Tatami with beds, very relaxing. Traditional hospitality with tabi socks provided. The bath on the 18th floor offers a stunning night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the open-air bath. Breakfast exceeded expectations with New Year's osechi dishes. About 80% of guests were from overseas, but everyone had good manners, and the bath area was kept clean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street.

This was my first time using Booking. I made a last-minute request to have champagne set up in the Room so I could enjoy it with someone special, and I truly appreciate your kind support. The Room was spacious, and both the bed and sofa had a comfortable firmness and cushioning, which helped me relax. Next time, I look forward to staying on a clear day and seeing Mt. Fuji.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year.
