At Yamazaki, we offer the charm of a mountain retreat where you can fully enjoy this secret hot spring in the best environment. With only 8 Rooms, our small Property exudes the scent of wood throughout, allowing you to feel the nostalgic warmth of nature. All Rooms are equipped with private Onsen baths with natural hot spring water flowing directly from the source, available for use 24 hours a day as many times as you like. Disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and spend a relaxing time with your loved ones, where you may even forget the passage of time.

Our facility features only 10 Rooms on a vast property. The Rooms are detached and include open-air baths. Meals are served in private dining rooms for both breakfast and dinner. Two private baths along the stream allow for a stay that prioritizes privacy.

Kurokawa Onsen boasts the largest open-air bath, "Senninburo," which is truly impressive. Additionally, there are six types of private baths, including the 150cm deep "Tachiyu" and the "Kuriburo" carved from a large rock, all available 24 hours. A dedicated property for dogs, "Wanpakutei," and a special bath for dogs are also provided.

A Property nestled in a tranquil forest, featuring 12 guest rooms spread across a 1,500-tsubo site, offering a stay immersed in harmony with nature. Guests can enjoy the seasonal landscapes, listen to the chirping of birds, and experience the natural beauty of Aso with all five senses. We provide services to fully enjoy Aso, including seasonal kaiseki cuisine, 24-hour access to flowing Onsen, local sake tastings, and stargazing events. The guest rooms are designed for 2 to 4 people, featuring Japanese-style rooms with a simple kitchen, as well as private open-air Onsen baths and indoor baths with natural hot spring water. Additionally, underfloor heating ensures a comfortable stay even during winter.

Nestled in the mountains, there is only one "Tengawa Sansou." With a spacious property of approximately 6000 tsubo, this accommodation welcomes only seven groups of guests per day. Enjoy high-quality onsen, carefully selected seasonal flavors, and memorable moments with your loved ones, relaxing and unwinding in the serene Aso forest, away from the mundane world.

Experience a special stay at the independent villa "Time to Blend with the Forest," nestled in the rich nature of Aso. The single-story villa, designed on gently sloping grounds, features a wooden deck that connects to the forest. Guest rooms include premium Japanese-style rooms with Sukiya architecture and premium rooms with private open-air baths. Enjoy Onsen hopping with multiple Onsen facilities, including open-air baths featuring 100% natural hot spring water.

About 1.5–2 hours by car from Fukuoka, Kumamoto, or Oita, this is a quiet sukiya-style Accommodation where you can hear the gentle murmur of the Tsue-tate River just outside. Beyond the windows stretch primeval forest and a gorge—scenery that changes with the seasons and can be enjoyed exclusively from your Room.At dinner, all drinks are included in the price. Toast with draft beer, then compare Kyushu shochu—sweet potato, barley, and rice. Sake, plum wine, highballs, and sours are also available without worrying about extra charges. The cuisine focuses on seasonal ingredients from Kyushu, featuring dishes such as a tasting of Bungo beef and Higo beef, wagyu teppanyaki, sukiyaki, and other chef’s specialties. From 15:00 to 18:00 after arrival and from 7:00 to 10:00 in the morning, enjoy Japanese tea, yuzu honey drinks, and coffee made with natural water at the lounge “Keyaki,” free of charge.For Onsen bathing, you are free to enjoy four Facilities within the Hizenya group. In addition to “East Bath” and “West Bath” surrounded by nature, there are “Bungo Bath” and “Higo Bath” in the main building—and a separate Onsen annex “Kissho-no-Yu,” featuring five open-air baths only.
