Spectacular views from the Room The moment I opened the door, the Tokyo Tower view instantly made it feel truly special. Exceptional Gold Club Lounge experience From welcome drinks (including alcohol!) at check-in and check-out, to afternoon tea in the afternoon and evening cocktails at night... Combined with the wonderful hospitality from the staff, it was so satisfying that I felt like I didn’t need to go out at all—this is exactly what a club lounge should be. Excellent wellness facilities (pool, sauna, and bath) Refreshing in an infinity pool with outstanding views, then fully unwinding in the sauna and bath—pure relaxation. It was a wonderful Hotel that makes me want to come back for a refresh without fail. Thank you very much.

Both the facilities and the staff were top-class—an outstanding Hotel. Every staff member’s dedication and politeness came through in their service, making our stay truly comfortable. In terms of receiving hospitality that exceeds the room rate, I think it offers the best value for money in Tokyo. In particular, the gentleman in the Executive Lounge (the person on the right in the photo) was exceptional—his conversation, service, and cocktail-making skills were all truly first-rate, adding even more value to our stay. He kept an ideal distance while attentively looking after every guest. I give five stars to him for making us feel glad we stayed here and eager to return.

This was our fourth stay. Thank you for the kind and attentive service from the staff. We were very satisfied with the Onsen, which we could use even late at night, as well as the ice cream, Yakult, and drinks available afterward. It was a wonderful three-day stay. Thank you very much for taking care of us. We would love to stay again.

The Room, view, and service were all excellent, making for a very comfortable stay.

This was my second stay, following last year. The calm atmosphere throughout the Hotel truly felt like “THE Ginza”! The Room was stylish yet functional, and I stayed in great comfort. In particular, the Tokyo night view—including Tokyo Tower—made me feel how wonderful it is to be in Ginza. And I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast I had been looking forward to; it exceeded my expectations. I was deeply moved that a staff member remembered my stay last year and spoke to me. Everyone on the Hotel team is kind, attentive, warm, and friendly. Seeing the younger staff work with bright eyes was beautiful, and it made for a soothing stay—my personal oasis in Tokyo.

The hotel was conveniently located near the station, and the late-night check-in process was smooth. It was also a plus that the large public bath had a sauna. Even with the cheapest Plan that included a buffet breakfast, there were both Japanese and Western options, as well as desserts. I was also impressed that staff opened the lids to keep the food warm when I approached. I felt they provided great service despite limited resources.

The quiet atmosphere allowed me to relax. Since I was staying for work, I booked a single room, and the large desk was very helpful. I also appreciated being able to watch subscription services on the TV. However, I noticed there might not have been a clock in the room; if that's the case, having one would be convenient. The breakfast buffet seemed tailored for international guests, so it would be nice to have more Japanese-style dishes available. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of the late check-out this time due to my schedule. Next time, I'd love to take my time and enjoy the art pieces displayed within the accommodation. Located in a quiet area, it's within walking distance to Ginza without any issues. It was just right for my destination. Perhaps due to the many international guests, the large public bath was always private, allowing for a comfortable experience. The bed was also comfortable with no problems!

The Onsen Facility had few families or small children, so it was nice to use it in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The water quality was good, and the Room was clean, making for a comfortable stay. However, we used the buffet for meals, and although we had high expectations due to the location next to the market, it felt a bit underwhelming and disappointing. For breakfast, it may be better to eat at Toyosu Market.
