Thank you for coming to Tokyo. An Accommodation that genuinely makes you feel that way. Here, I found “Fufu’s true commitment.” As for the dining, I’ll spare the details—but every single dish was so exceptional it stayed with me, to the point that it made me want to return just for the food. And then there’s the Onsen you can enjoy in your Room. Onsen water brought from Atami can be savored right in the heart of Tokyo, with absolutely no compromise. A truly luxurious time. The service was also flawless. The sense of distance, attentiveness, and every gesture—everything felt comfortable. The space, the Onsen, the food, and the people. This was an Accommodation where I could feel “Fufu’s true commitment” in all of it.

We stayed here for a marriage proposal. When I contacted the staff in advance about arranging a surprise, they kindly accommodated my request, allowing me to create the ideal proposal. We booked a Plan that included access to the Gold Lounge, and every meal was absolutely delicious. Thoughtful touches were evident throughout our stay, making it the most luxurious and memorable experience of my life.

I stayed for 4 nights. Since it was a hot season, I really appreciated the unlimited soft drinks. They also provide loungewear, towels, earplugs, cleansing oil, toner, and hair oil, which was truly convenient. The place was well cleaned and very comfortable.

Everything is handled professionally. It’s truly relaxing. Thank you, as always, for your thoughtful care beyond what I expected. Outstanding service. Thank you again for this stay.

I stayed here for a fan event in Ariake. It was a shame I missed the late-night soba and couldn’t try it, but otherwise my stay was very comfortable. The large public bath was crowded at night so I skipped it, but it was pleasant in the morning. It was spacious with a great view. I’d like to stay here again.

Once again, we had a wonderful time and were able to relax. We enjoyed the beautiful night view from the Aqua Lounge, and lunch at Rendez-Vous was also delicious. As always, all of the staff were very kind and friendly, and every time my mother and I say, “That’s the Imperial Hotel.” Ever since we held our wedding here 35 years ago, it has been our favorite Hotel. We will visit again.

I stayed here for work near Tamachi. The walls are thick, so it’s quiet and clean, and the bathroom and toilet are separate. Complimentary mineral water is also provided, making this a highly recommended Hotel for business use. The Room is small and the view from the window isn’t great, but that’s to be expected for a Business Hotel in central Tokyo, so I deducted one star.

We stayed here as a family during Golden Week. We often use Kyoritsu Resort properties, and our son—who loves Hotels—was thrilled! Considering the location and price, we felt the Room size was understandably compact. It was clean and pleasant. All the staff were cheerful, and it left a great impression that they greeted us clearly and warmly even when we just passed by. We also had breakfast here, and it was very satisfying. Of course, we fully enjoyed the Onsen on all three floors! We would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

My daughter and I stayed one night in a Twin Room. We made a Reservation because of the high ratings, and it was as comfortable as the reviews said. The Room was spotless, the blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the beds were ideally firm. The sink and toilet area was surprisingly spacious for a Business Hotel, and we were impressed that the bathroom also had a separate washing area. We will definitely stay again.

This is the most comfortable Hotel I’ve stayed at during business trips to Tokyo. Having a separate washing area in the bathroom is fantastic—no shower curtain sticking to you. The bath and toilet are also separate, and the Room feels very clean, making for a truly comfortable stay. I’d definitely like to stay here again on my next business trip to Tokyo.

This is a Hotel I’d always wanted to stay at whenever I visited Lalaport Toyosu. I finally got the chance this time, and I was more than satisfied—the Room was even better than expected, with a great view. The amenities were well stocked, and it was nice to have complimentary mineral water in the refrigerator. The Room layout flowed well, and the bathroom area in particular was very convenient to use. The open view from the bathtub in the Room made it feel especially luxurious and was fantastic. I used the large public bath in the morning; it was clean and spacious, and perhaps by chance it wasn’t crowded, so it felt almost like having it to myself. If I have the opportunity, this is a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at again.

