Tatami with beds, very relaxing. Traditional hospitality with tabi socks provided. The bath on the 18th floor offers a stunning night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the open-air bath. Breakfast exceeded expectations with New Year's osechi dishes. About 80% of guests were from overseas, but everyone had good manners, and the bath area was kept clean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street.

This was my first time using Booking. I made a last-minute request to have champagne set up in the Room so I could enjoy it with someone special, and I truly appreciate your kind support. The Room was spacious, and both the bed and sofa had a comfortable firmness and cushioning, which helped me relax. Next time, I look forward to staying on a clear day and seeing Mt. Fuji.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. This was my first stay, and the service was excellent. The hospitality was truly impressive. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I stayed in a suite Room this time, but I felt the amenities were a bit lacking. It would be helpful if items like lotion were provided in the Room. The shower was slightly difficult to use, and the shape of the bathtub forces you into a reclining position, so you need to be cautious (laughs). However, the Room itself was lovely. The view was beautiful, and both the bed and pillows were comfortable. Room service was great as well. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! I even thought about coming back just for breakfast alone!
