This was my first stay, and the Accommodation was very clean and well maintained. The women-only floor also made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.

I arrived at Nagasaki Airport on the last flight and stayed at a Hotel near Isahaya Station to head toward Unzen the next morning. It was right in the middle of Silver Week and I couldn’t find a Hotel in Nagasaki City, but this Global Hotel was within a 5-minute walk from the station, had a twin Room available, and was reasonably priced, so I made a Reservation. I was a bit worried before arriving, but even though I checked in late at night, the front desk staff were kind and courteous, and the Room was simple, well-organized, and very clean. I had a comfortable night’s rest and woke up feeling refreshed. They also kindly stored my large luggage with a smile from check-out until evening, which allowed me to travel light for my round trip to Unzen. A recommended Hotel where I’d love to stay again.

This was my first time staying in Isahaya City. I chose this hotel because it was the closest to Transcosmos Stadium Nagasaki. I checked in at 4:00 PM, brought my own dinner and breakfast, and stayed in the room until 7:00 AM the next day. The amenities were well stocked, and the room was clean and very comfortable. I especially appreciated that two different types of pillows were provided. They also accommodated my request regarding parking, which was a great help. This will be my first choice next time I stay in Isahaya City.

The location and Facility were great. We also received a dinner voucher, so we used it. The nearby dining options were delicious as well, which was very helpful.

I booked the “Room-assigned” Plan and stayed in the main building this time. The Plan description seemed to say non-smoking, but I was surprised because the Room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I should have asked about changing Rooms, but I was short on time because someone was waiting for me, and since I had already used the toilet, I didn’t bring it up. I got used to the smell quickly, so it was fine. The Facilities in the main building are a bit old, but both the Room and bathroom were very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff member was polite and pleasant. Overall, there are far more good points here, so it’s a great place. I’ll be back again soon. Thank you very much.

The price was reasonable and great. I will use it again.

The bathroom is spacious and even includes a washing area, but the chair was too small, which was uncomfortable for someone like me with back pain. A slightly larger chair would have been perfect... Otherwise, everything was satisfactory.

The price was affordable. I wish there had been somewhere nearby to eat.

A very retro Showa-era Hotel! It’s well cleaned. The male staff are calm and pleasant, but the female front desk staff came across as a bit harsh and condescending, so 4 stars. For meals, you can get refills of three mini rolls! It’s a little awkward to ask for more (lol). It was worth the price, and I’m glad I could stay at a low cost.

My husband stayed at the accommodation and mentioned that the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. He also appreciated the large public bath with a sauna, which helped him relax and recover from fatigue. We will use this accommodation again when staying in Isahaya.
