We stayed here for a marriage proposal. When I contacted the staff in advance about arranging a surprise, they kindly accommodated my request, allowing me to create the ideal proposal. We booked a Plan that included access to the Gold Lounge, and every meal was absolutely delicious. Thoughtful touches were evident throughout our stay, making it the most luxurious and memorable experience of my life.

For this trip, we decided to stay at Inumo for any sightseeing destination within a two-hour drive. Our whole family agreed that, after traveling with our dog and staying in various places over the past 10 years, this Hotel is the most relaxing, so we chose it. Above all, the Room is very clean. There’s no odor. The Room has almost all the dog amenities you need. They also provide diapers, so there’s no need to buy them for your trip. You can sleep together. The restaurant is also OK. Even if your dog only goes potty outdoors, there’s a large park nearby when you go out for a walk. You can take photos with Tokyo Tower and your dog in the park (nighttime is recommended). From here on are comments specific to our sensitive and timid dog: Our Shiba Inu lives in a lush green area and isn’t used to riding in a cart, so every year one of our worries was having to put our dog into the cart again and again to move around inside the Hotel whenever we went for walks. But at this Hotel, you can move around freely on a leash, which helps us a lot. Also, it really helps that the staff don’t talk directly to dogs. Even when passing by or walking past the front desk—this may sound odd—I think it’s wonderful that they don’t interfere with dogs. It made me feel they understand that every dog has a different personality. We would like to stay again.

From welcome to farewell, the hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member assisted us sincerely at a very high level. The property is quiet, calm, and comfortable—hard to believe you’re in Ginza. A highly functional Room where attention to detail is evident throughout and everything feels thoughtfully designed. We also appreciated the semi-open-air style indoor bath spacious enough to lie back in, as well as the dimmable lighting system in the washroom. Above all, the cuisine was exceptional—fresh ingredients paired with unexpected combinations and seasonings that delighted us. The rooftop footbath and free-flow drinks were perfect for us. With not a single negative point during our stay, we can’t stop thinking about visiting other “Fufu” properties. Next time, we might choose “Jogashima.”

Once again, we had a wonderful time and were able to relax. We enjoyed the beautiful night view from the Aqua Lounge, and lunch at Rendez-Vous was also delicious. As always, all of the staff were very kind and friendly, and every time my mother and I say, “That’s the Imperial Hotel.” Ever since we held our wedding here 35 years ago, it has been our favorite Hotel. We will visit again.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious, so I could relax and enjoy it. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I was satisfied. It’s also conveniently located near the station, so I’d like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

We were upgraded to a Junior Suite as the room was available!! The room was spacious, the bathroom stylish, and having two sinks made it very convenient! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo!

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing in Tokyo. Everything was very clean, and even after walking around all day in Tokyo, we were able to relax thanks to this Hotel. The bathroom and toilet were easy to use, there were plenty of hangers, and the disposable slippers felt hygienic. What surprised me most was the amenities available at the front desk—good-quality toner, sheet masks, and cooling patches. I applied a patch to my swollen legs after all the walking; it felt refreshingly cool and was so soothing. The Room wasn’t the largest one with a separate bath and toilet, but it was spacious enough. There were two floor-to-ceiling windows that made it feel open, and the night view was beautiful. It’s a Hotel that made me think, “This is where I want to stay again when I come back to Tokyo.” Our children liked it a lot as well. Everyone at reception was professional and kind.

This was our fourth stay. Thank you for the kind and attentive service from the staff. We were very satisfied with the Onsen, which we could use even late at night, as well as the ice cream, Yakult, and drinks available afterward. It was a wonderful three-day stay. Thank you very much for taking care of us. We would love to stay again.

It was a very satisfying stay. The Room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were courteous and attentive, making our stay very pleasant. One small issue was that the shower water pressure in the large public bath was a bit weak. Other than that, it was a wonderful Hotel, and I would definitely like to stay again.

My daughter and I stayed one night in a Twin Room. We made a Reservation because of the high ratings, and it was as comfortable as the reviews said. The Room was spotless, the blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the beds were ideally firm. The sink and toilet area was surprisingly spacious for a Business Hotel, and we were impressed that the bathroom also had a separate washing area. We will definitely stay again.

Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. A beautiful universal-access room with a shower booth in this location is truly a rare find! The staff were very attentive both at the front desk and on the 30th floor, and all of the dining options were delicious—I was already thinking about how I’d spend my time on my next visit. This is a Hotel I’d always wanted to stay at whenever I visited Lalaport Toyosu. I finally got the chance this time, and I was more than satisfied—the Room was even better than expected, with a great view. The amenities were well stocked, and it was nice to have complimentary mineral water in the refrigerator. The Room layout flowed well, and the bathroom area in particular was very convenient to use. The open view from the bathtub in the Room made it feel especially luxurious and was fantastic. I used the large public bath in the morning; it was clean and spacious, and perhaps by chance it wasn’t crowded, so it felt almost like having it to myself. If I have the opportunity, this is a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at again.

A long-awaited family trip. The location was perfect, and it was great to enjoy a quick drink with my wife at the bar. It’s within walking distance of both Ginza and Shimbashi, nothing to complain about.

This is the most comfortable Hotel I’ve stayed at during business trips to Tokyo. Having a separate washing area in the bathroom is fantastic—no shower curtain sticking to you. The bath and toilet are also separate, and the Room feels very clean, making for a truly comfortable stay. I’d definitely like to stay here again on my next business trip to Tokyo.

It was excellent! The location is perfect, and there’s a FamilyMart on the first floor. In the morning, I thought it would be self-service, but the staff kindly prepared both a smoothie and coffee for us. Both were delicious, and we really appreciated it. We stayed for one night during Golden Week on May 2. The place was very clean and nice. There are many restaurants around the Hotel, which was very convenient. The subway is also close by, so it was easy to find and very convenient for us visiting from out of town. Thank you very much.

From check-in, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and I knew it would be a wonderful stay. The Room was cozy and more than comfortable for a solo trip. The amenities were well stocked—even including toner and bath salts. The bathrobe was also very helpful. In the lounge, I could enjoy complimentary wine and even canned beer, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was delicious as well. Choosing the breakfast-included plan was definitely the right decision. As an IKYU Diamond member, I was thrilled with the late check-out, complimentary minibar drinks, and a mini L’OCCITANE hand cream. With all of these perks included at such great value, it truly made for an amazing Hotel stay. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything this time.

We used this Hotel for a senior couple's trip to Tokyo. Although it is just one stop from Tokyo Station on the Keiyo Line, my husband has back pain, so we opted to take a taxi from Yaesu Exit instead of walking to the Keiyo Line platform. The taxi fare was 900 yen, and it was worth using the taxi. After leaving our luggage at the Hotel, we immediately went out for sightseeing in Tokyo. It took a bit of walking to get to Kayabacho Station on the Tozai Line, but Hibiya Line's Hatchobori Station was just a 1-minute walk from the Hotel, which was very convenient. We reserved a Cozy Room. It was smaller than expected but well-equipped with amenities and thoughtful touches that made us glad we chose this hotel. We selected a breakfast-included Plan, and breakfast at the first-floor restaurant was delicious with pleasant service. If given another opportunity, I would choose this Hotel with breakfast included again. One minor issue: figuring out how to use water in the sink was slightly confusing.

As always, it was excellent. I stayed for two nights again this time, and it’s very convenient with both Higashi-Ginza Station and Tsukiji Shijo Station nearby. I spoke to the staff at mealtimes and when finishing. Their cheerful voices really energize me from the morning. The Room, bath, and service are all great. I will stay again—thank you in advance.
