"Matsushima Onsen Komatsukan Kofutei" harmonizes with the pine trees. To preserve and convey the beautiful scenery of Matsushima, one of Japan's three most scenic spots, the Kofutei building was constructed to integrate and protect the pine trees within the landscape.

Opened on June 19, 2017. Directly connected to JR Sendai Station, making it an ideal base for business and sightseeing. With the concept of "Tohoku Rokkan," it is a warm Hotel where you can feel the comfort unique to Tohoku. All rooms have separate bath and toilet, and all rooms are non-smoking, which is great for non-smokers. Guests can relax with a drink in the guest-only lounge overlooking Miyagino Street and gather sightseeing information about Tohoku, or enjoy a refreshing workout in the fitness room during their stay.