Thank you so much to all the staff at the club lounge for taking such great care of us. Everyone was attentive, kind, and cheerful, and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail time, and even after that we were treated to motsunabe hot pot. We also had some sake—it was delicious. Thank you as well for chatting with us even though we’re a couple in our 70s! It was just a short getaway within Tokyo, but we were completely satisfied. Thank you again. The Room and Facility were lovely, but the pillow felt a little too soft for me.

It’s a bit of a walk from Ginza Station, but since it’s Ginza, the walk is enjoyable. The Room was clean, and having the bath and toilet separated was very convenient. For breakfast, you place the small dishes on your tray as you go, so you don’t keep people behind you waiting—stress-free and really nice. Above all, everything was delicious. My husband was especially happy to have shabu-shabu and sukiyaki in the morning. The service was also excellent. Thank you for taking care of us.

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing in Tokyo. Everything was very clean, and even after walking around all day in Tokyo, we were able to relax thanks to this Hotel. The bathroom and toilet were easy to use, there were plenty of hangers, and the disposable slippers felt hygienic. What surprised me most was the amenities available at the front desk—good-quality toner, sheet masks, and cooling patches. I applied a patch to my swollen legs after all the walking; it felt refreshingly cool and was so soothing. The Room wasn’t the largest one with a separate bath and toilet, but it was spacious enough. There were two floor-to-ceiling windows that made it feel open, and the night view was beautiful. It’s a Hotel that made me think, “This is where I want to stay again when I come back to Tokyo.” Our children liked it a lot as well. Everyone at reception was professional and kind.

I stayed here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. When making the Reservation, I wrote, “It’s their birthday, so please take care of us,” which was probably a rather unclear request. Even so, thank you very much for preparing a wonderful Room with a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower. When we entered the Room, there was also red wine and a “Happy Birthday” plate waiting for us. I was truly moved by the unexpected surprise. Thanks to your thoughtful hospitality, it became the best birthday for both my friend and me. We were able to spend an unforgettable time filled with happy memories, and I sincerely appreciate it. The Room was very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere as well. We felt at ease throughout our stay. I’m truly glad we chose your Accommodation for such an important day. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

I was very satisfied with this excellent Hotel. The morning curry and risotto, as well as the late-night noodles, were outstanding. I also enjoyed free soft drinks and alcohol. The amenities were well stocked, and they stored my luggage free of charge until the end of the checkout day. The staff were very helpful—they even looked for a place where I could get my broken watch strap replaced, which was a huge help. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to attend a live concert. The Accommodation was very clean overall and had a bright, pleasant atmosphere. Both the Room and the bathroom were comfortable, and I was able to relax and rest well. The only disappointment was that the breakfast selection and portions felt a little limited. It might have been because I went for breakfast a bit late, though... The staff also explained everything politely, which was very helpful. Thank you very much.

Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. A beautiful universal-access room with a shower booth in this location is truly a rare find! I was looking for a Hotel with easy access via the Yurikamome Line, and stayed for three nights in a top-floor (17th) corner Room with breakfast included. I used a twin Room as a solo guest, and while compact, it was spacious enough. The layout of the Facility amenities was practical, and I had a very comfortable stay over the three days. What I especially appreciated was that a ReFa hair dryer was provided. I had brought my own ReFa iron brush as well, so styling my hair each morning was stress-free and very comfortable. I had breakfast all three days, but on a Multiple Night Stay I would have liked to see a bit more variety in the menu. In particular, if there were more types of bread and the quality were higher, overall satisfaction with breakfast would be even better. I also tried dinner once, but found it slightly underwhelming. Even so, overall it was a very comfortable stay. After being out all day and returning tired to the Hotel, being able to relax comfortably in my Room was the best part. If I plan to use the Yurikamome Line again, this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

As always, it was excellent. I stayed for two nights again this time, and it’s very convenient with both Higashi-Ginza Station and Tsukiji Shijo Station nearby. I spoke to the staff at mealtimes and when finishing. Their cheerful voices really energize me from the morning. The Room, bath, and service are all great. I will stay again—thank you in advance.
