiet and relaxing.

The Room is spacious! The toilet and bath are separate! Children’s amenities are provided, along with towels for Child Sharing Existing Bedding! Breakfast is available free of charge! The staff were very courteous! We were extremely satisfied, and our child said, “I want to stay here again!” Thank you very much!

This Hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama. I think it’s a very good Hotel. The shampoo and other amenities are high quality, and I have no complaints. If I had to mention any drawbacks, the shower temperature can be a bit tricky to adjust, and the TV is slightly small. Even then, those are only minor inconveniences if you really look for them. It’s an excellent Hotel for the price, so I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for business. I chose this Hotel because it’s close to my client’s company and the parking looked easy to use—and it was the perfect choice! The staff were kind, the food was delicious, and the Room was clean. I slept well and felt truly relaxed. I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

I stayed for one night on 6/17. The Hotel is close to the station and easy to find, with izakayas, cafes, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. The welcome drink right after arrival and the all-you-can-drink alcohol service were absolutely amazing! All the staff were very kind and polite, which made my stay truly pleasant. A passcode is required to enter the large public bath, and you receive a paper with it at check-in. I realized I had forgotten mine just before the entrance, and when I headed back toward the elevator, a staff member said, “Did you forget your paper? I’ll give it to you now.” I was so impressed by how attentive they were. Thank you so much! The Room was small due to the location, and the sink area was also compact, but that was about the only thing that stood out—overall it was a great Hotel. I’m glad my mother and I chose to stay here for our trip. If we have another chance, we’d love to stay again! *At check-in, we were assisted by someone on their first day who was giving their first explanation. It’s the best in so many ways. I live in Shin-Yokohama, and because I work in customer service, I sometimes get worn out from being around people. So I stay at Fuji View Hotel to relax and recharge. If only the Onsen were great, I could just come for the Onsen, but the meals are delicious as well, and the staff’s attentive yet not intrusive service lets me truly rest and unwind. I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a concert trip. I came back late at night and left early in the morning, so I only needed a place to sleep, but it was very convenient—close to the JR station and right in front of the subway station. There was a convenience store next door and a Doutor Coffee on the first floor, so I’d like to stay here again next time. The Room felt a bit dated, but it was clean, and the bed was spacious so I could rest comfortably.

I stayed here for the first time because I had a concert. The Room was more spacious than I expected, and the bed was very comfortable, so I had a pleasant stay. There were no particular inconveniences. The front desk staff were foreigners, but their Japanese was excellent and they assisted me politely with a wonderful smile. It’s a Hotel that made me want to make another Reservation.

I stayed here when I attended a concert at Yokohama Arena, and it was very convenient because it’s close to the arena. I didn’t extend my checkout, but I thought the option to extend until noon for an additional 1,200 yen was a good deal. The Room was clean and even had that new-building smell (in a good way). I had plans in Yokohama over the weekend, and since there was a chance the Shinkansen might be suspended due to the typhoon, I made an Accommodation Reservation here for the night before, just in case. However, just minutes before Shin-Yokohama, an earthquake occurred along the line and the Shinkansen service was suspended. An announcement said there was no estimate for resumption, and it truly didn’t seem like we would be moving anytime soon. Thinking I might not arrive at the Hotel until late at night or even early morning, I contacted you to explain the situation. You kindly told me to take care and that arriving at any time would be fine, which really put my mind at ease. When I finally arrived and checked in, your warm words—“You must be tired; please rest well”—were truly comforting. Unfortunately, because of the weather I couldn’t enjoy the view from the Room on the 31st floor that you had prepared for me, but I’ll look forward to it next time I visit Yokohama. Thank you very much for your courteous service.

The Facility is a bit old, but there were no issues. Breakfast was very delicious—I ended up eating too much. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying here. I was a little surprised that all the front desk staff were foreigners, but they assisted me politely and there were no problems at all. The cleaning staff were also foreigners, and they greeted me with a smile, which made for a pleasant departure. One minor drawback is that the air conditioning is hard to adjust. I tend to get hot easily, but even on the lowest setting it was cold, so I ended up turning it off. (Maybe it was set stronger because there had been Reviews saying the Room was hot?) Overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay here again when I come to Shin-Yokohama.
