This was a wonderful Hotel with great taste felt in every detail, and it made me want to take lots of photos. The Bulgari Bar was a spacious, relaxing place that made me feel like I was abroad. In the Room, they had kindly prepared fresh fruit for us, which helped soothe the fatigue of traveling. For breakfast, we had the Gymnasium Breakfast, and every item was a special menu that felt gentle on the body. The freshly pressed apple juice was also unbelievably delicious. We also enjoyed lunch at the Italian restaurant, and thanks to the staff’s warm kindness, my daughter and I had a truly pleasant time together. I would definitely recommend lunch at the Italian restaurant as well. I bought chocolates as souvenirs, and even after returning home, I continued to savor the wonderful memories of our time at Bulgari Hotel. I would love to stay again.

It was excellent! The location is perfect, and there’s a FamilyMart on the first floor. In the morning, I thought it would be self-service, but the staff kindly prepared both a smoothie and coffee for us. Both were delicious, and we really appreciated it. This was our first trip to Tokyo, and we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days as a party of two. It’s very convenient—just a short walk from the exit after going through Yaechika from Tokyo Station. The staff were kind and attentive, which made for a pleasant start to our stay. The Room was spacious enough for two people, and the bed was almost too big (in a good way!). During our stay, we didn’t hear any noise at all from neighboring rooms or the hallway. It was so quiet that we wondered if we were the only guests on this floor—thanks to that, we slept soundly every night. There were many Western guests as well, and everyone was friendly and well-mannered. In the elevator they would let us go first, and they’d smile when passing in the hallway—it really impressed us. We had a completely stress-free stay, which made our Tokyo trip truly enjoyable. Thank you very much to all the staff. We would love to stay here again when we visit Tokyo!

I stayed for two nights and found it very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I fell asleep easily. Although I chose a room without a bathtub, the massage chair made up for it and helped relieve my tiredness from walking. The front desk staff kindly stored my luggage when needed.

Due to the typhoon, it rained throughout our stay. Even in the rain, the location was extremely convenient, with everything within walking distance. I have stayed at Daiwa Roynet Accommodations before and had great experiences everywhere, so I came to Ginza Premier with high expectations. The front desk staff were very kind and left a great impression. Although it was a Compact Twin room, the bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, and it was clean and comfortable. It was a bit disappointing to notice slight dirt behind the faucet at the sink. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to stay again if I have the chance.

This was my second stay, and the Hotel staff's service was truly excellent, making my stay very pleasant. They are very friendly to dogs, and basic amenities are well provided. (I made the reservation for my dog by phone.) It is also conveniently located near Tokyo Station.

We stayed here on a trip to Tokyo with my two daughters. Great access, just a short walk from the Yaesu Underground Mall exit. The Room was clean and comfortable. In the lounge, unlimited drinks and Japanese snacks made my daughters happy, and I was happy with the complimentary sake service. My daughter screamed when she turned the dial in the bathroom and the overhead shower suddenly came on... The breakfast was very delicious.

Although it is located near the department stores in Ginza, you can stay here for around 10,000 yen per night. I arrived without high expectations, and while the Room was a bit small, there was plenty of space in front of the door, a full-length mirror, and a deep bathtub.
